They are rude when handling orders and sometimes get orders wrong or leave items out of deliveries. I'm not sure who else to speak to. I said something to the manager, before and even my husband said the same of how they act when he's there as well to order. This type of behavior just makes you not want to go back to that location, I'd rather go to the local coffee shops in my area. They're more friendly and have a great atmosphere and make the coffee just right. There's only one lady that's actually nice in that store and she will greet you but the rest are just impolite.
