Our pup received the warmest welcome of all! She had dog treats dipped in peanut butter to offer, and my pup LOVED it! Now the wine. I was actually quite impressed with the quality of the wine! Hubby and I are VERY into wine and we both thoroughly enjoyed our tastings. Toni even convinced me to try their Chardonnay, even though I typically don't like Chardonnay. Great recommendation! It was fruit forward and not heavily oaked. I even ended up buying a bottle. We bought several wines that day, including their sparkling. So good! We enjoyed ourselves so much on Saturday, that we came back on Sunday! Toni remembered our names, and our pup's name too! I have to say, Toni is one of the most fun and personable hosts we've met at a wine tasting room. We've visited wineries all across the west coast and abroad, and many tasting room employees will just pour you a small taste, give you their short spiel about the wine, and move on. But Toni gave us an amazing and personalized experience. There were several groups tasting on Saturday and you could tell how Toni brought energy to the vibe and we were all having a great time. She is a GEM and deserves some major recognition. We will absolutely return to Stottle next time we're in the area!

Professional Service!!!!…read more Kudos to Premier Airport Service. This company is the most professional business I have had in a long time. I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well. I know there is alot of shuttles to choose in this area but if you're looking for stress free, budget friendly, great customer service support, this is your company ! I will forever be grateful and scream from the high seas of any cruise ship Go Premier Go! 10/10 rating !

For their package where you pick 3 meats we suggested picking 2 and having a vegetarian option instead for the third. He said no this isnt necessarily, pick the three meats and he will throw a couple portabella mushrooms on the grill for the few vegetarians. He said to include them in the final count and email him before the event with the number of vegetarians and to let the vegetarians know to request them from the servers, as if they put them out on the buffet everyone will eat them. We did this and he responded to the email with the final invoice which we paid before the event. Day of the wedding we find out at the end of the meal our vegetarians asked about the mushrooms and they were told it wasn't on the invoice and we never paid for it. Absolutely embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. Now our guests think we didn't do anything for them and it was our mistake. We did pay for them and was told they'd have mushrooms instead. Reached out to voice my disappointment vs going to a review and his response was my cordinator should have noticed it wasn't on the invoice (i told her this is how he wanted it done and that's why they weren't there) and he also mentioned the food that was there turned out good as if that was supposed to fix everything. They are too busy opening up their new restaurant and don't care about you. Don't trust them for your big event!

A group was starting a tasting, so I reluctantly joined them. The wines in the tasting were much too sweet and untraditional for my taste, but the conversation was great. The woman working the counter that day admitted she was not very knowledgeable about wines, but I took my time looking around and asking questions. Having lived in California and Chile and spent time in Bordeaux, I have unreasonably high expectations when it comes to wines and tastings, but I kept an open mind here. This quaint shop reminded me of being at my grandma's house. Yet, among the fruit wines and too-sweet things, I stumbled on a red-blend bottle from 2010 that looked right up my alley. It was about $50, and I tried to suppress immediate feelings of buyer's remorse since I hadn't actually tasted it, but sometimes it's less about what's in the bottle and more about how the experience makes you feel. Fast forward about ten months. A neighbor came by after dinner so we could celebrate her birthday. She's a fan of big, red wines. We have a cellar of about 200 wines, but something about this night told me to try the WA wine. Boy am I glad I did! We decanted it, as I expected it would have a decent amount of sediment due to age. When we toasted and tasted it, we were both blown away. The grape varietals are all top notch, and the winemaker's particular blending not only made it extremely drinkable at 14 years old (and nearly 14% ABV!) with no food pairing, but also left me without any wine hangover or headache the next day. We did eventually break out some cheese and chocolate, which was a perfect ending to the night. If you're looking for a special-occasion wine that will go perfectly with meats, cheese, or chocolate, I highly recommend grabbing a bottle (or two) of the Silverback Vineyards Référence, preferably the 2010 vintage. You won't be disappointed!
