My teens saw a few videos of Little Caesars Pizza on their fyp and asked if they could try it. I haven't eaten here since I was a kid so I let tingen try it. I ordered their food online and I found out to be pretty seamless. Quick and easy with deals listed too. I wish they had the option to use PP or Google Pay but whatever. Once I arrive to pick up my order, I saw staff in the back making food but there was a kiosk with orders ready to go. I used the code that was given in my email on the kiosk and a window opened for me to grab my food. So cool! As I grabbed my items, the staff saw me, greeted me and asked if I needed anything. Quick and easy process. Store appears clean too My teens enjoyed the pizza. The crazy bread was too light. Those could've stayed in the oven longer to reach a golden brown color. I really can't say I've had Little Caesars all that much but recently these Crazy Puffs came onto my radar. It's like a pizza cupcake. I wanted to try them so I placed an order while I was shopping at Gravois Bluffs then headed over to pick up my order. They can't hand you the box anymore apparently. They put the box in the warmer then either you or they open the outer door for you to pick up your box of food. Aside from this craziness I thought the Crazy Puffs were a bit greasy but pretty decent. I mean chain restaurant pizza is greasy though. I'd get them again! read more

My classic cheese pizza was pathetic. When you pay the same amount for a cheese, sausage or pepperoni pizza, shouldn't the cheese be slightly heavier? It was 5 minutes past my pickup time and the pizza was dried out! This location does not provide a sauce with a classic pizza and they charge 50 cents more for the pizza than other locations. So, we love this LC. They do a fantastic job making the pizza. The teens and young adults are super chill, sometimes not noticing details or moving quickly, but they have always been polite and kind. The one thing that baffles me, the employees turn off the online ordering all the time and say it's because they are "too busy the next day with a big order." But it's EVERY weekend. They lose sales that way. One would think the GM would hire more staff if they can't handle dinner rushes and prep for big orders, more sales is more business. Either way, we'll keep coming back! My husband is a disabled veteran and we went there for the veterans free lunch combo. They were supposed to have it till 2pm. We got there at 1:55 pm. There was no one else there. The young manager said that they didn't have anymore and was not going to make any. She just walked away from him. She was totally disrespectful. She didn't even say thanks for your service. This place is poorly managed. Never any Hot n ready, the staple of the franchise and it seems like they're always staffed by people who don't really care. That being said Ive been going here for years and never see any staff members I recognize so turnover must be pretty high. Customer service has now started affecting quality... The girl with curly hair in ponytail must be family because she has been there for awhile and has worst work attitude I've ever seen. Food is terrible and I actually laughed when I got my last pizza from them.... all the pepperoni was on like 3 slices.. not even spread out! Little Caesar's locations are all unified by their nature of being franchised and low-margin. As such it is easy for the locations to suffer from deferred maintenance and incompetent staff. But rest assured that the Little Caesars in Fenton does not suffer from any of the above. My trips have been what any $5 carry-out patron desires - quick, safe, and painless. This is due in no small part to the chipper high school student staff who embrace their work and manage their pizza workload with skill. read more

I cannot understand how an LC franchise, whose pride and slogan rest on 'Hot n Ready' pizzas literally never has anything hot or ready. Right now there are 17 people waiting in line. 17!! Blows my mind. The staff aren't overly friendly but they aren't bad. Just slow af. No one is moving very fast, there's zero hustle here. If you order ahead (via the app, dont count on anyone answering the phone) and plan on picking your order up in 10-15 mins accordingly, it's probably fine... Total joke. read more

FAIL on Hot N Ready Smokehouse pizza supposed to be available 4-8 p.m. It wasn't. What I got was pretty disappointing. The 3 meat toppings were sparse and hardly 1/2 cup or less to a whole large pizza. The toppings stopped about 1" away from the crust edge on 1 side and 1.5" on the other side. Whatever it is they sprinkle on that naked crust is very salty. DEFINITELY N.O.T. worth the $9.00. Save your money. read more

I've had issues with this location and the one in Eureka. For instance, I usually always call ahead to place my order (which isn't much, usually 1 or 2 pizzas) and 9 times out of 10 they forget to put it in the oven. I understand if they are busy, you know, I've been in the food industry, but they were not busy! Also a few times in the past, they have forgotten that my fiancé and I were waiting. Stopped in for a hot and ready pizza. There was one ready but the manager opened it up and saw it wasn't servable. Just for that I give five stars. We had to wait 5 minutes for a new one but at least it was fresh. No complaints here, good manager. read more

Eek is right!! If you want cheap pizza fast then Little Caesars is your place, but be prepared for horrible customer service. What's more disheartening is that the owners mistreat customers too. A simple mistake made by them could have been handled easily by the owners, but instead the owner's daughter proceeded to shout back at me. I admit I was upset and was trying to explain the mistakes they made and explaining that the worker was rude to me, but instead of saying, oops how can they help me, she began arguing with me that what I heard the worker say, was never said. I'm glad to have a Little Caesar's nearby, but "Hot and ready" pizza is not what they have. Based on the commercials, you're supposed to be able to walk into Little Caesar's between 4-6 and get an already made pepperoni, sausage, or cheese pizza in the time it takes to order and pay. Someone forgot to tell this franchisee about that selling point, because you will wait a minimum of 10 minutes at any given point for anything other than a soda in the cooler, even between 4-6 PM Monday-Friday. It's cheap pizza, but it's no faster than getting Domino's delivered when you factor the drive to and back and the wait inside. The last time we went here, I called and ordered ahead of time. I was able to walk in and out with my food in the promised 10 minutes, but apparently calling in made somebody mad because our pretzel crust pizzas had an absurd amount of salt on them (compared to what you normally get). We used to go here frequently because it's quick and easy, but have soured on the service. read more

My coworkers and I frequent Little Caesars throughout the week for lunch time. The prices are reasonable and the pizzas and generous and fresh! The store has been recently updated and it looks INCREDIBLE! The menu board is much easier to read and navigate, not cluttered or unappealing to the eyes. The front desk looks much more professional, and the convenience of ordering is 10x easier. With the new pizza vault, you can order online, pick it up yourself and leave! No waiting or hassle! You just walk in, go to the machine, and your name will be on a list. Whatever number your name is next to, that's what level your pizza is in. Type in a code real quick, BAM! 30 seconds flat and you've got your order and you're out the door! It's nice for when you're on the fly and there are people in line. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment. The manager Terry is extremely personable, attentive and professional. He goes above and beyond to achieve outstanding customer service. He is constantly busy, making sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. It's great to be able to physically see someone working hard to run an establishment, because you know it's being ran correctly. I will keep coming back! read more

it's a franchise store, so they charge 55 cents more on some items, the service isn't great,but not terrible. Had the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza today. THe point of sale info said 80% more meAT,25% MORE CHESSE - maybe on the chesse, not even near on the meat. Love the pizza and the wings, but on a Friday night this place is so disorganized. The poor girl working the front by herself while the pizza makers are moving so slow. She got yelled at more by her co workers than the rest of us waiting for our food. You can tell she wasn't letting their poor attitude about being there and working bring her down. There was several mix ups on who had what order. That was not her fault,but the girl who was just handing out orders and not paying attention to the tickets. This poor girl was trying her hardest to please everyone. ( despite even getting my one of my wing order flavor wrong, I was still happy. It was bbq instead of buffalo, but it was really good. I may not have tried it other wise) My recommendation, the mangers need to appreciate good help. They also need too learn to ruin a restaurant more efficiently and organized.
