I would never go back to this place. This is a scam shop not a auto shop. My previous mechanic had told me that I needed a wheel alignment because my tires had been wearing out unevenly but since he is not do German cars himself, I went to Stadium Auto Services. And here's what happened. First on the phone they gave me a quote for $70. I specifically asked them if that was including everything and they said yes. The receptionist even asked me for my specific car make, model and year so that he can give me a more accurate quote and after checking he still repeated that it would only cost $70. So I go there and drop off my car. They again give me the same quote and start working. Then 30 mins after they have already started working on my car, I overhear the service manager telling the receptionist that they should be charging me more since my car is an all-wheel drive!! Then, the receptionist comes by and says that I need to pay $103! When I tell him why he had quoted $70, he claims that he had only talked about front wheels! Well, they definitely knew that my car was an all-wheel drive in the first place. Anyhow, I agree and tell them to do everything for $103. What a scam! Finally, after 1.5 hours they tell me that my car is ready. But when I look at the details of what they have done for my wheel alignment, there was not a SINGLE angle that they had fixed. Every angle that was in the red zone was still in the red and every angle that was in yellow was still in yellow according to themselves! In fact, except for two readings that had slightly changed, ALL other angles were left as they were in the first place. Even those two angles that had changed slightly were still in the red zone! So long story short, they charged me $103 for wheel alignment but they did NOTHING! When I confronted them, the service manager simply tells me that oh that's all we could do within the time we usually allocate for a wheel alignment (and by that he simply meant NOTHING) and that I would have to pay an additional $200 if I wanted them to actually finish the wheel alignment. I am extremely angry that they lied to me, made me wait 1.5 hours, and then charged me $103 but did not align ANY of my misaligned toes, casters or cambers. Not a single one! They didn't align anything, they simply said they feel like they need to spend two more hours which would cost $200 more! Why would I ever trust my car with such deceitful and incompetent scammers ever again? Please save your money, time and car and go elsewhere. This was my first and last time at this ridiculous place and will definitely be my last time too! I am shocked by all these positive reviews that others have given them and am seriously dubious that they are genuine. PS: Interestingly, after doing such a great job at doing nothing for my car and charging more over $103, they had the nerves to recommend a long list of other repairs that would amount to hundreds of dollars! They basically listed everything that they could think of and tried to scare me that my car is going to fall apart if I don't do the ridiculous things that they were suggesting. Little did they know that I am not that naive! I would simply go back to my own mechanic, the dealership or anywhere else. But I would never trust these incompetent liers ever with a tier pressure! read more

Excellent service every time. These professionals give honest diagnosis and fair prices. They also get it done right the first time. I have had ok experience with other mechanics in the area, but Stadium Auto always provides the best. Everyone I work with there is friendly, knowledgable, and scrupulous. There is no where else I would take any of my cars, and I often recommend them to friends. Excellent customer service! Brought my car in for an oil change after work, and they were able to accommodate my 430 arrival despite their usual service closing time of 5p. Scott and Eric were friendly and attentive while I waited, updating throughout and offering complimentary drinks, snacks and fresh fruit. Only downside is that they're not open on weekends, but with such great service we'll definitely be back! read more

I took my car in with a specific request to replace a part. I already knew what was wrong with my car. They had my vehicle on their dock for nearly two hour performing an "inspection" that I did ask for. I thought they were doing the repair that I asked for. After waiting for nearly two hours, they come back with a list of things they recommend I get fix. To top things off, I now have a heavy antifreeze leak that did not exist prior to visiting this shop. Either the other reviews are fake or they pick and chose who they want to screw over. I went into their shop with a laundry list of things I thought needed fixing. I was fully prepared to spend a couple thousand. They thoroughly inspected the car and told me I didn't need to do most of what I had listed. They did find a couple of issues but one of them--the exhaust system, they recommended I go to another shop nearby to see whether they could fabricate the part that was broken rather than spend over $1000 to replace the converter and pipe. Amazing. They talked me out of doing work I didn't need done and sent me to another shop to save money on one of the things that did need doing. That's real integrity. read more

The service here is amazing. I was having an emergency with my car, and called them at 7 am to see if there was anyway they could fit me in. Even though I was not a previous customer, they said sure bring it right in, without hesitation. From the second I walked in the door I felt taken care of. The entire staff was super friendly, smiling, genuine. After inspecting my car, it ended up being a problem with the tire. Seeing that my tires were under warranty with discount tire, they suggested I get this issue fixed with them for the best price and even called over there for me to make sure the tire was in stock! Since I was there they ended up doing an oil change and checked the brakes for me since it was needed. Final cost... $32. Now that is service! I will be bringing my car here from now on. I am so happy to have found a place that I can trust. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

These guys did a tremendous job. Had taken our car to another shop before bringing it to Stadium and the estimated price from the other shop was ridiculous. Not only that but the other shop said they wouldn't have the car fixed for at least a week. Needless to say we called Stadium Auto the next morning and had our car towed from the other shop. Stadium not only fixed the car the same day, they did it for a fraction of the price of the other shop. It was totally worth the added expense of having to tow the car to them. Even all said and done with the added towing expenses we still came out ahead compared to our initial estimate. Wish we had taken it to Stadium in the first place. Definitely a very satisfied customer and will be back if our cars need service in the future! read more

I took my car in for service on a Thursday as I was driving to Chicago on Friday, the air conditioning went out. This turned into a cascading series of events in the car where my A3 wound up blowing the coolant overflow tank and dumping most of the coolant on the ground...while I was driving in heavy traffic. The mechanic noted that the exhaust clamp was broken. I was never told this. The cascading events apparently started when the exhaust came undone and the engine, without backpressure from the exhaust started to run faster. I was 250 miles from home. Lucky for me, I had AAA and could get a flatbed tow to a nearby dealer where they could look at my car on Saturday. Not only was the coolant gone, the exhaust needed some replacements, the fans that control the a/c and cooling were gone as well. This place really didn't do a good inspection and failed to tell me the exhaust was broken and about to come apart. Too many things went wrong ONE DAY AFTER IT WAS SERVCED by Stadium. I'll not be darkening their door again. Additionally, I was promised a call by the owner. It never happened. Total failure fora customer. How many more people has this happened to? I'll never know. There was so much repair work that the car needed that I was forced to trade it in. Not a happy camper. Not at all. Don't go there. The people were nice though. But that's not enough. read more

Awesome auto service! I rushed in after work and was planning to have my tire checked as the TPM light came on for a few days. The people here were so sweet, efficient and professional! They explained me the way to fix the poked tire. Thank god there's only one nail that I don't need to replace it at all which makes me feel so relieved( I'm always panic about my car issue). And and they handled this super fast (all done within 20mins) and free of charge! Plus they even have snack station aside for you! I have recently purchased a car and it was in need of an oil change and possibly other services as well. My regular mechanic had moved out of state so I decided to try out Stadium Auto Service. It turns out I only needed an oil change ($32). I was very impressed not only with the thoroughness of the check done on my car (besides oil change) but also the way they treated me and my dog with such kindness and respect. Even though, they were only making a rough profit of about $20 for my oil change, they took my car on a test drive, reduced over filled brake fluid, and answered my 100 questions without getting annoyed or loosing their patience with me. Its obvious that these guys ( Brain( Mechanic), Scott( Service Manager)) love what they do and it is clearly shown in the way they treat every customer. I will definitely be taking my car to them for everything in the future. read more

Unreal. Horrible. Don't go here. Came here for my oil change, they tried to charge me more than they quoted me on the phone. Caught that. Then as usual when a place like this changes your oil, they came back with suggestions of services I should pay for them to do. As a female in my 20's who admittedly doesn't know much about cars, I have learned not to fall into this trap and to get the quote and then talk to my fiancé about if it's reasonable. They quoted be $75 to change my air filter (!!!) and 130 to replace one washer fluid sprayer nozzle!!! I told them I'd talk to him and come back if I was interested. So their services would have come to $205 for these two things. Today I took it to another place that my family is familiar with.. $22. Yep, they were charging me $180 more than this other place. Ridiculous. I feel like they thought they could take advantage of the fact that I didn't know much to completely rip me off. Very disappointed and would not recommend if you want a fair, good job done. read more
