I tried this location a year ago and was severely disappointed. The food came 3 hours after ordering on a weeknight. I decided to give it another try tonight to see if anything has changed, and it hasnt. I ordered my food an hour and a half ago and I called to see where its at and they told me it would be another 45m. The staff here do not care. The managers do not care. The store does not care. Dominos needs to drop their franchise here and stop wasting peoples time. 1/5 stars because it could not be lower. Absolute joke. read more

The app said 12-17 minutes, but it took 46! The 2 women making the pizzas were talking and goofing off more than working. My Parmesan bites were burnt! When I went to return them them the manager would only give me store credit, which I don't ever plan to return. She was very rude, and had the nerve to ask me if I'ce ever worked a day in my life! I told her I spent over 30 years in management, and she sucks at her job. She was also one of the ones talking more than workin. I ordered my food at 8:24. When I called at 9:55, she said they called me to tell me my food was going to be delivered 2.5 hours later. While I physically looked at the online receipt and have no missing calls- I replied- you never called, she said you put the wrong number down. Every time I've ordered from here the food is either never made right or not cooked properly and doesn't taste very good. Not to mention the service is always hours to get your food. Multiple times I've ordered from this location and it has taken well over 2 hours to arrive not to mention when I call the store they tell me it's in the oven and an hour late I still don't have my pizzas. I wish I could go lower than 1 star. Last night we were eating a pizza and a fingernail was inside the pizza. The manager was nice and found out which employee it was. After an hour and twenty minutes of my order still being in the prep stage, I began trying to call to find out about my order. After being on hold for 15 minutes, my call was disconnected and continued to be disconnected multiple times after that. I had to drive there also while on hold just to cancel my order that was still in the prep stage after 2 hours. When I was upset and told another customer good luck with her order, one of the workers actually smarted off to me! Everyone knows what they are getting when they are getting domino's. It's not the best pizza but it's pizza. And it's consistent. And if you are thrifty about using coupons, it can be downright cheap. The problem at this location is that they burn it. Pretty much all the time. I don't know if the conveyor is moving too slow or if the oven is on too high but I have literally never gotten a pizza here that wasn't dark brown on the bottom and showing obvious overcooking on the top. Most of the time when you eat it fresh it's fine but the leftovers then to shrivel into dried little bits. To their credit, the staff is friendly. And the first time I ordered from them and got overcooked pizza I complained and they were quick to issue an apology and a couple free pizzas (which they also burned). Really, this could be rectified with an option in the online ordering that said "lightly baked" but unfortunately the only options are "normal bake" and "well done" I imagine the "well done pizza" is like a giant hockey puck - but this is pure speculation. If you order over the phone I encourage you to ask for them to lightly bake it - though you must often use the web to get the good coupons. If you like your pizza well done, you'll probably love it here. read more

Told us an hour for delivery. Changed to 2 hours when we called about it at one hour and 35 minutes in. Guy on the phone admitted they hadn't even made the pizza yet. We have hit the two hour mark and still nothing. Avoid this location at all costs . Just horrible, I'd hate to see how bad service is when it actually a busy night. It's a Tuesday so not a super slamming night. Update: Two hours and 10 minutes now and still not made it here. Called and hasn't even left yet. Cancelled order. After a few negative experiences here, I decided to avoid this Domino's. Time had passed and I figured I would give them another shot. Bad idea. I was given an overcooked pizza. I asked them to remake it, which I absolutely hate doing, and they did, but it was only slightly better. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient, but unless you like your pizza extra, extra crispy, I would not recommend this Domino's. read more

Ordered pizza on a Thursday night via the web. Stated 50-60 minutes for delivery. After a little after an hour I called and was told they had a rush, and that the time frame the web provides is not accurate. I was told there were two deliveries before me and if I wanted my pizza faster I can always order pick up (wow). At about an hour and a half I got a text that the driver had left. They are about seven minutes from my house, so I expected to see the driver pretty quickly. Few minutes later I got another text that the driver is in my neighborhood. After about 20 minutes I decided to click on the "track driver" function. He was STILL AT THE STORE!!!! How can the driver be in my neighborhood and still at the store. Pizza finally arrived after two hours cold and soggy. It was thrown out and I am still trying to negotiate a refund. Store tried to give me a credit but I am not going there again. Tried to rip us off $6 on an order and when I called them on, they begrudgingly lowered the price of the order. They have been delivering to my house for the two years we lived here. Called to order a few weeks and ago and they "no longer deliver to our street." They are about 9 minutes from my house. Pizza Hut, which is an additional minute further from them in High Ridge delivers to us. Imos over by Pasta House which is over 20 minutes from us will deliver, but they suddenly "re-drew their map." Yeah right, your lazy employees just didn't like being called out on trying to steal money from a customer. This location has lost ours, my neighbors, and my families business. read more

I called the location and was told we will get a new order out ASAP, I called 40 minutes later still here, manger said it's coming out the door now we made fresh, I live 6 minutes away, 25 minutes later still not here. I ordered 30 minutes in advance for carry out. My boyfriend goes inside and comes out with one pizza and breadsticks. So I'm missing one pizza. He goes back in and is told they didn't make that one but still charged us 20 dollars for a missing pizza so they start to cook it but it will take 20 minutes. Which means I have to sit with my good and let it get cold for one missing pizza. I walked in and told them I wanted my money back and didn't want that pizza anymore. The lady mocked me and took her time to give me my money and DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR NOT MAKING A PIZZA AND CHARGING ME FOR IT. She didn't even know one was missing until we told her. Poor customer service. Our food was COLD when it was delivered and when we complained, they told us they were giving us a credit for the order. We called back the next week to use our credit and they told us that we didn't have any because the order was redelivered the same day of the complaint. We never got the order. $60 WASTED! This is definitely one of the best Dominos locations that I have ate at. Living in High Ridge, I order it pretty often. The BBQ Chicken pizza is amazing. It's always very fresh and warm and so good! The pepperoni pizza is also very delicious. The service is always good and the workers are always polite. read more
