I have done business with this Jared location a few times over the past couple years for gifts such as earrings and a necklace last year for my girlfriend, but four months ago I came here for something different... an engagement ring. I feel awful not remembering the name of the young lady who assisted me, but she was a huge help while I looked and tried to decide what I wanted to put together for my now fiancée. I arrived after work on a weekday, so it was probably around 4:30 and I was greeted promptly upon walking through the door. I love that I was greeted immediately upon entry because it started the interaction on a personable and positive note and I wouldn't have to wander around on my own looking for assistance. I had a general idea what I wanted to put together for the ring, but didn't really have a clear vision yet, so really just needed to see different combinations to hone in on what I wanted. The representative who assisted me was very patient and entertained various combinations of the ring and diamond combinations. I feel like I had to have looked at a couple dozen combinations between ring styles, color of gold and diamond shape, size, clarity, etc. I finally found a combination that was beautiful and proceeded with my order. I paid everything that day and was able to pick up the ring with the diamond I chose set in it a few days later. Everything turned out perfect! The entire transaction was very efficient from start to finish and was quite an enjoyable experience for something I was a bit stressed out about at first. I really enjoy how easy it is to do business with Jared and will continue to go to them for future jewelers purchases. Thanks again Carmel Mountain Jared!
