About three…read moreweeks after I got the engine replaced ($779 cost for me) by the dealership (See Update#1 below) the air conditioning stopped blowing cold, so I had to spend another $250 at the dealership to fix it. Fast forward to yesterday when I had to run a red light to pull over in time before my engine overheated. I was in Orange County, so I had to get my car towed all the way back to Colton from there. Turns out the radiator needs to be replaced. I told the salesperson that I needed a reliable car for work. Why did they sell me a Hyundai? You would think that they'd know the reputation for these particular cars is terrible. Also, they financed me for almost $12,000 for the car. Come to find out that the Kelley Blue Book value of the car private party is $4500 max. The trade in value is $1600-$2400! Moral of the story is try to have better judgment than me and not go to the dealership when you're super desperate and will take anything for any price without doing your research. I will update again when I find out how much the latest issue is going to cost me. Update #1: Bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata which turns out are known lemons. I should've done my research. Now 6 weeks later, the entire engine needs replaced and I will be out $779 for new hoses and belts to go with the "new" which is actually a remanufactured engine that the dealer is at least covering. However, i have to cover the hoses and belts. I still am not a rich person so this $850 is a big expense for me. Don't buy any Hyundais from here. Unfortunately, a lot of their inventory was Hyundais when I went there. They had no Toyotas or Hondas. Red flag but I was just excited to get back on the road. First Review: (Right after I purchased the car) So far so good. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I bought a Hyundai Sonata recently. From the start it was shady they had another mechanic that promised me a motor for x amount with x amount of miles. He was pocketing peoples money and got fired. Okay Juan comes along and he can't promise me that engine. Okay but he is going to get as close as possible. Put the e mg one in takes almost 3 months for that take it's home we have our 90 day warranty. It starts leaking oil take it back sits another 2 months said to send the heads out to get done. Went to go pick the car up not even 24 hours later I'm stuck on the side of the freeway at midnight. Said forget it went to the shop threatened to take them to the board. Only gave me half back of what I paid. Took it to a real shop. Not a fat ass that flirts with every girl coming his way. As you can see shit was left inside the motor that he forgot. He owned up to it as well. Just a fair warning not to go here for anything.

Price was fair for the miles and condition, so brought wife and kids to Avis to buy. Took it for a quick test drive, checked it over, inside and out and told Twonya that we wanted it. The night before, I had spoken to her about putting the car in both mine and wife's name. After test drive, told Twonya we will take it, she then gave info to George (manager/paperwork guy) and we waited over 20 mins, there was no other customers in dealership. We did a viral sales with girl back east to sell us more extras unnecessary for a car only 1 yr old and under factory warrantee for 2 more years. Twonya brought out the pad to sign all paperwork, but my wife's name was not on the documents. I told Twonya, she then went to George to let him know, she did not tell him we needed both names on registration. Gave George my wife's drivers license, then another 20 plus mins. Twonya comes back, back to pad to sign, George misspelled my wife's middle name, only 3 letters but spelled wrong. George was not happy about that but was his fault. Another 20 plus mins, finally got the right names, spelled correctly. Signed all paperwork, handed over check, they cleaned up the car, put temp plates and ready to drive away. Took over 4 hrs, meanwhile kids sitting in lobby all this time. Twonya is very friendly, very helpful, George was not happy that morning but when I had issues after we left dealership, he was very helpful and friendly and took care of us.
