This left me unable to manage my account through the app-- which matters because i had opted into the promo that allowed the "all the luv" trial for the first month for the same 20bucks as the base... and the clock was ticking on the auto payment from my bank account... This didn't have to be solvable... but the guy pictured below never even considered giving up-- and he's the one who figured it out. The value of a car wash subscription is not instantly apparent to anyone who hasn't lived in the Midwest I guess... but regular maintenance includes washing the car to remove anything that might destroy coatings etc. might seem like a 1st world problem but it's worth 20 bucks (and it's super fun to sit in the tunnel for two minutes almost any time you please-- it's a time out from the world in pastel colors with brown noise) read more

I've been coming here for a little over a year to wash my truck. My daughter got tired of always seeing it dirty, so she pays for my membership so I can wash my truck anytime. I come here about twice a week. The membership is great because all I have to do is pull up, the sensors recognize my plates, the arms lift, and I'm on my way to a great car wash. They even give me a free air freshener before every wash, it's a great value when you live in the dusty dessert. I also frequently visit the Lake Mead Pkwy location. My membership works at any LUV Car Wash around the valley, which is great because if I see one, I can grab a quick wash. My only complaint about this location is that when I pull my truck into the wash bay, it's a very tight fit. I always have to back up and straighten out just to pull in. I've seen other customers with trucks and SUVs struggling with the same issue. Other than that, it's a great wash, and a great experience. I came in on a Monday and it was pretty quiet, which I actually loved. Not a lot of cars, so no wait time, and I was able to pull right into a vacuum spot. All the clean towel stations were fully stocked, and the vacuums had great suction , way better than some places where it feels like they barely work. All the glass cleaner spray bottles were filled too, which was a nice touch. It's frustrating when supplies are empty, but everything was ready to go here. Super convenient. The staff are young but very professional and helpful. They did their jobs well and even helped us through the wash process. Mature, respectful, and just overall solid service. First time in LUV car wash. The purple LED light color definitely pops when you drive in. It was fun and short 3 minutes car wash. It even had plenty of wash cloths to wipe down the remaining water and soaps once you open the trunk. I think so many soaps got in because of the way how my car was designed. We came thru and paid for the most expensive wash today. My daughter's car was sitting under a tree for literally 5 days and the birds went nuts. When we pulled up there were 2 people manning the wash entrance and none of them hosed the front or back, the one guy was on his phone right next to the water sprayer. I hadn't realized I hadn't reviewed this car wash because I started coming here when it was a different company. I have been here since LUV took over but I completely spaced that it would be a different review. I like this car wash because it's easy to get in and out of and it has the best area for vacuuming and doing other work on your car after the wash. I also like how clean your car gets after this cycle. It's not perfect, that's for sure but it's better than most. We always just get the single car wash without any bells or whistles and for $10 I think it's a good price. I have noticed that they don't give the little towelette anymore, we got a rearview mirror hanging thing instead. I prefer the former but quality of life in these trying times can be rough (first world problems I know, I do have car stuff at home.) The location is close to my apartment and I often drive in to get my car cleaned. Their prices are decent and their vacuum setup lane is open for all sized of cars. I paid $10 for a basic wash to get work debris and bird poop off my car, it did a great job at shining my tires. I always enjoy the little scent packs they give away for free. Their vacuums have a consistent suction to pull most of the dirt and grime off my seats and carpet. I have two adult kids, and a mixture of pets that frequent my vehicle for play dates, appointments, and park visits. I enjoy the free wash towels they provide at their cleaning stations, the glass cleaner is also great and it doesn't leave streaks. I paid for a wash, and my hood and windshield were still dirty. I drove through a second time, tipping the attendant $20. This time, I noticed that the overhead units meant to lower and twirl to clean my hood, windshield and roof were inactive. Again, my hood and windshield were still dirty when I exited. I pulled up to the office to bring it to the manager's attention. He said the overhead units need their motors replaced and are currently inoperable, which is why my truck is still dirty. Since I drove through the inoperable car wash twice, I wouldn't be given a refund. Please maintain your equipment. Inform customers if your equipment is inoperable and ineffective before we pay. If you need a quick car wash, this is the place to go to. The membership isn't pricey, they always have good deals going on and once you sign up, you can go as many times as you want. It's a drive-thru car wash so you only need to get off if you want to hand dry, vacuum, or clean your car in the inside. They provide window cleaning spray and "clean" rags but it's best to bring your own because even the "clean" ones smell like dirty rag. I thought it might be because I went in the afternoon and they had all been used but I've also gone in the morning and they still have a dirty smell. Also note that the vacuum tip does come apart at times from the tube but it works pretty well once you put it back on. I used the car wash on lake mead in Henderson this Morning 01/17/26. The kid guiding me onto the track had me over so far I could hear grinding on my wheel well. After I shifted the tire the grinding stopped. They do not power wash the back of the car anymore so that left the backend of my SUV dirty. While I was going through the wash I felt my car shake like it had been hit. I knew to check my back passenger side when I got home to see if there was any issues. Sure enough with the correct angle of sunlight there is now a very small ding on my back passenger side door on my brand new car. The Cost went up and service went dry down. And yes maybe the ding was already there. and is it a possibility the Ding was from the roller brushes after I felt and heard the back side of my car get hit/bumped hard enough to me feeling I needed to check the passenger backside when I got home. read more

This location has been another brand of car wash, but I like it so far. They offer a monthly subscription plan for about $30 bucks a month and their highest car was is about $22. I don't get my car wash often enough to do the subscription, but the $22 was was pretty good for a car that had caked on dust and dried up rain water. I need a non touchless wash and this place has it. I needed the physical brush cleaning thing because the car had built up dirt on it that the touchless one did nothing. The vacuum here has really good suction and they provide clean microfiber towels at the station. Please don't blast your music here. Wear your ear pod or headphones if you really want to play your music. Most people are respectful, but I may not like your music and you may not like mines. Once again, I ran my car through the car wash and yeah, it came out with soap. The car wash did not rinse it off. So when it dried it dried soapy and dirty, the hood of my car was never touched. So the other part of the car had dry it up soap on it, and the hood, in my car still had dirt, so I ran it through again, because I have a membership. And it came out the second time the same way, so even though I washed my car twice, it still looks dull and dirty with soapy water. Soap spots. Don't come to this car wash at all costs. Today was the first time I ever had an issue. While going through the wash, for some reason my car stopped moving on the belt. I ended up putting it in Drive to continue. The dryers never came on. I drove around to the vacuums. My car was still completely wet. Every bin I checked had no drying towels. I went inside to tell the attendant. He asked if I wanted to go through again, I declined. He gave me a few towels, some were damp, not even completely dry. The vacuum area was busy, the one I chose was definitely the wrong one. It had very little suction, so I gave up on it. I rarely write poor reviews bc I try to support local businesses, but please don't go here unless you want to get ripped off, receive poor service, and a car wash that doesn't clean your car one bit. I thought this place would be nice after the last company that owned it was good, but I was sadly mistaken. I bought the membership which I was told would be $10 a month for the first 3 months. Instead, I was charged full price each time. Worst of all, it never got my car clean. AT ALL. I had to ask them to go through an extra 5 times and it still wouldn't come clean My car was not very dirty and I wash it regularly, so the minor rain and dust spots should have came off easily. It wasn't caked on there or anything. I ask them for a deep and it didn't help either. Should have been very simple as I never have this issue with other car washes. Car was machine seemed to do okay for what it is - drive through. I like the air compressor and towels for cleaning after. Went after a long drive through California with bugs on the front. The guy at the entrance stood staring at his phone right next to the bucket and wiper on a stick he's supposed to use to clean the bumper.
