I was in a rush to get a job done before our open house. I had tried to do it myself and let's just say I shouldn't have even tried! I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule me on Monday. They called to confirm on Sunday and even offered an earlier time which worked out great. They showed about 15 minutes early to the appointment time, awesome. Also like that you get an actual appointment time, not windows. I had 5 rooms done, 7 yr old cream colored carpet in high traffic area with pets and kids. The rooms look great, every stain gone! Originally i thought the carpet was ruined, but they made it look better than it did when we first moved in! Entire townhouse (with pesky stains and cat vomit) $175! This is my second review ever on Yelp. "I don't always write a review, but when I do, its because the service is so good, it deserves time out of my busy schedule." Matt showed up right on time at 7am. Back of my mind I was hoping he would be late so I can catch a few more minutes of sleep. Matt was very professional and answered all my questions. They don't call them themselves StainBusters for no reason. He got rid of some ugly stains that I couldn't remove and have been there for years. Now when I look at those spots where I had the stains, I shake my head with pleasure and smile! In fact, overall, the carpet looks lighter, brighter and newer. I would definately recommend to my family and friends when they need to clean their carpets. With that said, I'm having them back to clean my sectional sofa since they did such an amazing job! StainBusters offered great service, very competitive prices and they completely erradicated the stains that I had tried unsuccessfully to remove several times with a home machine and a rented carpet cleaner. I first called another well-known company and received a quote more than 2x Stainbuster's quote. After I saw the other yelp reviews for Sainbusters, I took this other route and I'm very glad I did. They were very professional in all interactions. The tech confirmed the area being cleaned, the quote, and the appoinment time the day before (on a Sunday). There were no upcharges for pre-treating like I've encountered with other companies. The quote included pre-treating with whatever needed solution and they assured me they would use different agents for the different stains I had. They did not push any sort of post-treatment "protection" and told me to call if any of the stains popped back after it dried - none of them did! I was so happy with the quick turnaround, results and value that my husband joked we should put them on retainer! read more

I am so excited to have found this company! My realtor recommended them for a move-out clean when I sold my last house, and I can see why! My carpets were pretty beat up from having a dog and a young child. They got out every single stain, showed up exactly on time, and were very cheap compared to other carpet cleaning services I've tried. They charge $25 per room (regardless of size) or flight of stairs, and can accommodate last-minute appointments (we called them at 10 pm on Wednesday requesting an 8 am appointment on Friday, and they accommodated). They know exactly the right chemical to use on every kind of stain, my carpets looked new. They are cleaning my new house as I speak, I'm amazed at seeing how quickly they work and at the instant improvement in the carpets. There was a series of gross sticky stains that I scrubbed at with a variety of spot cleaners to no avail, but they got them out with no problem. I was looking for a new carpet cleaner as I was sick of Stanley Steemer doing a half*** job. My carpet cleaning needs were ongoing, as I have 2 Great Danes that drag a lot of mud through the dog door. I vacuum often, but the dirt was out of reach of my Dyson. Stainbusters had great reviews so I gave them a try. I spoke with Andrew and explained my situation, didn't have any pet stains to worry about, just dirt! I told him that I was a little OCD and that after they finished cleaning, I would test the carpet by stepping on a wet paper towel to see if there was any dirt transfer. Dylan cleaned the carpets absolutely spotless!! No residual dirt whatsoever! I am setting up a quarterly cleaning to keep up with it!! Love them!! read more

Great experience on a minor (8' x 4') flood cleanup. They were able to fit me in on the day I called and took care of everything for under $100. I called Serv-Pro and was given a quote of at least $1,000 so this gives you a sense of my relief. They pulled up my carpet (it only took 5 seconds... I thought it would take longer), plugged in a big blower, installed it between the carpet and the padding, and let it do its thing over the course of the next few days. I very rarely write reviews but I had to come here to write my review about StainBustsers here as reviews posted here were the only reason why I called them up to schedule a carpet cleanup at my townhouse. When I called them first, I spoke to Andrew who was very thorough and clear in how they work and charge for their services. I was very impressed and scheduled the service right away, but I still had some doubts based on my previous experiences with other cleaners. I was told that I will get a reminder/confirmation text a day before which i did get as promised. One the day of service, I was kept informed about the time of arrival for cleanup and also got a call/message 30 minutes before from Matt saying that he is on his way. Matt was very courteous and professional in his approach. He explained the steps he would do and got right on the job. He worked very hard and non-stop, and ensured that our carpet was very clean - did not even leave those little stains! The guys at Stainbusters are real professionals and take customer service very seriously. When I called I spoke to Andrew who would be doing the work. It is so nice to talk to the person doing the work ahead of time to go over everything. I was able to get an appointment easily and they were attentive and on time. Andrew asked great diagnostic questions and treated my house with care. And most important, they DO NOT nickle and dime you. Their pricing was very fair. When they arrived, they were also happy to clean an extra rug I mentioned at the last minute and re-staple some carpet coming up on a step with no added charge. This speaks volumes in a day where everything is an up-charge. Knowing we had a toddler and a baby arriving in a few days, they adjusted their formula to make it as gentle as possible on all of us.
