All the "technician" did was check the outlet, push the touch pad several times, make a phone call to whom I assume was the owner, and then tell me that either the touch pad or the main board needed to be replaced and he wouldn't know which one, until he got the parts to see which one was bad! I asked him if he took off the front cover to see which was bad and he said that if he did, there was no way to tell if it was bad or not by looking at it. So basically, this company doesn't really diagnose problems, but just "throws parts" at the appliances, to see if it fixes the machines! My husband is a retired master diesel mechanic and so I know how much time can go into a proper diagnoses and if he hadn't just had laser back surgery on Monday, he probably could've figured it out! This technician spent about 15 minutes on my dishwasher, without really doing anything! That was $125 that was wasted! The reason I gave them 2 stars, instead of 1, was for same day service.
