The initial dropoff was a bit confusing as there is limited parking space however we found an unmarked area in the middle of the street for dropoffs. Once we got inside the shop, the rest was easy. Olney Car Care are hands down the most (only?) honest mechanics I've ever been to. We took my husband's Lexus to the dealer for repairs and they quoted us $7500. Olney got it done for $3000-- and did it well. We've been going to them for three years, and it's been the same story every time. Extremely reliable service at honest prices. The mechanics are also very nice and easy to deal with. I no longer live in Olney, but still drive 30 min just to take my car to these guys because there's no one better. Highly recommend. I suggest bringing a ride if you can - easiest place to park is to turn to the right immediately after entering the lot and parking on the side, and then walking to the garage. I tried filling each tire with air and only 1 tire would not hold the maximum pressure. After making an appointment with Alex, I dropped the car off so that he could take a look at it. What he discovered was that 2 of the tire sensors needed replacing. He couldn't find any place where the tire was damaged in any way. But, to be sure, he checked it a couple of times and what he found was correct. He gave me the estimate and I gave him the go ahead to do the work. He mentioned that he would contact me when the car was ready. Sure enough, he called to tell me that the car was ready and gave me the final cost for the repair. I went later that afternoon to pick up the car and returned it to my stepmother. She was elated! I was relieved! I enjoyed driving the car back to her as it was a smooth and quite comfortable ride. Thank you Cochran and Alex for making my stepmother a very satisfied customer. Great work performed in a day's time and my stepmother has found a mechanic that she's pleased with.
