If St. Louis Style Pizza is your thing, than Cecil's is another home town favorite to go. On my most recent visit, I tool advantage of their 2 XL deal and chose to get Bacon and Italian Sausage. I ordered ahead for carry out and when I arrived the pizzas were hot and ready. When I got out to my car the aroma of fresh pizza permeated my car. If I didn't have to drive I would have dove head first into the boxes but I showed complete restraint. When we returned to our room however, I had to have a few pieces before the pizzas were put away, because they we going to make the long journey back home with me to Florida. We have dined in many times and have tried many of the other items on the menu, toasted raviolis being one of my favorites, but the pizza for me is always the star. I look forward to it every time I am home for a visit. Happy dining!

This spots pizza was SUPER greasy and the cheese was practically falling off. It seemed like the cheese was the type you dip chips in ( queso, fondue, REALLY CREAMY CHEESE, etc.) The restaurant was super dirty and we could barely find a table that was clean to sit at. It made us want to clean it ourselves. The only thing that was good about this place was the toasted ravioli. An appetizer.

VALLEY PARK CECILS -i guess a take out order doesnt get the same food or attention as an eat in order !! The roast beef sandwich with au jus and a side salad was ordered. i got 2 dry pieces of leather on a dry hard crusty bun. the side stuff, lettuce onion tomato pickle was wrapped up in a wadded foil ball and looked like some ones left overs. was very little there and the yellow lettuce piece to put on the sandwich was an inch by inch square... the salad was yellowing lettuce with nothing on it and a side of dressing. NO au jus came with it . i asked what came eith the sandwich and was told nothing...but was given BURNT to a dry hollowing french fries. We will never eat there again. I returned minutes after opening the food and asked for a refund was met with someone who thought it was funny and refused to let me speak to a manager or return my food. When i called later to speak to a manager he said he left a message with the manager to NEVER hear from them. The food and customer service is horrible and deep below par- DO NOT EAT THERE OR ORDER TAKE OUT

Don't pre tip delivery service as itis ungodly slow, inconsistent, and easily 45 min longer than what they say. Save your time. Go elsewhere

The rich creaminess and unique flavor of the Provel shines since the crust is so thin, which is the beauty of this style of pie so to me, this was excellent. The fried raviolis had a crispy and flavorful batter and the garlic butter cheese was dense but tasty. Service was very friendly and food came out at a reasonable pace. The place itself had a very clean and modern look but still felt casual. Food was very heavy but they do have lighter options; I just wanted to try some St Louis staples.

I ordered the Tortellini Piselli that is pasta shells stuffed with beef and pork and finished in a delightful sauce of peas, mushroom, prosciutto, cream and Parmesan cheese. My friend had a plate of Rigatoni with Italian sausage that I tried a bite of and was deliciousness as well and the pasta had a very garlicky sauce as well that I want to go back for soon. I'll probably opt to dine at this Twin Oaks location from now on, it's more elegant but still warm and inviting than the other locations. Also I found the service much friendlier than the others as well.

My husband and I ate here on a Friday night. The atmosphere was not great - it felt like it should be a nicer interior especially for the prices. The tables seemed like plastic card tables with tablecloth on them and the lighting was really dim, with fluorescent lighting. We were sat in a corner that was crammed too close by another table and unfortunately I was bumped into more than a few times - it was hard to get in and out of too. My husband ordered the burger and fries and I ordered a steak. We both ordered our dishes medium but they came well done. They took my steak back and made another, but it took a long time. By the time it returned, his dish was cold. They also didn't ask if his burger was cooked right so he just ate it. My sides were green beans (good) and baked potato (just okay) and it came with a caesar salad (too much dressing). Service left some to be desired. There are lots of food runners and water fillers, it seems, but we didn't see our server a lot nor was my water ever refilled. We had to ask for bread and had to wait awhile for it, as well. The prices especially for steaks are high. I got a 6oz sirloin I believe for $39. With my husbands burger, two waters (no drinks), tax and tip it was a $70 meal. Nothing offered for our delays, incorrectly cooked entrees, etc. Bummer that a nearby, locally owned spot didn't work as we love to support local when we can. If they could elevate some of the above mentioned components to match their prices and provide more consistent quality of dishes, that would vastly help!
