There were a couple people ahead of my daughter and while I waited, I read the menu. I am not a big fan of Smoothies, but I kept going back to the PB&B toast. So, by the time my daughter completed her order I had talked myself into getting it. I am so glad I did! Starts off with Knead sourdough and is topped with house made peanut butter, banana, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and honey drizzle. It was so good. The house made peanut butter is the best with all the other ingredients. I will go back for this without a doubt but am so impressed with the staff for their energy and welcoming attitude, a real asset.

After a few minutes, one of the owners walked from behind the counter and handed me my food. I was floored. I don't take gestures like that for granted, especially since he didn't have to do that. I chatted with him for a bit while the other owner continued processing the orders. He said they've been open since January and business has been going really well. I ended up eating this in my car since I still had a few other places to go. The wrap was the perfect size (at least for me)! It was a bit on the smaller side but still packed a powerful punch. The egg and pesto were spot on; I don't recall tasting the peppers but it may have been because I was so hungry! The smoothie was delicious and had the right amount of sweetness and nutrition minus the guilt. Due to the promo, I only paid for the sandwich, so getting a 2-1 is always a win in my book! However, we would definitely go back to try other things.
