I've owned bmw's for many years and wish I had David as my mechanic the whole time. I dropped my car off on Sunday night at the shop after going over some things about my BMW a few days prior with David. I had never met David before, but I've heard good things so I winged it and dropped it off. He called me back on Monday and went over everything with me and he was very thorough and he explained everything so I could understand it. I picked my car up on Tuesday with full knowledge about my car, everything he fixed and what to watch out for in the future per David's suggestions. The pricing was more than fair, but more importantly, where can you go these days and get an honest job done? I will not be bringing my BMW anywhere else. I would highly suggest Foreign Motorcars. You get the straight scoop from David and his work is fantastic.

Both the owner and the junior guy inspected my car. The junior guy showed me the comps. I asked if could go higher based on the data points. He said it was out of his control and he needed to ask the owner who was helping a couple at the time. The owner (think his name is Charles) proceeded to scream at me that the offer is the offer, essentially a take it or leave it. Very confusing and rude. The owner was very polite with the couple, but seemed to be triggered by something. Would not recommend

I gave them a second chance to fix their mistakes, but they returned the vehicle in even worse condition than before. To make matters worse: * Property Damage: They managed to scratch my car's roof while it was in their care. * Lack of Accountability: They refused to own up to their mistakes or take responsibility for the damage. * Customer Service: A complete 0/10 experience. I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. I called him for over 3 months asking and he said he couldn't find a replacement seat. Then the alternator and battery went, he promised to give a "discount" which after doing some research was not a discount at all it happened to be more that usual price. Then the steering pump had to be replaced, I then went to a mechanic closer to me who gave me a quote. I asked Ayman for a quote and he REFUSED and accused me of going to other places for repairs and it's not good for his business. I quickly replied I bought the car from him and that's helping his business. Anyone reading this review STAY FAR AWAY!! This place nothing more than a SCAM! P.S. The alternator that he replaced sh!t the bed after 1 year... I had it looked at and the mechanics told me the alternator was REFURBISHED and to think I paid too dollar to get it replaced. I ended up selling the car for $950 after buying it for 5k and having it for less than 2 years. What a scumbag Ayman is.
