The dispatch and a complimentary text message said they would call half an hour before the tech showed up--unfortunately that call didn't happen BUT the tech was patient as I made my drive over. The tech (Aden) was friendly, informative, sharp, on his game. Gave the heater a thorough inspection, repaired some missing screws in one of the faceplates, cleaned up dust and debris, and got the furnace relit and working. Most importantly he gave me a solid rundown on what to look for, a couple water drainage issues he spotted that may cause us problems in the future, and wrapped up. Cost of the inspection covered his repairs. We were done within an hour. I'll call these folks back for future water furnace needs--hope they can fix whatever happened with the warning call.

I initially contacted him to perform maintenance on my tankless hot water heater since I had just moved into a new home. Zorro showed up on time, was extremely patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions (it was my first time dealing with a tankless system). Because of how great the experience was, I ended up asking him for a quote on a whole house water filtration system as well. During the installation, one of the filter tanks unfortunately had a crack. Zorro immediately got on the phone with his supplier to get a replacement as quickly as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way, even sending me the tracking number so I could follow along. When the replacement arrived on a Saturday, Zorro was at my house within the hour to finish the job. That level of responsiveness and accountability is rare. I knew what the core problem was and that the drain was physically blocked some distance from the sink itself, and I realized that I couldn't fix it myself. So after checking Yelp and finding the stellar reviews I just called Victor at 11.04 in the morning, and he picked up himself :). We chatted and he asked me to text our exact address (which I did) and he texted back that he had a couple of jobs near us but that he thought he could be with by 7pm. It got to about 8.30pm so I texted and he called back and said he could be with us in 15 minutes if it wasn't too late or he would come first thing in the morning. I said please come now and he did. It was Victor himself, a real gentleman who REALLY knows his stuff! 45 minutes later the sink was flowing again like magic. He cleaned everything up and took care to wear shoe covers and gloves.
