Unfortunately, the quality has declined with each visit. Before their arrival, I called in the morning to request a 30-minute heads-up, as both my husband and I work from home. The last time they came, they forgot to notify us, so I wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. However, once again, they failed to inform us before arriving. When they showed up, I mentioned that I needed to quickly dry the master bedroom sheets, since they hadn't given me the advance notice I had requested. They assured me it was no problem as the sheets would be dry well before they finished. Two cleaners arrived, and we immediately recognized one from a previous company we had stopped using due to poor service. They spent about two hours cleaning while I worked in my office. When I noticed they were getting ready to leave, I went to grab the sheets from the dryer for them, but when I came out of the laundry room, they were already gone--without saying goodbye or asking if I was satisfied with the work. This was the second time they had left without attempting making the master bedroom bed. I called the scheduling manager to report the issue. She was polite and asked me to email pictures of the problem areas. She also offered to send the cleaners back, which I appreciated. However, a follow-up phone call to ensure the problem was fully resolved would have been a nice touch, especially to prevent this from happening again. As I inspected their work, I was really disappointed. Our house is pretty clean but they missed several areas: the backsplash behind the stove wasn't wiped down, the front of the dishwasher still had visible smudges and water spots, and they didn't move a few small items on our coffee bar to clean underneath, which when I moved them, you can see rings on the countertop (see pictures), pet hair and dust under the kitchen counters, and didn't use any wood cleaner or wipe down the bedroom furniture. They even made the guest bed with the comforter upside down. Not a huge deal, but shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, they didn't dust the bookshelves or wipe down my desk in the office. By the time the cleaners were sent back, I had already cleaned most of the missed areas myself, so they only came back to make the bed. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the service.

I decided I need to get it professionally cleaned so Thursday evening I submitted online requests to several companies to provide quotes for upholstery cleaning. First thing Friday morning I had a text from Parker Brothers outlining the cost and services included. Even through the text the energy and customer service was there (whoever is working the text system keep it up). I thought the price was reasonable and they were able to get me in on Saturday! I gave it a few hours to see what the other companies would come back but decided to ultimately book. The other companies didn't respond until almost end of day, although the cost was less I'm not sure they would have matched the customer experience and customer secure aspect of Parker Brothers. The day of the job the experience was very good. I received a text saying the job before ran longer than normal but they would still be there at a specific timeframe. A crew of 3 men showed up and they were courteous, respectful, and very effective cleaning my furniture. They laid cover down on my floors to keep them protected. The gentlemen I had the most interaction with was Brad and not only does he know his stuff but he keeps you smiling- a simple joy to chat with! He gave me several tips on how to look at the fabric label of materials when shopping for furniture and how to clean up spots before they set. They were in and out within an 1 hour and 15mins! I had a great experience and would definitely use the Parker Brothers again for my cleaning needs. I'd also recommend them for my real estate clients.
