I ordered hours ahead for 2 XL pizzas for 5:00 pickup. It's now 5:30 and I still haven't gotten my order. I know it's the Super Bowl today, but when you order ahead, it should be relatively on time. I had completely forgotten about this place until an old friend reminded me about how we used to order St louis Pizza and wings 3-4 times per week at our old place of employment 15+ years ago. (different location) First off I have to say right off the bat that as far as "St. Louis style pizza" goes (and yes I'm referring to you Imo's, Elicia's, CWP, Pasta house, and others) St louis Pizza and Wings is the winner in my opinion. Sure, one could argue that another place has a better sauce, or a different has a better sausage, or maybe the third has a special cheese you prefer, etc. What I am saying is that when it comes to the total package, STLPW is the winner. I was VERY impressed with the pizzas I received this past weekend. In fact it was so good that the kiddos begged me to get it again for a total of 2 nights in a row! To start, the crust was perfect. I assume its a premade "shell" and for all I know its the same brand as some of these other places but whatever they did here brought it to the next level! Cooking temp maybe? Fresh vs frozen? I don't know, but something made this crust simply better and flakier, than the rest. The sauce was flavorful with a strong tomato flavor as well as the perfect amount of sweetness that I really enjoyed. Toppings were great, and I really like how the pepperoni was under the cheese and the strips of bacon were on top. Speaking of cheese, I honestly don't know a the blend of cheeses they use here are, but I can tell you if you are worried about the St louis Provel taste or liquidity this is NOT that. My only complaint would be the wait time. I ordered online for pick-ups 2 days in a row. First time I waited around 10 minutes past the projected pick-up time. The second however was way off. I arrived about 5 minutes before the pick-up time and was told it was going to be another 20. Then after that 20 was up I went back in and was told it would be another 8-10. Staff was very apologetic and I do appreciate that. They even offered a 2 liter as an apology for my time to which I declined. They also suggested calling in vs online ordering for better projection of times. I DO appreciate that and will certainly do so in the future. Lesson learned, but the extra 30-40 minutes I spent here messed up plans for the rest of the evening... Bottom line... It's 4 stars from me. Sure I've had better pizza in general, and st louis style is far from my favorite, but when it does come to St louis style pizza this is my preference now. read more

I'm not sure if they can't read or just don't care. But every single time I ask for light sauce on my pizzas they put extra. It's just gobbs of sauce. Not even edible. The toppings just slide right off bc the amount of sauce. Save you're money and just order from imos. read more

the HighRidge location looks like it has never been cleane. the ceiling is covered with dirt and whatever else that has to have been growing since the day the opened. based on the cleanliness of the the front area, I can only assume that the kitchen is worse. this is not a clean place period. read more

I've only ordered pizza from here and it's not exactly "bad" per se, the food we got just tasted really processed. The pizza sauce was sweet and thick like tomato paste. The crust was dense and bland (we got the thicker crust not the ultra thin cracker type) I guess this is a local chain but the national chains are better *shrug* For chain style st louis pizza, IMOs is better. For traditional pizza (not ultra thin crust, no provel) try Corner Bistro. - their pizzas are great. None of this should reflect poorly on this particular store. I would say that I have had much better experiences ordering delivery than picking stuff up. They have this person there(I will refrain from mentioning her gender as to avoid possible embarrassment) that wears clothing that is a tad bit too small. Like uncomfortably small. Wing was OK, just plain chicken dipped in hot sauce. Ravioli was delicious with homemade pasta sauce. Caesar salad with homemade dressing was very yummy too!! We won't mind going there instead of Imo's, both places offer the same price but this place offers more food - good deal especially for groups!! Wow.... I usually go to the location off telegraph but this ones closer to my house so I ordered delivery from here. The pizza was so soggy and the dough was undercooked. The cheese is nothing compared to IMO's. I also got onion rings which I ordered crispy and they were soooo soggy. read more

First off the pizza and wings took over and hour to arrive which I had no problem with at all considering it is late at night. Anyway when the pizza got here it was the ugliest looking pizza I have ever seen, it was ice cold and tasted like it just came out of the refrigerator. My wife and I have been eating Saint Louis pizza and wings for years now and today June the 8 of 2020 we receive the worst food we've ever bought there before. Not only were the French fries very cold both of our sandwiches were cold and lack the proper Ingredients to be a Saint Louis pizza sandwich that I've had in the past. The manager call my wife a liar she was very rude to me when I call would not give me her name and only said that the owner Raymond be there Wednesday and for me not to come down there now we live literally 3 minutes from Saint Louis pizza and so how can our food be this cold and she calls us liars because she made it and she made it very badly. We will not be patronizing this business any time soon and if they look at the reviews the owner Raymond that is maybe he would do something about the service the food and the management and his restaurant. If I acted like that I would be fired in 2 seconds I'm never mention the words to her but she was very offensive about such matters. She would not give me a phone number to corporate she would not give me the owner phone number she would not give me anything except for the owners name Raymond will be there Wednesday. If she worked for me I would have fired her on the spot for bad customer service calling the customer a liar and crapy food that we know they can Do better. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THE PLACE! 1st time order from this location. After being told an hour for delivery it took 1 1/2 hours. The burger couldn't have been more dried out, overcooked, and luke warm. Ok this is not my style but I've never been so disrespected by a company that I spend my money with. St. Louis Pizza and Wings High Ridge just lost a customer. I order from them even though they are pricier and always take an hour to deliver - but with the customer service I just received - NEVER again. My order was incorrect and when I called (very nicely may I add) to let them know the manager proceeded to tell me I was a liar. He remembered taking my order and I was wrong. Ehh ok? All I wanted was my correct order! He told me he would give me a credit but if I wanted a new pizza it would be ANOTHER hour. I guess as punishment since he thought I was wrong? How about just apologizing and fixing the mistake? He spent about 5 minutes arguing with me over this. Oh and also he had been doing this "10 years" and knew what I ordered.
