All the girls behind the counter were very friendly and helpful, got some lobster claws, strawberry shortcake ,Napoleon and a bunch of other concoctions that were just incredible, perfect complement to dinner any day of the week! Recently a friend of mine took me here for pizza and I was so happy once I realized what place it was. We called to order it on the way because they were closing soon but nobody seemed like they were rushing us or anything. We sat outside and ate one of the most delicious pizza's I've ever had. "Who ate the Ony off the Birthday cake? The bread alone is a real temptation. So I put together a separate bag with a little of this and that to hold me over on my 15 minute drive back to Bayville. Location is good, free parking, the building itself is not hard on the eyes, it's clean inside with friendly staff. It's not a huge place but they do just fine for what it is. They have an old skool fire oven. You can dine al fresco under the nice umbrellas out front or on the side of the business. In addition to making cakes and pastries they also make fresh pizza and sandwiches on their own baked bread which is delicious I might add. The pastries are so nicely decorated it's actually almost a shame to eat them. I like to admire the craftsmanship for a little while before I tear them apart. They also take lunch orders, you can order a bunch of sandwiches prepared to your liking and pop in and pick them up whenever you like. A charming bakery in the namesake of a local church. It's old school. You feel good just waking in. The friendly & welcoming staff make you want to stay-and you could, it's also a cafe. But we didn't. We came to St. Rocco's because friends of ours brought over a huge platter of cannoli chip and dip. Absolutely brilliant and addictive. We were returning the yummy gesture to bring over their place for dinner. Unfortunately, it was almost closing time and they were out of the platters. The staff was very accommodating and offered to make us one but we were already late to the dinner. Fortunately, they still had cannolis and it didn't disappoint. They were fresh and yummy, as were the other pastries we took over: napoleons, eclairs, and mini lobsters. The coffee torrone and chocolate chip cookie on the other hand, were disappointing, especially the torrone (which wasn't cheap at $10/slice). Will definitely make a return visit to St. Rocco's to get our cannoli fix. read more

My friend and I were in town for a wedding nearby here and was on the prowl for some delicious breakfast foods. A local mentioned a nearby bakery but turns out that bakery was closed, causing us to look up other bakeries and ultimately leading us to St Roccos! We ended up getting their breakfast pizza and their flavored latte. I had the tiramisu latte and my friend opted for the gingerbread latte. Our tastebuds weren't prepared for just how delicious everything was! We ended up making this our go-to spot for breakfast our entire stay here.
