Yelp 100 2018 34/100 With there being so many places to get your car washed in the valley, there are very few (based on reviews...thanks yelpers) that do a quality hand wash while caring for your car. I searched up and down yelp for mobile and actual car wash locations with no pictures of damage where the company showed as much care and OCD for my car as I do. I came across Sshuush after much searching and finally found what I was looking for: a quality job, great prices, and no complaints at all in reviews. Perfect! I originally scheduled my appointment for yesterday with Erick and he and his wife showed up to my house on the windiest day. With the wind being so bad, they both decided to reschedule so my car wouldn't get messed up or be dusty after a wash. Erick is very, very adamant about protecting cars as well as getting your money's worth, which i appreciate and did not feel as if they wasted their time coming to come back the next day. I ended up getting it washed today and will have a standing appointment biweekly now. They did such a wonderful job taking care of my baby and giving me tips without trying to upsell. There is a difference between genuine knowledge and care vs. trying to make a bunch of money off something someone doesn't really need. You can tell the passion is there with this lovely husband and wife team and I am glad to have found knowledgeable, honest people who care as much as i do about the care of my car. These guys were so good they did two cars for me. The first time around was a major detail so my car could recover from an extended stay at the dealer waiting for parts. Perfection! The second time for the same car was a mini-detail because I just didn't have time and it looked pretty poor. They came to my home to wash and detail my cars. They used the wrong cleaner on my Porsch rims which ate the polish (clear) coat off and caused my emblems to lose there color. When I called to discuss this with them they told me they would send me before pictures of my rims which they never sent me. It's been 5 days now and I've made phone call after phone call as well as text messages with no return call or text... it's obvious that they know they damaged my rims and will not be professional about it and take care of the damage they caused.. They did an awful job on my truck which was heading for the SEMA show. I had to stand outside and point out that they completely missed the dirt all over the suspension ,side steps ,truck bed cover and a rim.. They gave me an excuse that they did not have there cleaning product because it wasn't delivered. There not bad people just are very careless and for the price I'd seek out another company that is professional and will repair the damage if they caused it.. I confirmed an appointment time through Shuuuush Mobile Detailing on Yelp for 7/19/21 between the hours of 4 to 6 pm. About 12 pm the detailer sent me an email message (which I didn't get until 5 pm) that they had a cancelation and that they would be here at about 12 pm (which is 4 to 6 hours before my scheduled appointment). I had a doctors appointment at 2 pm, which is why I confirmed between 4 and 6, but my wife was at home and nobody ever showed up anyway. I returned home about 2:30 and was here all the rest of the day. I checked my email to make sure that I had the right time of my appointment and then that is when I noticed that Shuuuuush had sent me an email saying that they would arrive at 12 pm (which they didn't anyway).
