Non-code work and hidden costs caught up to us 5 years later…read more Five years ago, we hired Team Enoch for an HVAC installation, and we are now paying a massive financial price for their horrible workmanship.The issues started right at installation when they left gaping holes in our drywall. They refused to fix them, claiming drywall repair wasn't included in the installation price--something they conveniently failed to mention upfront. We were forced to patch and fix the damage ourselves. Now, five years later, the real damage has surfaced. We just had to completely overhaul our home's ductwork because Team Enoch installed it entirely out of code. Because the ductwork was choked and improperly sized, our AC compressor was severely overworked for years and has now completely burned out. What seemed like a shortcut back then was actually a ticking financial time bomb. If you use this company, hire a third-party inspector to check their work immediately, or prepare to pay thousands to fix their mistakes down the road. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism, transparency, and code adherence.

They said the drain line was broken at the septic tank entrance, and recommended a complete septic line replacement at 4000.00. I gave them 50% (2000.00) to start to have the line dug up. I don't know if they were in a hurry or what but I hope it was not a sham. Such a simple thing to diagnose - check the tank 1st to see if it is full. I figured that out on my own, thank goodness! So what they convinced me to do was not needed at all - the septic tank was simply full and needed pumping. Cost me 2000.00 and tore up my yard for nothing. My yard was torn up and there remains a 6" high by 12 feet long mound that I guess I will have to level out on my own since you can't mow over it. I asked if there might some refund on my 2000.00, and the tech said he would check, but I never heard back from them. Unless I hear something ( it has been 6 months), I can't recommend this company.

Then I called Staggs and they said they could send someone same day between 12-4. After calling so many plumbers, I was SO thrilled I found someone to come in such short notice. It gets even better - Matt (the owner's son) and Cameron (the owner's bonus son) came even earlier than expected around 10:30am! They put little covers over their shoes (love that), looked at the issue and fixed it -- all within the hour AND for a reasonable price. It was just $375 and other plumbers via Yelp had quoted me $550+ by just looking at the pics I had provided. I still can't believe how fast, efficient and friendly they were.
