4.5/5.0 Stars. I'd recommend this team of five based on the cabinet modification and installation of a second oven. They respond and answer your questions, and pay attention to detail including replacing drywall where it'll never be seen again and vacuuming during cutting. I'm a tough reviewer and five stars to me is perfect. There are two things that would have brought this to perfect; use the existing material I mentioned that is here to get an exact color match of two vertical boards rather than leave what was there (slightly noticeable), and trim the existing piece as the guy I'll call the chief installer suggested rather than cut it out as was directed by the team lead leaving a non continuous run of trim under the oven door (slightly noticeable). They did a nice job but five stars needs to be perfect. read more

I needed an old built in refrigerator and separate freezer removed and a new Sub Zero installed. I was nervous that there would be problems, but S & T did a fine job and they were very careful not to damage anything. We had S&T Appliance install our Sub-Zero refrigerator and remove our old Sub-Zero. They picked up our Refrigerator at Ferguson and brought it to our house on time as scheduled. There was a team of 3, Shawn, his son Issac and another young man. They worked like a well oiled machine. They knew exactly what they were doing and that was very refreshing since we had other Appliances installed by Ferguson's team and we were not very happy. Shawn was able to easily redo our water line which was protruding out too far. Issac went under the house and helped to push the water line up so Shawn could redo the connection. They were able to easily move these heavy units around with total control. They installed the refrigerator straight, level and flat against the cabinet. Shawn went through the refrigerator functions with us and we are so happy we found them. I highly recommend this company. read more

The crew that came to the house to install our new cooktop were very professional! They were replacing one that was 26 years old and had grime underneath it. They cleaned that up as well as cleaning their mess afterward. They were in and out in 30 minutes because they didn't have to cut granite to make it fit. Which they were prepared to do, if it had been needed. My very favorite part was their professional communication! I knew when they were arriving there wasn't any delay.
