So I just found out about Rush Bowls and I can't get enough! Within the past month I've been obsessed with açai bowls. The bowls here are really good size and they are so so yummy! I've also tried the jungle bowl and it has been my favorite so far. Check them out! They also have an app where you can get reward points if you're a frequent customer!
I actually think Rush Bowls is super underrated. Great location with lots of stuff around- often stop here after library/whole foods/orangetheory. Coming from California, I think these prices are SUPER fair. I get the kids bowl for around $6 and it feels like a good quantity. Their smoothies and bowls are always fresh and you see them making it right in front of you. My husband will often get the protein stuff added and says the flavor blends in perfectly. The staff is so kind and always offers helpful suggestions. Not a lot of space to sit on the inside but they do have some window tables and some outdoor seating that I've definitely used in the summer time. Everyone should try!
Love this place! Service is always very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, they don't really have any indoor seating options, but they package your bowl nicely enough that it's easy to take with you in the car. I love their assortment of topping options and smoothie flavors! My favorite is the Paradise Bowl with coconut flakes. A couple months ago, I tried their seasonal Pumpkin Spice Bowl and was pleasantly surprised by its deliciousness!
I had high hopes for the smoothie and the oat balls. The oat balls were as expected but the picture shows them smothered in coconut flakes. The ones I got had flakes on the bottom of the bag and only a few attached. Not a big deal they were solid even if they didn't have the coconut flavor I had hoped for. But... the protein smoothie looked like it would be filled with goodness but it had NO FLAVOR! Occasionally I thought I maybe tasted some peanut butter.
Lots of delicious smoothie bowls to choose from. I got the mango passion fruit and guava bowl and added blueberries. It's a cute place but not much room for you to sit or bring friends. More of a pick up and to go atmosphere. No bathrooms. The service is quick.
Pretty decent spot for acai bowls. I tried the Beach Bowl which contains acai, banana, mango & guava juice topped with honey, granola, + strawberries. It was refreshing and filling, but don't expect the freshest, tastiest, Hawaii-level acai bowl. That being said, I would probably come back again to try something new. They have plenty of options that you can customize, so there's something for everyone.
L.A. and Phoenix have the best acai bowls, but STL is trying. This place is decent. It's not fresh, organic acai, but a frozen blend. It'll do. I got the Beach Bowl and it was fine.
I've been wanting to try Rush Bowls in the CWE for a while, so I headed over to pick one up to go for a late lunch. I got the Chai's Mystique and omg it was fantastic!! Banana, Almonds, Cinnamon, Honey, Chai, oat milk, Froyo, topped with Granola, Honey, and slivered almonds. I was trying to decide on something healthy and awesome and quick for lunch on my upcoming birthday that was close to the zoo. This wins!!
Decided to stop by for some fuel after an Orange Theory class. Opted for the super protein smoothie. It's made up of banana, strawberry, kale/spinach, peanut butter, chocolate, whey, froyo and your choice of milk. There claims to be 40g of protein on it but I only saw a tiny scoop of whey being put in so I doubt that claim is true? Overall, the texture of the smooth was nice but I really only tasted peanut butter. I'll opt for something else next time.
In my two visits I had one super helpful employee and one very indifferent. The bowls are big. Big enough that you better take some bites before climbing into your car unless you want graham all over. The two bowls I've ordered (chocolate strawberry and berry blast) were ok. Nothing that blew me away but nothing disgusting. I added peanut butter to the chocolate strawberry which was a horrible mistake on my part and the employee told me it was a good idea. NOT A GOOD IDEA. They offer nutrition information on all the bowls if you desire. I can't say I'm into the "smoothie with a toping" craze but rather prefer the bowls with all the individual items placed in, like at Hello Juice. It's next to Steel Wheels so I may find myself desperate again and I wouldn't hesitate to try something else.
I had a very good first time at Rush Bowls! I was a little biased going in because some of my friends had gone before and they were dissatisfied, but I had a good experience! What I ordered: peach cobbler bowl. I loved it! I loved the flavor. I had never seen this flavor at a smoothie bowl place. It came with granola and honey on top. Pros: they have so many different flavors of smoothies and smoothie bowls here! I want to go back to try the apple pie flavor. Great portions! Cons: the ingredients definitely aren't as fresh as some of the other smoothie places in town. You have to pay $1 to add toppings such as fruit, almond slices, and chocolate chips. There is very little seating, just two tables inside and some outdoor seating. This isn't that big of a deal though. I liked Rush Bowls! The ingredients aren't as good as they are other places, but I love the flavor options!
Smoothies and açaí fruit bowls available. They have lots of add ons available for more nutritional value. Everything is made fresh. Rewards available and app for rush bowls is downloadable on phones. A little overpriced. read more

A friend recommended Rush Bowls and I'm glad I went. I ordered the Aloha bowl with strawberries, pineapple, coconut, pineapple juice, granola, bananas and honey. Delicious and refreshing. Short wait time for my order. Small, clean dining area. No complaints. read more
I signed up for their rewards program and it has been worth it because they send promotions. The menu has many different smoothies and bowls. You can get a smoothie to drink or a bowl of the same ingredients. I like how they categorize everything by what you might need that day: protein, refreshing, energy boost, etc. Everything tastes fresh and really good. The space is very small with two seats so you should just order, pick up, and go. It is usually not busy but if there are more than 3-5 people ahead of you it feels crowded and the wait time goes up fast. It is what you expect at a smoothie bowl place. read more

I stopped in Rush Bowl for the first time today to have a quick lunch with my friend, and I will definitely be coming back. I had the Jungle bowl (removed the coconut) with granola, gram crackers, and honey. They do have a dine in option. It's enough seating for you and a couple of friends if you are the only ones in there. read more

First time trying Rush Bowl and loved it! It's basically a bowl of freshly blended smoothie with choices of toppers. There were many toppers to choose from and I got strawberry and peanut butter. They had a sign saying the PB is freshly blend everyday and it did taste pretty fresh! The place is good for a quick breakfast or lunch or snack! read more
Ok so I understand there are ton of 'Bowl' places popping up all over but this was my first ever visit and I'm in love! The guy behind the counter was so helpful in explaining the process and helping me select add-ins and other options. I ordered one with a name similar to 'the beach'? Something like that. Added some protein and some coconut flakes on the top. Not only was it packed with the exact nutrients I wanted - it was super delicious and refreshing. It definitely filled me up for the day, as I would expect from breakfast. read more

The service was very fast and the bowls were delicious and decently sized. The seating is very minimal so it's a great place to get something and then walk around with when the weather is nice, kind of like with ice cream. I didn't realize that the bowls are very similar to frozen yogurt, in fact a lot contain frozen yogurt which makes me skeptical as to how healthy they are. I feel like something similar could be made at home that's much cheaper and much healthier. read more
Stopped by today, on a whim. In town on business. I live on these things when I'm in California- and have to say, comparatively, this price was mote than fair. I got the super smoothie (I was short on protein - this 40 grams definitely helped!). Tasty. Thick. Blended perfectly. Sat outside to enjoy the sunshine. read more

5 stars to the amazing, sweet male, blonde, longer hair employee who made my bowl!! He greeted me while making 3 smoothie bowls at a time and asked if I had any questions. He was definitely working his butt off but maintained a very upbeat attitude. The manager/boss definitely needs to be more thankful for this employee..... the 5 stars is all thanks to this male worker :) read more

Had the opportunity to experience from a friend who got me Rush Bowls via delivery. First time having an acai bowl and I loved it. I got the beach body and I loved the freshness of it all. What I loved the most was the granola on top covered in honey. Flavorful and delicious. I'll write another review when I get a chance to actually step foot in the place to see if anything changed it read more

I love acai bowls and rush bowls has some of the best i've had. I usually have these in PR and i have never had them guava juice! I love the flavor with the guava juice. This is the second time i order the beach bowl, which i really enjoy. My friends ordered the pitaya bowl, dragon bowl and my other friend got the lemon twist. Everyone finished their acai bowls and the smoothie was finished completely. My friend would recommend adding banana to the lemon smoothie to tone down the lemon flavor if you are not feeling a strong lemon taste. The bowls are pretty big and filling and refreshing! Come after a workout and feel refreshed! read more

Legitimately walked all over looking for this place and it was totally worth it! Beware Apple maps has the wrong location, follow the one on yelp! Super cute and very efficient and organized, I really did get my food in less than 5 minutes. They have a variety different options and fruits and offer smoothie options as well. Acai Bowl: Beach Bowl Did you really get an açaí bowl of your don't instagram it? But legitimately delicious with crunchy granola and honey on the top. Doesn't taste like those processed overly sweet smoothies from places like smoothie king, you can taste the freshness. There is a nice amount of granola too, not just a thin layer that leaves you with disappointment. I chose to get strawberries on top for $1 more. I was able to finish the entire bowl and it filled me up decently. I am so happy a place like this came to the CWE, it's really what they were missing. I see lots of people stopping by after workout classes (steel wheels and Orange theory are right next door). Overall I am excited to try more from this place, I will definitely treat myself to one of these after a good workout and not feel guilty about it after. *edit, unfortunately after trying a real açaí bowl I can say that this isn't truly that authentic. It is supposed to be a lot thicker and larger as well. $12 for one is apparently super overpriced as well, but if you are looking for a smoothie bowl this is the place! I would still come here for a smoothie bowl, but not necessarily call it an açaí bowl. read more
