I recently visited while attending a continuing education course, and from the moment I walked in it was obvious this clinic is operating at a completely different level. The owners have built something that is incredibly rare in healthcare today--a culture centered around genuine passion for helping people, promoting health and fitness, and investing in their community. You can feel the energy as soon as you walk through the doors. There's a sense of camaraderie, positivity, accountability, and even a little healthy competition that makes the entire environment motivating for both patients and staff. The clinic itself is absolutely exceptional. Every square foot has been intentionally designed to support recovery, performance, and long-term health. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, returning to sport, or simply trying to move and feel better, they have the space, equipment, and expertise to meet those needs. It is easily one of the most organized clinics I've ever seen. Everything has its place, the facility is spotless, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. This is exactly what a high-end cash-based physical therapy clinic should be. Professional without feeling cold, upscale without feeling pretentious, and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. The surrounding community is incredibly fortunate to have a clinic like this. If you're looking for a place that truly values your health and invests in your success rather than simply getting you in and out, this is the standard that physical therapy should strive to achieve.

The severe pain lasted for about two weeks and made it difficult to sleep, stand, and manage normal everyday activities. I stopped running three times a week to rest my hip but the pain persisted into the 6 month mark. I was frustrated and unsure of what was causing it or what I should do. During my physical therapy evaluation, Dr. Justin took the time to understand what was happening and identified the issues contributing to my pain. He developed a personalized treatment plan with exercises specifically designed for my needs. Within just a few days, I began to notice improvement. Over the next several months, he continued to adjust my treatment as I progressed, focusing not only on relieving my pain but also on building strength and addressing the underlying problems. The combination of physical therapy and small-group strength training has made an incredible difference! I feel stronger and more confident in my body than I have in years. Recently, I traveled and walked nearly 10 miles a day for six days in a row--without pain and, just as importantly, without the fear that my body might give out on me. I highly recommend Dr. Justin to anyone dealing with pain who wants more than a temporary fix. I especially recommend him to adults over 50 who want to become stronger, stay active, and learn how to exercise safely with knowledgeable, personalized guidance.

The classes are incredible: super well structured, well demonstrated, and clearly instructed. I always feel supported, challenged, and motivated every time I go. The gym hours are also really flexible, which makes such a huge difference as a mom trying to fit training into a busy schedule. What I love most is that Raw Performance has helped me push past goals I honestly didn't think I could reach yet postpartum. I feel stronger, more confident, and truly cared for in my fitness journey. Also, if you're looking into physical therapy, Sophie is amazing. She has been helping my 6-month-old baby with crawling support and development, and I'm already so encouraged by the process. I can't wait to see even more progress. Highly recommend Raw Performance for both training and physical therapy ,such a great environment with people who really know what they're doing.

She takes her time--not just rushing through exercises, but really getting to know you, your body, and what you're going through. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to feel better, not just physically but mentally too. She's incredibly patient, never makes you feel like just another appointment, and she explains everything in a way that makes it all feel manageable. The exercises and homework she gives you are all so helpful! If you're looking for a physical therapist who's not only skilled but kind, attentive, and committed to helping you heal, I can't recommend Dr. Sofi enough.

They somehow manage to push me without making me feel overwhelmed, and they've helped me get stronger and more confident in what my body can do. Every visit feels personalized, not like they're just running me through the same routine as everyone else. What I appreciate most is that they focus on getting you back to real life. Because of their help, I'm back in the gym, doing hula, line dancing, and working toward my running goals. They celebrate the wins with you but also keep you accountable when it's time to do the work. The atmosphere is friendly, encouraging, and professional. If you're willing to put in the effort, Rob and Roger will absolutely help you get where you want to be. Thank you both for helping me realize I'm apparently more active than I thought I was.

My kids play soccer, baseball, basketball, and football, and with any injury, SSR is the first (and only) place I take them. I know without a doubt that they will properly identify the issue, treat it correctly, and get my kids back to playing safely and confidently. The owners, Ryan and Roger, are completely hands-on and truly the best in the business. You can tell they care deeply about every athlete that walks through the door. On top of that, every single staff member is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The environment is another huge win. There's always a great vibe--choice music playing or live sports on the TV, sometimes even featuring their own clients competing, which is incredibly motivating and fun. It feels energetic, positive, and never like a boring or intimidating physical therapy clinic. What really sets SSR apart is how they treat people. Everyone treats you like family. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm "what's up." The **front desk crew--Tina and Wit are awesome--**and everyone in the back makes you feel welcome and cared for every single visit. I'm also extremely grateful they opened a La Verne location, as it's so much closer for us than the Corona spot. The convenience alone is huge, but the quality remains top-tier. SSR is the perfect combination of elite knowledge, hands-on care, and a fun environment that athletes actually enjoy. Who knew physical therapy could be so fun? Highly recommend to any parent or athlete looking for the best.

Unfortunately I haven't made huge improvements as quickly as I would have liked, but that's the nature of healing, right? All in its own individual time. They take the time to thoroughly evaluate what's going on with your ailed body part, and then create a care plan that can be implemented in office and at home or the gym. I appreciate not feeling pressured or shamed if I'm not healing or improving "fast enough." They just make the necessary changes to keep the progress moving in a positive direction. As a former athlete, they took my desires to return to heavy lifting seriously and have worked to create a plan for me to return to my preferred sport safely, which is much appreciated. The office is clean, and buzzing. Often busy, but always attentive. The staff is always kind and willing to explain authorizations, care plans, and exercises. Five stars. I hope I don't get inured again... but if I do, I'll come here for sure.

I spent six weeks here, twice a week and today I got the bittersweet news that I was well enough now to "graduate". Bittersweet you ask? Well, the staff here had become friends. They are so nice, welcoming, informative, compassionate, encouraging and they really know their stuff. I really enjoyed going each week, learned a lot, had amazing workouts, was provided the tools and knowledge to do my therapy at home and actually felt a little sad to leave. The facility is clean, well organized, has lots of equipment and quite a few therapists. I had one on one training all, but probably one, of my twelve visits. If your doctor or surgeon recommends this facility as an option for your physical therapy, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it!
