Chelsea beautifully created our wedding floral and was the best to work with! She spent so much time with me during our consultation paying close attention to intricate details. I truthfully don't know much about flowers but she guided me easily through so many options. Amidst bridal chaos/brain fog I missed our appointment to view my flowers for my wedding the next day. My sister lives in eastern Washington and had ordered and had delivered a flower arrangement with a glass bird for the centerpiece for our Mothers 81st birthday (July 6th). She has ordered from Stadium flowers before and we've always had good luck. This time the flowers that were once beautiful within two days started dying and within a week we're almost all completely dead. It was taken care of like any other flower arrangement. Also, on the beautiful glass bird, there was a crack right on the tail. So I decided I was going to call the number listed on the note for the Everett stadium flowers. The lady I spoke with needs a refresher on customer service. She immediately started said it must had been something from we've done to make it happen! There was no apology, no trying to make it right. I had to push the issue until she said, ok well the only thing we can do is if you bring in the arrangement tomorrow (she didn't even ask if that's something that would work for my schedule) and I will send the girls at that shop a message to swap out "some" of the flowers! And to replace the bird. Than she quickly ended the call before I could even say anything further. I still wanted her to know that I had taken pictures of the flowers when my mom received them and two days later when they started dying and then a week later when they were all dead. And furthermore, since this was nothing of my doing why should I have to use my gas and my time to drive to Everett just for their screwup to make it right?? in my opinion they should look up the order, completely redo it and deliver it here and collect the one that they wanted me to bring...doesn't that sound like the right thing to do???!!!!! I'm not sure what has happened to customer service these days? What happened to the motto: The customer is always right??? Especially nowadays when word-of-mouth travels fast through social media hence why I am leaving a yelp review. I sure don't want somebody to go through all this. I brought in brown dehydrated flowers to exchange. I wasn't trying to make a fuss and was willing to maybe just swap out a few stems. When I walked in with the flowers and tried to explain to Jana that I was there to exchange them, she waved her hand and rolled her eyes as she looked down. Jana stopped me in the middle of my sentence and told me she knew all about it, that the flowers I had were fresh but I was free to go find something to exchange them with. Then Holy appeared and squeezed a rose, she reiterated that the flowers were fresh, flat out said I was wrong. Told me she was a florist so she knows these things. It was like a weird duo trying to convince me that the aging flowers looked just as fresh as the obviously healthy ones. It was so personal to them. The friend who bought me the flowers was on speaker phone with me the entire time, he was appalled and couldn't understand why anyone would speak to a customer that way. You never know why someone is receiving flowers. I am just out of the hospital and I almost died, but what if it was worse, what if my mother had just passed away? And these two attack me over roses, when I'm just trying to get what my friend paid $80.00 for. This behavior is unbelievable and I'm very upset. read more

Flower mix didn't match the pics on the website for the arrangement I selected, and the pic of the arrangement from recipient showed a smaller bouquet than the size appeared on website (12 flowers vs 7). Person taking order was friendly enough, and the flowers were fresh. They delivered within promised window. But the flower shortage (replaced with baby's breath) gets this place a "not happy" overall. read more

Upon entering, I was in awe of the layout and varied arrangements available. There are vases on display as well as potted plants and non-floral arrangements for purchase. I opted for a modest autumnal bouquet. Upon check out, I was surprised to find that a florist was willing to arrange my bouquet in a vase I picked out at the shop. They package both in a box that made transportation easy between their shop in Everett and the restaurant I was to celebrate my sister in Lynnwood. I will return! read more

Let me just say, I am very impressed with Stadium Flowers! It was for my mothers birthday, and I usually go to Pike Place market to buy her a huge bouquet of flowers. This year I didn't have time, so I looked in to having some delivered instead. After an extensive search on Yelp, I settled on Stadium Flowers. I was a little apprehensive about ordering online without seeing the flowers first (especially after reading some nasty reviews of other companies), but I definitely made the right call! Ordered late Friday evening, and they were delivered to the house around noon Saturday. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, and it made my mothers day! The flowers smell amazing too! I will definitely use these guys again. Definitely worth the price and cost of delivery. Thank you Stadium Flowers! Side note - When your looking for an arrangement on their website, you will see a SKU # in the lower left of each picture. Look for the ones with 'SF' at the beginning. These are their arrangements (SF for Stadium Flowers) and not Teleflora's of FTD. Those arrangements start with a 'TF' or 'FTD'. It could just be me, but I would think that arrangements they come up with would be much fresher since they know what they have available. Ordering an FTD or Teleflora design the flowers shown may not be available and the arrangement ends up looking different or pathetic upon arrival, as I've read in several reviews.....I could be wrong but that's my 2 cents :) UPDATE: It appears from their response that everything on their website is in season and in stock. That should make everyone feel a little better. At any rate I think their house made designs are the best :) read more

I was so frustrated with the awful customer service at 1-800-flowers by that point, I was in tears. I called Stadium Flowers, and the woman who answered to the phone was so kind and patient, and they were able to get my order express delivered within an hour and a half. (!!!) I had mentioned that the flowers needed to be delivered by 3pm at the latest, but that I would be so happy if they could make it by 2pm. And they got them there by 2pm! ANGELS! Chelsea's floral arrangements made our vision into reality. When planning our wedding, we kept in mind our top three priorities: food, photography, and flowers. From the beginning I envisioned our wedding day decorated with blush and cream peonies to complement our navy and gold color palette. We met with Chelsea a year before our wedding for a consultation and were impressed with their floral and rental inventory. We went through a checklist with Chelsea to see what we wanted for bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc. For each item, she gathered the materials and flowers which was extremely helpful since I am a visual person. It was amazing to see what I have envisioned in front of me! To save some money on compote rentals, I glued and spray painted 15 compotes for the floral centerpieces to be placed in. We looked forward to our peony-themed wedding in May 2020. However, the pandemic hit. Saddened that we had to cancel our big wedding, we decided to move forward on our original wedding date and celebrated with an intimate ceremony at home. A couple of months later, we planned a bride and groom photo session using the same floral aesthetics we had originally envisioned. We donated all but one gold compote to use for our photoshoot. But because the pictures were being taken in August instead of May, peonies were not in season or available. Instead, we went with silk peonies which we were happy to have momentos of our wedding decorate our new home. It has been an incredible experience working with Chelsea. We have modified our order so many times due to our changed wedding plans and Chelsea has been so patient during the whole process. Be absolutely certain Stadium Flowers services your delivery area. Although their website says they deliver to the Greater Seattle area, I found out the unfortunate way that this is false and misleading. If you are not in Stadium Flowers very specific Seattle delivery area (which is never disclosed at any time during the online ordering process), they will farm your order out to a random florist that is unfamiliar with Stadium Flowers arrangements. Stadium Flowers will not tell you any of this and you will be stuck with whatever the random florist decides to create and deliver. You will then be met with a "sorry about it, you get what you get" attitude. Disappointing experience and sub-par customer service. I've learned my lesson and will now only work with a florist who truly embodies the spirit of those special moments created when sending flowers to special people on special occasions. read more

I purchased a dozen long stemmed orange roses in a crystal vase for my parents for their wedding anniversary. I placed the order online for same-day delivery. My mom reported that the roses were fabulous, in great condition and stunning. I'm very happy that their gift from me was good quality and arrived on time. There wasn't a florist in their neighborhood available according to Yelp that could do same-day delivery, so I am very glad that I found Stadium Flowers. The total with delivery was $100. read more

The appt was about 2 hrs long and I was pleased with how thorough they were over even the smallest of details. The event coordinator/florist I met (Chelsea) was bubbly & professional. Her passion in her work shows & I clicked with her right away! We went over everything from the vases, bouquet size, color scheme, and everything else in between! The best part was she grabbed all the flowers that were available in my color choices so that I could look at & feel them, and to see what worked, and what didn't. They were beautiful flowers, I was just really bummed at how quickly they died; much quicker than any bouquet I've had. Some flowers in the bouquet were dead within a day. The others lasted a bit longer. I kept them in water, changed out the water, and gave them flower food and cared for them how I always do. My husband said their selection was nice and employees were friendly. I just would be hesitant to spend the money on flowers that won't last long. read more

We kept our budget low but still wanted tons of vibrant colors. Chelsea helped us pick out beautiful arrangements that we absolutely loved! Dyed blue orchids, stargazer lilies, bells of Ireland, and no baby's breath anywhere! (I HATE baby's breath.) The best part? We featured exotic flowers and still ended up UNDER budget! The day before the wedding Chelsea called and had me come in and examine the arrangement for our altar. It was even more beautiful than I expected.
