In my case they started with a car listed for $40k, I offered $32,500 plus my trade in valued at $8000. The new guy I was working with (Joseph) was determined to waste my time practicing his script on how the price was actually $44000 because those little plastic stickers they put on the edges of the doors and under the handles to prevent dings are an added upgrade worth $900!!!!! The sales team was so dodgy that Joseph went into the office to discuss my offer with the manager and instead of even coming back out they HID IN THE OFFICE like children and called another salesman behind us to come over and say the price was $48000!!!! I was baffled how they kept increasing the price thinking this was negotiating. We left while the manager and Joseph hid in the office. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! I got exactly what I wanted for a great price at the next dealership and wish I had not wasted my time being belittled and scammed by these cons.

Price was fair for the miles and condition, so brought wife and kids to Avis to buy. Took it for a quick test drive, checked it over, inside and out and told Twonya that we wanted it. The night before, I had spoken to her about putting the car in both mine and wife's name. After test drive, told Twonya we will take it, she then gave info to George (manager/paperwork guy) and we waited over 20 mins, there was no other customers in dealership. We did a viral sales with girl back east to sell us more extras unnecessary for a car only 1 yr old and under factory warrantee for 2 more years. Twonya brought out the pad to sign all paperwork, but my wife's name was not on the documents. I told Twonya, she then went to George to let him know, she did not tell him we needed both names on registration. Gave George my wife's drivers license, then another 20 plus mins. Twonya comes back, back to pad to sign, George misspelled my wife's middle name, only 3 letters but spelled wrong. George was not happy about that but was his fault. Another 20 plus mins, finally got the right names, spelled correctly. Signed all paperwork, handed over check, they cleaned up the car, put temp plates and ready to drive away. Took over 4 hrs, meanwhile kids sitting in lobby all this time. Twonya is very friendly, very helpful, George was not happy that morning but when I had issues after we left dealership, he was very helpful and friendly and took care of us.

The interior of the car was in really good condition with very minor damage such as the headrests and the arm rests and exterior damage was just a couple scratches but honestly for a 2013 Lexus with 103k miles is a STEAL. Carfam provided us with spare keys and carted reports of all the detailed maintenance which was much appreciated! Carfam even included an extra $20 on them for you gas!
