They got me in that same day, fixed the disposal and tightened the faucet without me having to ask. A previous plumber had actually come to tighten said faucet previously, but it is a weird/fancy XL industrial style and he said he couldn't do it without a tool from the manufacturer. I do not mind the $100 for the service call and maybe ~ 10 paid minutes it took to say we need a new faucet, but I DO MIND paying 50 minutes X $2.00/minute = $100 for a friendly discussion!!
