Urban farm Hyde was goood. I liked it. My favorite is the buffet. And they also have a great selection of pies to choose from. It was good!

Used to be one of my favorite places to visit until I became vegan... Ordering (at least in the drive through) was SO difficult. I couldn't tell what was vegan, or vegetarian for that matter, and I had to ask them. It took a while but they found out for me (huge thanks to the girl who took my order). I came to Panera because I thought with all the fresh veggies and such it'd be easy to order vegan food, but ordering at Taco Bell was MUCH easier! Also in SF we have vegan soups, and this Panera has none! If you're vegan, just go to Taco Bell across the street. read more

Just ordered a meal online. It was barbeque flat bread sandwich and I customized it because I didn't want cilantro. It gets to my house and I open the box and the sandwich is missing the spinach and the crispy onion strips! I am disappointed! The bottom of the sandwich is soggy too! I usually don't like to review chains, but since I have been to this location many times I might as well. All of the Bread Co./Panera stores that I've been to are clean, and they have always given me great service. It is usually laid-back atmosphere, and its the best place to just chill, eat, and read! The Edwardsville location is always busy, no matter what time of the day. Its no wonder they expanded their hours to 10pm. I don't know what it is but their green tea really grabs me. Recently, they put it by the fountain soda for customer's access (before that, it would only be one limited serving served behind the counter). I'm so glad I can drink as much as I can now! Their sandwiches are great, and how can I leave out the pastries?! I always take advantage of the $1 pastry if I get a combo. You should too! read more

The only bad thing about this place is its clientele--old, rude and entitled people who step all over you and attempt to shove you aside at the coffee station. For that reason alone, I dislike this place. God forbid the hot water runs out or they run out of pumpkin muffins; wrath will come hailing down from mall-walkers and the E-ville "elite" who come to socialize for 3 hours while they drink cup after cup of coffee. I sincerely feel for the folks who work here. They are beleaguered every morning and afternoon but keep smiling throughout. Find an off time to visit so you don't feel like you're boarding a train in Japan, which experience I might add is more civil than waiting in line here. read more

In the St Louis area, Panera is St Louis Bread Company. Don't know why, I wonder if Hardee's is called Carl Jrs elsewhere? So anyway, the StLBC / PB resturaunts in the St Louis area are great! Tuesday is bagels for half off or so. Get a dozen for like $10 with 2 schmears (that's containers) of toppings!! This location and actually the whole local chain of stores in the St Louis area have gone downhill in service and quality of products. Their prices seem very high and portions smaller especially if driving through. The last 3 out of 3 times they have been out of sprouted grain roll as a side or it's been so hard you can't eat. Chicken noodle soup is very hit or miss. You may get 2 noodles or lots. Disappointed and don't come very often anymore. read more

I try to go here a lot due to working almost right next to it. But every time I come 15-20 minutes before close the drive thru always says they are closed. I specifically look to make sure they are open according to all of their signs and they still don't have the drive thru open. I have posted multiple times on their Facebook page and never received any acknowledgement. It's getting quite ridiculous and I'm sure you guys are losing quite a bit of business. read more

This is easily one of the best locations on the Illinois side. I always have a short wait time for food, and the restaurant is maintained very well. I would consider a better layout on parking here though. Having a one way parking lot that is shared with a bank can really turn into a mess come 5 o'clock. read more

Had some chicken noodle soup tonight that was 90% broth. When I complained I was told they sometimes get a bad batch and I could ask for extra noodles. I said that I would like some chicken in chicken noodle soup. She wanted to know if I ate it all and did I want another cup. Just didn't seem to really care. read more

If I could give this negative stars, I would. Every single time I order, they are 45 minutes to sometimes over an hour late. I am about 10 minutes from this location and there is no excuse. I am constantly told "We are really busy" or "We only had one driver today." Either hire more drivers or stop overloading the ones you have to alleviate the issue. read more

A little more pricey than my standard fare, but you certainly get what you pay for. I have never been unsatisfied with a meal from St. Louis Bread Co. The drive-through is fast and super convenient, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very pleasant. My favorite menu item is the tomato and mozzarella panini, with added chicken. I usually get a bowl of french onion soup, and of course add a bakery item! They have changed up their menu a little recently, and now give a buttered roll with the meal instead of the normal piece of baguette bread. I wish they hadn't made this change, as I much preferred the original bread. read more

I have always loved St. Louis Bread Company, but my last visit convinced me that this location is simply outstanding! I ordered a pick two with half of a turkey bacon bravo sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was great with bacon cooked to perfection and a mouthwatering sauce. The soup was rich and just the right temperature. I also got a superfruit smoothie, which had a great berry flavor and was immensely refreshing! Without a doubt, the worst quality control system, of any restaurant I've experienced. Eat-in orders seem to get special attention, however to-go orders are wrong, or poorly built, almost as often as not. I occassionally get lunch at the Shiloh restaurant, and never have trouble. Today, I decided to order and pick up inside, to reduce the likelihood of them screwing it up. Should have pulled the sandwich apart, prior to leaving. Half the sandwich was ok, but there was a piece of lettuce on it (no lettuce is included on this sandwich). The the other half had only one chunk of avocado, about 1 cubic inch in size. The sandwich ordered was the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Panini. DO NOT get to-go orders from this restaurant. read more

This place offers a great salads, soups, and sandwiches! Depending what time you get there, they can be pretty busy. The time you wait for your food is not that long. The only complaint that I would have for this place is seating and the bread being too hot. Other than that, I would eat here everyday if I could! read more

Well, I used to go to this location at least 3 times a week...order was usually $20+...so I probably spent $3000 a year but that is over...for the past 3-4 months my order has invariable been wrong...their soups are like broth with nothing in them, their salads with chicken,,,the amount of chicken is minimal and it's gross...you have to pick through it...the tea tastes like they haven't cleaned the pot in a long time. It's truly unfortunate but the quality control has gone way down hill...it used to be a great Breadco :( read more

I love the potato soup on Mon/Wed. It is my favorite and I always make a visit on these days. But the Edwardsville location always runs out by 6:00-6:30 and sometimes earlier! I have left with nothing three times this past month because they can't seem to ever make enough. Please make enough so people who eat a later dinner can enjoy too!! read more

My mom and I had lunch at the Edwardsville (IL) St. Louis Bread Co. today and I was getting very frustrated with my experience. This is one of my favorite restaurants to have lunch at and I usually don't have a bad experience, but this time was awful. I ordered a strawberry smoothie that tasted like pure unsweet yogurt with no strawberries... and that's not the part that made me upset. I was standing in front of the station that the employee was making the smoothie in, and the manager whispers to her "I don't think that looks right.." and instead of her making another one or the manager telling her to make another one... She lets her just hand me the smoothie. On top of that, it had a bunch of it running down the cup when she handed it to me! I ordered a caesar salad that did not taste fresh for one. On top of that, it had brown lettuce and there was barely any lettuce leaves. It was all just the white triangle parts with no leaves. My silverware was dirty, especially my soup spoon. I took it back and the new one was just as dirty! When I took the smoothie and spoon back, the employees rolled their eyes or made a face. The girl who took our order did not give us a warm welcome and made a face at me when I asked them if they had a student discount by chance. I dealt with 4 different employees including a manager and they all gave me attitude or did not do their job. I'm not going back to this store. Clearly they have a staff problem. This wouldn't bother me as much if we didn't pay $27 for mediocre food. read more

Sorry, I can't give this location more than 2 stars. Drive thru service is quick but I swear, I'm always spouting off my order to the saddest sack in the entire building. The employees here sound miserable or they need to be retrained in how to speak to customers. I'm not asking for rainbows and sunshine but acting like you hate me for ordering a latte and muffin isn't okay. And can they fix the whole "let me go see if we have anymore [insert bakery item]". I say part of my order and the worker has to leave to go see if they have it. They don't. I say something else. Off they go to see if they have it. It's annoying for both of us. But today was the day that was bad enough that I'm leaving a review. Firstly, it was not even 9 AM and they had no plain bagels. So I ordered from the ones they did have and they were stale.
