Staff did a good job of moving customers through the line efficiently. The girl helping me was friendly and patient with my questions. I ended up ordering an iced Brown Sugar Vanilla Latte with oat milk. The price was a little high, especially after being upcharged for a nondairy milk option. However, the drink was tasty and well-made. Smooth and just the right amount of sweetness. I was also pleased that it was not loaded up with ice. My personal fav place to get smoothie bowls in STL! All the ingredients are fresh and the portion sizes are nice, the size shown in the picture is a small. They have a lot of unique bowl options but I personally like to build my own, i highly reccomend the Pitaya and Blue Majik. You get to pick however many topping you want and They give a generous amount of everything you order so you definitely get what you pay for! They have a pretty extensive menu from bowls, smoothies, refreshers, toast, etc so there's healthy options for whatever you are craving! My only complaint is that since it's located inside of the foundry, parking is kind of inconvenient if you are in a hurry as you have to enter the food hall to get there, but it's worth it if you have the time! read more

I ordered online, and my smoothie bowl was ready for pickup in less than 10 minutes! When you order online, they keep your smoothie bowl refrigerated so that it's not melted when you pick it up. I love that you can create your own bowl because I've been to plenty of places that only allow you to order directly from the menu. They have a really nice variety of base and topping options. I ended up creating my bowl with mango pineapple base, granola, almond butter, bananas, pineapple, bee pollen, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and agave nectar. They have a ton of base options you can choose whenever you're making your own bowl, or you can choose a pre-crafted option. I created my own bowl and chose the blue majik as my base. Everything is made fresh and there was a bit of a line, so I waited about 10 minutes for my bowl. My favorite part was the fact that you can add whatever toppings you'd like and there's no limit. I ordered online with ease and liked how toppings were included in the price of the bowl, rather than paying extra for anything. When I got there, they were finishing my order up. I built my own bowl and got a pitaya base topped with granola, strawberries, blueberries, banana, bee pollen, and peanut butter. I got a large, because I was super hungry. The Pitaya base was perfectly creamy and the granola added a nice crunch. Additionally, the fruit was fresh and the peanut butter was made in-store, so it really added to the flavor. My girlfriend got an acai base and a coconut base and I liked how you could choose more than one. When I go back, I'm definitely going to try a pitaya base with a coconut base! read more

Such a fun option at the Food hall at the Foundry! We had the surfer Sunrise bowl. The blue majik(?) was the favorite of the 3 bases. Super fresh, made to order, and makes you feel good about yourself. I would bet these have way more sugar and calories than you would like to think, but you still get better nutrition than at a burger or pizza place. They did take a bit to prep the bowls so you have to wait. The strawberries and bananas are cut fresh to order so it takes a minute. $12 is not really a bargain for a small bowl, but again, you feel good about yourself so it's a win. read more
