Terrible customer service. Drinks are terrible and bartenders are incredibly rude. My friends and I have been there several times and they always have terrible attitudes, not to mention the bar is always coated in spilled drinks. Horrible service! I came here on Thursday 8/4/22 with 4 other people and we never got service. As we were walking up one of the waitresses was outside and asked us if we would be sitting inside or outside. We told her outside. She never came back to take our order. After about 15 minutes one of our friends went in to get some drinks. The bartender stood at the other end of the bar holding a conversation with others and never even acknowledged my friend standing at the bar. He stood there a good 5 minutes or so. As we were leaving my friend told her apparently nobody wanted to serve us so we were going to go somewhere else. She then laughed and said "Have a good night." By the way, they were not busy at all. The atmosphere and design of this restaurant is super cool!! I love how they open the little doors by the kitchen and hand you your food. The fries are AMAZING. My family loves the food here. Husband and I used to eat here 3-4 times a month. Could get great food and have a modestly priced beer. We know between COVID and the current economy some prices would go up but $8 for a Revolution or similar style beer is ridiculous. Especially when the menu says its $7 and the only excuse is that the menu is out of date. The staff changes frequently, the bar can sometimes be sticky and smelly from not being cleaned properly. I ordered a burger to be cooked "medium", it arrived well done on a burnt pretzel bun, I sent it back asking again for "medium", again it arrived done - cooked through, no pink, but at least the bun was not burned. My friend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap which was VERY SPICY. Unfortunately, my friend finished his meal before I was able to get mine to arrive cooked the way it was ordered. On top of that, when the bill arrived we noticed we were charged for every little thing - different bun? Extra charge. Sauce? Extra charge.... it was $40! 2 people for lunch? $40? Unbelievable! We went here last night for the first time. First off, the bartenders were too busy eating and drinking behind the bar to help us in a timely manner. Even worse, my brother who has a speech disorder, was harassed by the bartender for "not speaking correctly". She told him he could have his drink once he could pronounce it correctly and even refused to serve him, passing him off to the other bartender. The other bartender reluctantly served him, telling him he was too drunk to order and needed to drink a glass of water before he could get more to drink (he had had two beers at this point). After the gave him his beer, the bartenders went to the back and were clearly talking about my brother, looking over at our table. To finish the night off, as we were leaving once we finished that drink, he said goodnight to the staff while walking out and the bartenders pulled him back into the bar berating him about how he was "giving them such a hard time" when all he was trying to do was order a beer. Never had a bad meal. The new menu has a nice selection. The food is served hot and lots of side dishes to choose from which is a nice compliment to the main course. OK, but far from being worth a return visit. The best part were the cauliflower and avocado appetizers. Beer selection is big, but local liquor store has better quality selection. Food was meh. Service is incredibly slow. We were ignored for twenty minutes after being seated inside. Employees could be seen standing behind the bar texting on their phones. Great new restaurant in historic downtown Lockport. Came in on a Tuesday night for "singo" where they bring in a DJ and you mark off song titles on a card just like in bingo. Ordered a steak sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese which was surprisingly delicious. Food was served quickly, however my wife ordered a chicken sandwich sans cheese and it came with the cheese anyway. Server took it back to remake it but it seemed to take a while. Now I know I'm being very judgmental but the bourbon/whiskeys need more of a variety then your basic list you can find at a liquor store. Expand past your regular every bar whiskey/bourbon brands. Please work on your portions a bit more as there wasn't even enough to share with two people. I understand you're new, but simple things can add a great deal to this establishment. read more

They just had their grand opening this weekend and today they were out of everything except a few appetizers and a sandwich smothered in gravy off of their late night menu. Bartender and waitresses were wearing 1850's style clothing. Our waitress was very nice and apologized for being out of food. They should be restocked by Thursday. So I like the place but did not care for the small burger on a piece of Texas toast covered with waffle fries and white cheese gravy for $13. Nice place. I was there 6/16/19. Brand new. It was pretty busy due to a festival in town but we were sat and served quickly. I noticed a stage and look forward returning for live music. Fried Avocado for the appetizer and the "Horseshoe" - burger for the main meal and my wife had the "Horseshoe" - chicken, both very good. We came here during Lockport Canal Days because there was a rain delay and I'm so glad that we did. This place was really cool. The decor was from back in the stagecoach era. The bartender and servers had sheriff style dresses on, very cool. We had a party of six and we sat in a booth, talk about totally cool, the picture on the wall slides open and that's how they serve you!! I would of given this place 5 stars but after we were served all our food and drinks, we never saw our waitress again. It's unfortunate because we would of stayed longer and ordered several more rounds but oh well, still a great place! read more

I never leave reviews, but the service was absolutely terrible. My friend and I walked in and sat at the bar, where there were a few other people. They were not even busy! They spent more time talking amongst themselves than they did serving their paying customers! We didn't even get a "hello" from the bartenders. I had to flag one down just for a drink menu. I asked the bartender for a drink menu, and he never came back to take my order. The menu he gave me was missing half of the pages anyway. Then when I finally was able to get his attention, he acted like I was an inconveniencing him. The girl (long black hair, tattoos, and fake lashes) who was bartending couldn't stop talking to her friends and acted like serving anyone else was an inconvenience to her. One of the servers came up to get a bar order and the she (the bartender) had poured the wrong type of wine. She rolled her eyes and dumped a FULL glass of wine in the sink because of her own mistake. She even acted put out when I asked for my bill. I told her I paid my tab on the app and she said "k." No "thank you" or anything. I said "bye thank you!" And she rolled her eyes. Very rude and unprofessional bartenders at this bar!! Overall, the bartenders had terrible attitudes!!! The servers and cooks did a fantastic job though and provided great service! They deserve a raise! read more

This is my favorite spot in town to go to. It's super cute and the food and drink menu is amazing! Haven't had a meal I haven't liked yet, and we take all our friends and family here. Even the kids love the food. Plus the outfits are so cute and I just enjoy the historical aspect of it. Should definitely check it out! read more
