Honest, strategic, fair pricing, great communication After having conflicting recommendations for a slab leak from two plumbers at one plumbing company (tunneling vs jackhammering), I called Staggs based on a recommendation from our neighbor. Matt and Juan came up with a plan to reroute the pipes without causing any destruction to our floors or foundation. While the job took longer than expected, Matt made sure the team coming out the second day was clear on the plan and the job to be done. They were great to work with and openly communicated their findings along the way so I could learn more about the problem and about our pipe system's layout. I called on a Sunday and they were more than willing to come out and clear my main line, however, he actually talked me through a few methods to try first. One of them ended up working and I was able to save the cost of a plumber with a quick trip to the hardware store. I would definitely call Staggs again for my future plumbing needs. Always first rate. Latest job was to replace shower cartridge which had been installed improperly by independent plumber years ago. One can get appointment now very soon after calling. In May I called got appointment for next day. They called back soon after and asked if they could come right now as prior job finished early. They found the water leak in a very timely manner and they also suggested to get a new water line to prevent this happening in the future. These guy are so honest and helpful. We got them from yelp to replace and fixed faucets for my bathroom and kitchen They didn't charge me a lot. Also, they warranty their work for 6 months if something happens, just give them a call. I feel peace of my mind from now whenever i have a plumbing problem.
