I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. Benjamin Franklin is currently in the process of digging trenches to replace cast-iron pipes. From what I've been seeing, I did not realize it would be this big of a deal as far as how deep they are how wide they are and how much landscaping that they're ruining. It might all end up working ok and the fact that they told me that they're going to try to put everything in the back the way it was me that if they don't well, they told me and there's nothing I can do about it. From what I can see, has they dug they have put little rocks and boulders on top of the ground cover and unless somebody goes through that and picks up every single inch of the rocks and the cement that's in there then this ground cover is not going to recover. The same as the grass that they've scooped out and put to the side and have assured me that they will put everything back. I live in a neighborhood where it's expected that the house looks nice. Like I said when this is all set and done if it looks fairly decent, I will be moving my rating up. For $40,000 they should be putting in new landscaping after this. They need to let you know right off the bat how disturbing this is to your yard and your landscaping.

I started calling some local plumbers to get some pricing. One company I called said they would need to order it. Then I decided to call Apex Plumbing since I knew that's where it was purchased the last time. And they had some in stock! While I had Apex on the line, I asked if they had any recommendations on who might help us get it installed. They gave a couple of names and numbers and I called Drip Doctor as a result. DJ was very professional on the phone and quoted me a good price and said he was available the following morning. He had excellent communication and customer service skills. He arrived on time, switched out the hot water heaters, fixed the leak and left the work site clean. He also took the time to show my hubby how and when to drain it once a year.
