Went to ssooniestyle since I wanted to dye my hair for the first time and had never done it before. Saw they had examples of customers who had very dark hair to begin with and felt that they would be able to do mine well, which they did! I had dark brown hair and wanted it to be a dark plum color. My stylist was Yun and her assistant, both were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Yun only had to see my reference photo once, maybe twice before mixing the perfect color. They were very upfront with what they would have to do and how much it would cost before beginning any services, which I appreciate. Throughout the services, they would consistently check in and also offered tea and snacks. Yun also gave me a beautiful blowout before I left the salon. They answered any and all hair care questions I had at the end of the service. So so happy with my hair color and if I wanted to do it again would definitely go back. Thank you!

A big thank you to Steven for cutting and perming my hair, and to Song for assisting in the cut and consultation! I originally came in to do a digital perm but during the consultation, Song mentioned after cutting the bleached ends of my hair off, my hair wouldn't be long enough to do a digital perm. I was pretty disappointed because I was getting my hair done for a special occasion. She pivoted and gave me two options: she could give me a nice cut and teach me how to style my hair, or we could try a cold wave perm. After she showed me a few pictures of a cold wave perm on middle length hair, I chose the perm. Steven washed, cut, and permed my hair. He was very informational and asked me questions about my hair history, what products I use, and taught me how to care for my new curls. I absolutely love my new hair!

I wanted to get a trim but still keep my layered haircut I got while in Asia. Ssooniestyle's experience with Asian haircuts was exactly what I was looking for. My stylist, Song, was amazing! First, the wash was thorough but so relaxing. She helped me choose how much to cut and even showed me how to style the layers at home. The pictures are in order from most recent to when I had just done my hair! (It's been almost half year) I actually really like how the color fades -- it gives off this nice silvery-orange vibe! I remember the process was surprisingly quick too (they took less time than those Chinese salons I used to go to. Considering how bleached the hair is, the hair quality right now really isn't bad.

One year later and I am still obsessed with ssooniestyle. I decided to try something different from my last haircut and Heyne did not disappoint As someone with really thin straight hair, I find that I am limited to certain haircuts because I just don't have a lot to work with. I wanted to be adventurous and try a himecut since I loved how stylish it looks with straight hair. I had a few references and Heyne was very transparent with me what we could achieve with my hair type and we found a way to make it work. I always get nervous trying new things cause I've had some pretty bad haircuts in the past but I am truly obsessed! i decided to come here again after my last visit. i usually go to Asia for my haircuts, but i haven't gotten the chance to go and felt i needed it. i requested meina and she was absolutely amazing! i wasn't exactly sure what i wanted, but i knew i wanted more pronounced curtain bangs and to try some layers. i've had bad experiences before with getting layers, but wanted to give it another try. she was super nice and skillful. you start the experience with a wash, and then she goes into cutting. she will ask you exactly what length and style so be sure to have a picture if you have a style in mind! overall, loved the experience, and offered both me and my partner who came with me a soda which was super kind. if you wang a change of style, i definitely recommend meina as she is very skilled. i think layers still aren't exactly my style, but she's probably the only stylist that has cut my hair with layers that i felt actually still looked good. if you have gotten balayage in the past, i recommend going here as they know how to cut hair that has been dyed before in terms of parking, i think it's valet but since i had a 10 am appointment, they had not set up yet so i didn't have to pay!!!!

I've been debating making this review, but after consideration i'm going to tell you exactly how my experience was. I booked an appointment conveniently through Yelp. What I initially wanted/requested going into this appointment was a full head of bleached and toned ash pink hair. On the day of my appointment I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by Jessica and her assistant. We started off with the consultation and price evaluation. I was advised that my hair was very damaged and dead and that it may be impossible to reach the color I had wanted/it would be double the price as they may have to bleach my hair twice. Now, I thought that was a bit weird as my hair isn't that dead or damaged and I already had a blonde balayage from previous salons, but i'm not a professional so I trusted their word for it. I was advised that my hair may break off if I went for a pink color on my whole hair and I did not want that to happen. I then requested to just retouch the balayage I ALREADY had hoping to reduce the cost and lessen the hair damage. Jessica stated she could do that, but at the SAME price as bleaching my whole hair. I trusted her expertise as this salon is popular amongst celebrities and influencers. Reminder, I already had a blonde balayage on my hair so it really didn't make sense to me to pay over $1k for a balayage, but I let her do her and didn't question it as I did sign a contract and I didn't feel like backing out. Her and her assistant worked different sides of my hair which is a key point for later. Once the bleach/toning was complete, Jessica stated she can put some color in it and use some pink shampoo to achieve a pink balayage. Don't get me wrong, she was super sweet and her assistant was very attentive. They provided me snacks/drinks as I sat there for a couple of hours. I did get a women's hair cut and Jessica offered to give me some waves to complete my look which I greatly appreciated. I wasn't really feeling the finished look and I was unhappy about the price. If I had wanted to touch up my balayage, I could have gone anywhere for a reasonable price. I thought it was very unreasonable to charge me over $1k and not touch up my roots. I had dark brown roots, a base orangish brown and a blonde balayage when I walked in. When I walked out of the salon, I still had my dark brown roots and a base orangish brown. The only difference was a hair cut and a touched up balayage with a lavender pink tint to it, but it didn't even look like a balayage it looked like low lights. :,( I have a hard time saying no to people/standing up for myself. This place is overhyped and overpriced. The lavender pink has now faded out of my hair leaving beige lowlights in my hair. Earlier, when I stated Jessica worked on one side of my head and her assistant did the other? Yea my lowlights are unevenly coated. The left side that Jessica did is more prominent than the right side. I can barely see the beige lowlights on the right side, it looks completely uneven. It's just hair so i'll live, but the hard working money I spent here was not worth it.

I came from Vegas to try out this salon after hearing so many good things about it everywhere! I wanted to get a balayage with a haircut and Meina was super attentive and sweet and very meticulous! She went through all the steps with me and even gave me many options to try and get the exact results that I want. She is very clean and made sure to even wipe off every little dot of bleach that was out of place! She constantly checks up on me and offers snacks and drinks too! The process was actually very relaxing that I dozed off for a bit even lol. Overall I'm very happy with the experience and I definitely want to come back!

As someone who's very particular about haircuts, I was beyond impressed with my experience with Song at Ssooniestyle. I went in wanting a layered cut to remove some of the heaviness from my hair, and she did a phenomenal job. The layers came out so soft and flattering which was exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out tho was how thoughtful she was throughout the entire process. She asked about everything: whether I wanted face-framing pieces, how I like my bangs, how my hair would look when I tied it in a ponytail, and even gave me helpful styling and product tips. On top of that, she's incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. Even the hair wash felt so relaxing and therapeutic which elevated the whole experience. Hello! I am writing to review my perm and haircut at Ssooniestyle! First of all, Steven was very charming and super personable. He was very gentle with washing my hair, cleaning me up and checking up on me during the perm process. They provided me with many checks to see if I liked the style and if I was comfortable. They even brought me snacks and water :). Yoon was my hair stylist and she did an excellent job with cutting my hair and perming it. I got my hair done by ssoonie & sarah, I was super nervous because I had never done color but they did an amazing job! Sarah is super sweet she was very considerate of my hair health which was I really appreciative since I knew it was a big change! Ssoonie also did all he could to give me the color I wanted which I also really appreciated! Sarah also cut my hair and I loved how it turned out! She did an amazing job!! I've been to this salon twice and I plan on going back here more regularly. First time was for a cut and color (I went platinum and LOVED the final look - I'll include photos for reference) Second time was yesterday for a cut with Meina. (She also worked on the color for my hair during mg first visit) She is fantastic! She pays attention to detail and is very professional. Super sweet too, she's so fun to talk to and makes your experience at the salon so comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Meina for a cut and/or any color work. She's quite the talent! read more

I hadn't had a haircut in over two years because I was so nervous about trimming my super long hair (it's past my butt!). It had started thinning at the ends, so I knew it was time--and I'm SO glad I found Meina! She was incredibly kind, patient, and inviting from the moment I walked in. I was nervous about cutting even a few inches, but she talked me through everything and made me feel totally at ease. I'm still mad at my hair. I got it cut here and I had my hair cut by her my first time based on extensive research and reviews. Sarah was my girl until she wast. I wished you cared more the second time given I gave you a phat tip for job well done! However, The first time she did a great job but then the next time I came, she disregarded what I wanted (even though it was pretty much the same as last time but with more layers) and said I couldn't have it. Not sure why. My hair doesn't look good no matter how I toss it this time. I came for her bc of her likes on yelp. I wish I had been more vocal cuz months later...I'm still whining over this not worth it hair cut....and I've been growing it. Point: I'm still upset at my $140 haircut that I could have given to some other specialist that lovessss her job...but instead I decided to give it to a hair stylist here who doesn't have the passion I would like in a stylist I stick with and am loyal to. She just got married ...good for you bae. I still gave you $20 tip and shampoo man $10 I'll never go back because there's no point. I'll give someone else a try.....someone that will make me feel like spending almost $$160 or more on them. I was generous. Cooked. Whatever. Not going back. read more

Absolutely love it here! I got my hair cut with Meina and she is THE BEST! I've been coming here for the past four-ish years and will definitely be coming back. She is so detail-oriented and takes her time with cutting and styling my hair. I didn't really know what I wanted coming in and I didn't know if the pictures I had would look nice on me, but she explained what length would be nice and I LOVE THE RESULTS! Even with little guidance, Ray gave me a haircut I am obsessed with! I showed a few general pics, but ultimately told him to do what he thought was best for my face shape. The last time I cut my hair, it was a blunt bob. This blunt has grown out, and it's been tough wearing my hair down with the lack of style... Ray fixed that instantly by adding beautiful layers that framed my face shape. He even taught me how to add more volume to my jet straight hair. The cut was so good it looks good even without any styling! Meina styled my hair after he cut it, frequently checking to make sure I was okay with the temperature. She gave me wonderful waves that I adored. Free parking lot (!) and the rest of the staff were sweet and kind. I would definitely come back and trust Ray with my next cut! read more

Just got a haircut with Meina! I've been getting my haircut with the same stylist for the last 20 years but wanted to give someone new a try that was more conveniently located. Meina was recommended to me by a friend who also just got a haircut with her. Even though it was my first time at this salon, I was greeted with the warmest welcome. I was a little nervous to try a new stylist, but she seemed confident, bubbly and put me at ease. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. The cut itself looks phenomenal; it's exactly what I was hoping for. Came in to get a fade after going to a barber for the last 20 years, and ended up coming out with a new look. Hanna was extremely knowledgeable in recommending a hairstyle that worked for me which ultimately ended with a recommendation to trying out a new hair style. She provided touch ups for months leading up to the perm and the end results did not disappoint. This review is for both Hanna and Meina both of whom I highly recommend for all your color, cut, and styling needs! I first met Hanna 3 months ago after a long search for the right salon here in the States. I had dyed my entire head of hair for the first time months prior in Korea, but of course my roots were starting to show. She was thoughtful, listened, and offered her suggestions/advice as the session went along. We talked about what my goals were for my hair and how to maintain the strength and health of my hair. Afterwards, Meina came in to style and did such an amazing job. Meina was meticulous and detail oriented, right down to how each curl would appear in the photos we took afterwards. Fast forward to yesterday, roots are starting to show and my hair needed some trimming all around. I first had Hanna tone my hair to a much darker color and Meina followed after to cut and style. I asked to trim my curtain bangs and face framing layers in the front. What I really like about Hanna and Meina is that I may not know or have all the right words to describe the look or style I want, but they are patient with me and provide their expertise in a way that we both come into agreement with the final product. Hanna goes through the aftercare and what the color will look like in the coming months. Meina offers suggestions to make the cut more flattering based on your facial features. They are both so sweet and a pleasure to get to know. I cannot stress how appreciative I am of them both! read more

Recently moved to LA and always flew back home to cut my hair. Got recommended to Meina by a friend for a haircut, and I have no regrets! Parking is hard to find nearby but the valet was only $3! Meina was super sweet and made sure my hair was exactly what I wanted it to be. She made sure that I was happy with my hair and styled it just like the picture I showed her! She was super professional and made sure the experience was enjoyable. She told me to relax and that she would do all the work! I loved the music she played (it was such a vibe) and the attention to detail she gave my hair. Nothing ever felt rushed and I could tell she cared a lot about what she does! Jennifer is so talented and kind, I highly recommend her! I came in with very outgrown/ longish and damaged hair and really needing a haircut. She took the time to listen to what exactly I was looking for in a style and she cut it exactly that way. My hair was so much more healthy and super cute after she was done! She also gave me lot of good tips on how to style my cut and how to better take of my hair as far as masks and things go. Will definitely be coming back again. I got my hair dyed by Hanna and was so nervous about going blonde. It ended up turning exactly the way I imagined it to be and she styled it like INSANE. Through the non-profit "Children with Hair Loss" Du Japon Hair Club was vetted for donations and is the only approved salon in the Los Angeles area. I met Yuki, who owns and operates this salon and also one of the best stylists I've had in my years of barbers. She is so nice and explained the process of the donation and also provided guidance on selecting the best hair cut for me. After looking at a few photos, I decided to go with a moderate cut to ease back into the general population. I was so happy with the results and would recommend Yuki to any of my friends. She will only take appointments and is the busiest during the weekend. I would recommend calling well in advance for your appointment, as she works generally towards the end of the week through the weekend.

I said I had another appt after but that would be fine. I arrived and sat down and waited. They said I was checked in. I waited one hour before going to the front desk to say that now, I would not have time to do the appt because, as I told them, I would have to leave for another appt. I had allotted 2 hours and now there was only 1 hour left and I had not even been seen or sent for hair washing. All the while I waited, I could see Sal doing at least 2 other people's hair. When I asked the front desk if I could reschedule, they said they would talk to him. Several minutes passed. Sal was aware that I was there, but chose not to speak to me himself. He chose not to even take two minutes to face me and apologize. He was going to Mexico the next night, and could only offer the next day during hours I had to work. The salon manager apologized for Sal and offered another hair dresser. I have curly hair and want someone experienced in curly hair- especially when the haircut is right before my wedding and will cost hundreds of dollars. I think the worst part was that Sal was right there but simply didn't have the courtesy to apologize. I will never return to this salon. As for my wedding in two weeks, I have asked my makeup artist to help me find someone.

She was super comfortable doing my hair and talking to me about what I wanted, and even made suggestions that went along with what my endgame was. I essentially told her I wanted to keep my bangs and my face framing little hair tendrils, and she can do what she wanted with the rest! From there, she asked questions such as how heavy my hair feels regularly/the last time I got it cut, if I like my hair to have volume or sit the way it is and mimicked with my hair how both versions looked, made observations and suggestions on where we could go. Honestly, this was the best experience I've had! She thinned out a lot of my hair as well since it gets pretty heavy for me, gave me a nice shape and my hair more personality, and even layers on the back to make everything more cohesive! Frankie was my wash tech (is that what they're called?) and she was great to talk to about books! She was also very cautious on making sure the water was just right for my scalp. Though when we rinsed with cold water it hit soooo good hehe.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I had my hair bleached by Meina before, and I was happy with the results, so I went back for a touch-up. When I arrived, she welcomed me warmly, and I felt confident because my previous experience had been good. During the consultation, she quoted me a very high price for a bleach touch-up and toning. Even though it was expensive, I agreed because I had been satisfied the first time she did my hair. What I didn't know was that this visit would leave my hair severely damaged and broken. After the consultation, she started the bleach touch-up by herself. Several hours later, after my hair was washed, she applied the toner. When everything was done, I immediately noticed that my hair was nowhere near as light as I had asked for. Before starting, she had promised to make it as light as possible, but instead I ended up with a much darker color. What bothered me the most was how dark my roots turned out. The whole reason I get bleach touch-ups is to maintain a bright blonde color, so why would my roots be left this dark? When I mentioned it, she told me the color would get lighter over time, but honestly, it is way too dark. Most importantly, the hair on the top of my head has completely broken off. If I don't straighten it with a flat iron, my hair looks absolutely terrible. It is a complete mess. I am beyond upset and angry. I've thought about this for several days before finally deciding to leave this review. The salon itself had a great atmosphere, the music and vibe were nice, and the staff members were kind. However, after reading through other reviews, I now understand why there are so many negative comments about Meina. Many people mentioned that she has a bad attitude and doesn't treat clients well, and sadly, I believe those reviews are accurate. There were definitely moments when her tone came across as irritated or rude. I understand that accents and cultural differences can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, but as a paying customer, I came to this salon because I wanted a specific result. Instead, I left with a color I never wanted and hair that is so badly broken that I'm embarrassed to even go outside. It also makes me wonder why the owner has not addressed these ongoing complaints when so many customers have had negative experiences with Meina. I am choosing not to reveal my name because I do not want Meina to try to "fix" my hair, and I never want to return to this salon again. I'm leaving this review because, after experiencing this myself, I now understand why so many people have given Meina low ratings. I genuinely hope other customers don't have to go through what I did. I will never come back to this salon. This was, without a doubt, the worst salon experience I've ever had -- the worst color, the worst hair breakage, and overall an absolutely terrible experience. read more

I had a scheduled appointment for a Saturday morning at 10 AM, and upon checking in, I was promptly seated. Director Yun initiated my consultation right away, inquiring about my desired outcome, assessing the condition of my hair, and confirming the pricing upfront. She expressed concern about potential hair breakage due to bleaching but worked out a plan to address it. Although I didn't catch the assistant's name, she was equally exceptional, consistently checking on my comfort and offering beverages. I requested dimensional coloring, so they employed the foil method, which took a bit over an hour to complete. Unlike some Bay Area salons I've visited, where they fold the foil all the way up, here they maintain long, straight sections. I won't deny that my head felt quite heavy during this process! Prior to applying color, they treated my hair to prevent breakage. Following the coloring, they toned my hair to a gray shade with hints of blue and administered a second hair treatment. They then dried my hair, trimmed a bit of the damaged part from my bangs, and styled it with curls. The team was incredibly kind, even taking photographs for me and sending them via text. They also provided generous samples of hair treatment and lilac color samples. Moreover, they took the initiative to wash my jacket after accidentally getting some product on it. When it was time to settle the bill, they were honest and removed a service that wasn't suitable for my hair. My final total came to $650, a bit higher than what I've paid in the Bay Area, but the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. read more

Team director Moon is best best at hair cut. You won't find anyone in LA better skillful than him. Another team director JJ is also came from Korea recently, if you want most trend korean style and if you like hip style JJ is for you. Hair stylist Chloe is color specialist at this place. If you want any color no matter what hair you got she will make that color for you. Stylist Jessica is the styling master. When ever korean celebrities come from korea she does styling for them. I really enjoyed my stay at ssooniestyle from the beginning in the waiting room to the moment I paid. The lady in the front was friendly and she offered me drinks while I waited (I came in ten min earlier than my appointment time). I made a reservation via Yelp after closing hours and they responded to me early morning the day after. So easy and so fast. Such a misfortune I was not able to get the name of the lady who shampooed my hair, but hands down the most relaxing and best scalp massage I have ever received. I was offered iced coffee and bunch of korean snack. My hairdresser Jessica was just marvelous as well. She knew what kind of style fitted my face shape and understood exactly what I wanted. You can tell she is very detailed oriented, yet keeps every movement efficient and swift. I love love love my hair and I get compliments on how lightweight yet well cut it is. She was friendly, approachable, yet so professional. I was so satisfied that the $70 I spent plus tip ($20) is so worth it. I have found my favorite place! Definitely coming back again. I'll start with the costumer service. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and the check in was easy & fast. They offered me a drink too! Everyone was so nice and I felt really comfortable there. Okay now I wanna talk about the TALENT!!! My stylist was Mia. Mia asked for a reference picture for the kind of perm I wanted. I showed her and she already knew exactly what I wanted with like two glances at the pics lol. Seeing as how my hair came out, that is super impressive!!!!!! She really took her time on my hair to make sure that it was how I wanted it. She gave me some helpful tips on how to style it as well. She gave me snacks too! And before I left she gave another drink. Feeling pampered af. I think it's worth mentioning that it seemed that the 1st round of chemicals didn't work so they added an extra round of them that were a different brand (idk if that's normal). Anyways I just thought that showed that they care about what they do . My experience was so delightful, I am definitely coming back when my perm comes out. read more

I'm extremely happy with my decision to visit today! I haven't had a proper haircut since 2019 after a traumatic experience at another salon, so I was very nervous. However, I do not regret my decision at all and will be exclusively coming to Irene at Ssooniestyle from now on. I absolutely love how my hair turned out, and the staff were incredibly kind. I highly recommend my hairstylist, Irene. She considered my Pinterest board and used her expertise to find a style that best suits my features. I'm amazed by her skills and left with results that exceeded my expectations. I also mentioned that I'm not very skilled at styling my hair daily, and Irene took the time to show me how to style it one-on-one. She even gave me her business card and encouraged me to DM her if I have any questions while styling at home. The salon also offers a variety of refreshments and snacks, which was a nice touch. I always have very minimal expectations when it comes to hair styling and I'm the kind of person who can be easily satisfied by sarcasm. This one is far beyond my expectations. Yun is a great hair designer I've ever met. I've been to so many hair salons as I couldn't find any good one that I wanted to go back. Yun is very professional, calm, meticulous and sincere to talk to. You tell her what you want, then she will give you the look. I came in from a botched balayage yesterday and the salon was able to take me in today on a short notice. The staff was very accommodating as well as making me comfortable during my stay. The staff also makes sure to sanitize everything after every use and the place is very clean. My hairstylist, Sarah, did amazing work on my hair. She was not only accommodating to my hair problem, but also very informative on what she thought was best for my hair. I am so so so glad to take her advice because it turned out so well. Her color correction skills were phenomenal and it hardly looked like I had a problem to begin with. Meina, a pretty and kind hair designer, cut my hair. I did a layered cut and I'm so satisfied. I was so grateful that Meina gave me a very sincere haircut. We had a short conversation, but she seemed to be a very good person. She is about the same age as my nephew, so I hope she does well and is happy. The Ssooniestyle hair shop was pretty, the exterior interior was unique, and it wasn't like a hair shop, it was like an ice cream shop. It's a cute and pretty shop. There were many pretty hair designers in Ssooniestyle hair shop. Among them, Meina was the prettiest. I met my friends the next day, and I've never seen a hair salon in LA that is so good at cutting hair, so I asked where I did it. I've been seeing Jessica consistently for a few years now, and she is truly in a class of her own. I'm not great at articulating what I want, but she has this remarkable ability to decipher my vague requests, thoughtfully propose ideas of her own, and lead with so much confidence and creativity. Love this place so much!!!! Got my perm for the first time here and it was amazing. I loved it so much they made it as curly as I wanted it!!. Definitely would only come here to get my perms I don't think anyone does it as good as sooniestyle!. Hanna treated me very kind and was very nice to me the entire process I was really nervous at first but she made me feel more at ease. As I was waiting Hanna offered me a drink and snacks which were so good they're really generous! The staff was also really nice and were kind to me and they're funny so it wasn't awkward the whole time while I was waiting. I had a great first experience at ssooniestyle with Song Ji! She was super sweet right as I walked in and helped me figure out a style best suited for me based on the reference picture I showed her. She explained each step and the different options I could do, making sure I understood what was being done and if I was okay with it, which was super helpful for when I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted things done.
