I ordered late night pizza online- Friday night. 16" buffalo chicken pizza and 16" pepperoni, hamburger and mushroom. You can't beat the buy 1 get 1 half off deal. I opted for hand tossed crust needing something a little different than the STL thin crust fave. It didn't disappoint. A good base with soft outer crust- really good. They didn't skimp on the toppings. I ordered extra cheese because come on, who doesn't want more cheese and they definitely loaded it up. StL pizza blend in the buffalo chicken and just mozzarella on the other. Both were so good. The buffalo chicken had great flavor without an overpowering mouth burn from the buffalo heat. Ordered a cheese pizza, pasta con broccoli, and a side salad. The pizza was disgusting because the cheese was like recycled plastic. It had no stretch to it, and was greasy and tasted bland. The pasta con broccoli was more like pasta con gravy. Just a few noodles and broccolis swimming in thick, floury, tasteless goop. I don't think they even added salt. The salad was disappointing, with only lettuce, cheese, and some croutons. Are you guys even trying? I feel ripped off and I'm probably just shouting into a void because, according to the other reviews, it doesn't sound like you care. Horrible experience. From the rudeness of the staff to the quality of the food. Both pizzas were burned on the bottom and lack any flavor aside from the burned taste. We also requested mozzarella on one of the pizzas but it was clearly provel on both of them. The guy that took our order didn't even greet us when we walked in. He just looked at us with a disgusted look and acted as if we were really bothering him by walking in. This place used to be good but it's absolutely horrible, and now I wish I had looked at their reviews before ordering. How can ownership and management be ok with a 2.5 rating? The only thing good about this place is the wings. Terrible employees, drivers and managers. Messed up order 3 times in one night. Sent order to wrong address the first time, sent complete wrong order 2nd time and the 3rd time the driver gave the wrong order and left in a hurry then came back to swap it out. We ordered pizza and wings online and the price was $40. I wasn't sure if my order went through so I called the store and the person that answered the phone told me that it did and that my order qualified for a combo order and added the discount to my order which saved me $10. Wow! The pizza was very good (deluxe). The wings were good. We ordered half and half. Half were garlic Parmesan and half were hot. If the wings were a bit crispier I would have said they were great as well. I will definitely order from here again!! read more

Their house salad is a piss poor joke of a salad it came with some lettuce and cheese. Also their caesar salad which is just lettuce, croutons, caesar dressing and some parmesan cheese is $0,50 more then their house salad when IMO is should be the same price as the house salad and they can't say they charge more for the caesar salad because of the caesar dressing as you can order it with any of the normal salad dressing options for any of their other salads. I would pass on this location if I was you because the 3 or 4 times I've tried them there was always something that could have been better. read more

WORST customer service. Very rude young manager, and customer does not come first. Have ordered from here several times in the past but never again after this experience. Waited way too long to get the wrong order. Person taking the order did not process the order correctly but it was our fault!! Usually have a good experience but this time around I placed a pick up order and two women are smoking cigarettes outside with the door open just filling the place with the smell of cigarettes. She tries to make an unfunny joke by saying "I guess I'll get off tik tok to help you" then tells me twice in a row my order is $1000, again like wtf I don't need to hear your tight 5 please just give me the food. Get home, order is wrong. Call up and they agree to remake 1 of my items so when I return home my food is cold. Legit shocked someone could be this bad at customer service. 10/28/22. ps. Try placing an online order wouldn't go through. Supposedly there was an error with my order. But they still charged my card. Still took the money out of my account and then when I place the order over the phone and go to pick it up I have to pay for it again. Joan the employee that I had already have the money taken out of my account she didn't care made me pay for it again. If it were possible to give negative stars, this location should certainly have it. The customer service is terrible and the food is mediocre at best. I placed my favorite order of 25 all flat golden bbq wings only to get them home and they were soggy, they tasted boiled, and had next to no sauce on them. And don't even get me started on the skimpy toppings on their pizza. The locations throughout the STL area are all independantly owned, and the owner here has certainly dropped the ball. Your company is literally named pizza and wings, and you do neither of them well. If you want service with a smile, and quality food, skip this location and drive the extra few miles to a better managed store. read more

They kept putting fliers on my door so I thought I would try their establishment. First of all, it's terrible pizza. Flavorless and very few toppings. You think it is relatively cheap until you get the product and then you feel taken. We also order appetizers and a salad, both of which were more expensive than other places in their genre, but again were much less than expected. Please order from anywhere but here. You will have a much better experience, and probably spend less. read more

I ordered several items yesterday from the Richardson location and the food was cold and the ravioli was not done. Everything was basically luke warm. I had to reheat it. I have had S Louis Pizza and wings long time ago and it was good but I ordered it when I lived in the city. Was not happy for what we paid at all! read more

I've been a patron of the arnold Pizza and wings for years. I hopped on tonight to place and order using their online ordering and pressed "reorder previous" My previous order was always 1 xl pizza with garlic Parmesan wings, a salad and a soda. When my order gets here, the pizza had no sauce. I check my receipt, it said "hold the sauce". I have never ordered without sauce. So i called to tell them about the issue. The manager refused to talk to me at first. Then, when she finally came on, Erica told me "you had a chance to review your order". On the site, there was nothing on the review that said "hold the sauce". I have never asked to hold sauce on the pizza, and have always trusted their site. But, I was told repeatedly that this was my fault. I didnt know anything was wrong until the order arrived. After years of buying from these guys, Im done, I won't be treated like an idiot because their site (which has had an update and is almost unreadable at times) decided I didnt need sauce. read more
