If I could give no starts I would. I hired this company in September 2020 to ensure we had no termite issues. They proceeded to send me automated monthly invoices and automated emails stating some treatments were being preformed. When I sent an email asking if termites were an issue, I had to ask again because they are very inattentive when it doesn't have to be automated and a human needs to be at the other end. I received a reply in January that there were no issues. April of 2021 I had a home inspection completed that noted visible termite activity in a very publicly accessible spot in front of the non-gated portion of my property and a pretty photo with a clear termite path coming from the ground onto the concrete portion of the foundation and going up into the house. A month later we have swarming termites inside the house. This company was being paid for half a year for pest and termite control. Look at the attached photos and see if you should trust these guys. I called several times and emailed asking them for a full refund and their automated system still continued to charge my card monthly!!!! I still have not been able to get refunded from these people and had to change my credit card to stop getting billed. These are pure lazy scammers that have automated a system that looks professional but when it come to the work and quality, there is nothing. My frustration with these folks has been exceeded and I gave them many chances via email and phone to make things right and refund otherwise I would move on to other measures. It has been crickets on their end. I have had so much damage to my property because of their negligence that it's now more than just a refund issue. PSA: stay away from these greedy and negligent people that will cost you thousands because they simply don't care to do the right thing, including just doing the job they were hired to do. They literally cannot do what they are saying they are there to do. Honestly happy they can remember to breathe and eat. read more

We had a technician out to check for any evidence of subterranean termites. The technician was professional and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything. The prices don't match the value. We had bugs constantly in a neighborhood that wasn't prime for this to begin with. The service is subpar, rude, and defensive with any type of issue brought to their attention. That's after a 3rd party service vets any messages coming through. Be careful about the hidden fees and lack of ownership when billing mistakes take place. I'd recommend anywhere else! read more

I rarely write reviews and they are almost always 5 stars positive but I cannot allow the lack of professionalism, and outright fraud, that is being practiced by Stampede Pest Control to be ignored. I signed a 12 month contract last June that included MONTLY autopayments and was supposed to include 4 QUARTERLY treatments and as many additional treatments that I would like to schedule. Since the initial treatment in June 2020, one quarterly treatment was performed in October, which just included the perimeter of my house and not the backyard or indoors because their schedule is so limited and it is nearly impossible to book them for the backyard or interior. Additionally, when I have booked them in advance, as much as a full month ahead of time, 3 out of the 4 times all I got was 3 hours of waiting because they book 3-4 hour windows and the tech didn't show. In summary, I have paid for 11 months of service, which has been promptly deducted from my credit card the first of the month, every month, and only received the initial treatment and one quarterly treatment. You're better off burning your money, maybe even try that inside your house to see if that deters pests because Stampede sure as s**t won't be doing anything for you or your pest problem. I also want to add that before writing this review, I had given Stampede many opportunities to make good on the contract as well as rectify this situation, both via email and phone and nothing has been solved. Actually, when I notified them of the tech's 3rd missed appointment and that I've only had one quarterly treatment, they stopped responding altogether. read more

I have fleas in my house and requested a service from them, the person that came to do my house took less than 2 minutes to spray a 2 story house. I asked why he took so little time and replied with: "Oh it's because i didnt bring my mask so I have to be quick if not something bad could happen ". After a couple of days I requested another service since the fleas were still very much alive. Never gave me another appointment to the point where they wouldnt answer my phone calls. I contacted Stampede online requesting a quote stating I needed traps for a critter in my attic. The quote said $75 initially and $40 monthly thereafter. 2 days later when a sales rep contacted me to go over what I requested, I was quoted $215 + $40 monthly because I needed cages setup and a tech would come spray, take pics, and come back to set up cages. A tech came 2 days later stating he came just to take pics, but I had to remind him he was supposed to spray. I already paid the $215 why would you only come just to take pics? This was on 6/5/24. The cages have yet to be setup and no one has contacted me to let me know when I will receive them. I've called, emailed, and submitted requests online, nothing. Please use another company who will actually resolve problems, not take your money for services you will never receive. Don't sign a contract with this company. I'm out $700 after this contract ends with a critter running wild in my attic. read more

Been using Stampede for over 3 years now. Roaches and ants have slowly disappeared. A healthy population of anoles keeps insects in check in the back yard. I have dogs, so they just treat 3 sides of the house now; only inside treatment or back yard treatment if we have an outbreak of ants or something. We were using Terminix prior to Stampede. I have been using Stampede Pest Control for about a year and a half now. My husband and I are highly satisfied with their services. The level of customer service supersedes Terminix's by far. They pay great attention to detail when I set up my appointments. They even have it noted on my profile that we only prefer Saturday treatments. This past month, I noticed bees inside my house. I called them up and was immediately scheduled to have someone check it out. Since it was within 30 days of treatment, they didn't charge anything additional. Luckily, I didn't have any bee hives within the walls of my house. They also noticed new ant hills this time, so they re-treated those for free too. FYI - Their sprays are water based, so if you have pets, it's the optimal choice. You just need to wait 30 minutes for pesticide to dry before letting your pets roam in the yard. If you place a credit card on file with them, you get a small discount each time. read more

Greetings, First I would like to say I rarely leave reviews regardless how good or not so good service I received from a business. In this case I really need to. My house was scheduled for treatment and I stayed home from work to meet the technician. The technician arrived after the scheduled window for the service to be performed and stated curtly he could not perform the service due to inclement weather being forecasted and he left without service being performed. It did not rain that day, it was sunny. I missed several hours of work due to this. I called Stampede Pest Control and left a message to cancel my service. I never received a call back. I rarely received a call back from Stampede Pest Control. A few weeks later there was a flyer on my doorknob stating that service has been conducted. My wife and I were in our house and the door bell did not ring nor was there a knock on my door. My backyard gate was locked and no one came into our house to conduct the service. Yet I got an invoice of $97.41 for services NOT rendered and services that I canceled. Be aware that this is the business who you will be dealing with if you obtain service with them. read more

Not satisfied with their customer treatment. You get a text message 1 day before your service asking you to call them and schedule if you want it inside also. When you call in there is a high chance you won't get ahold of any but you can leave a message and hope they call you back in time. I have called a few times about billing and been told I would be called back to not receive phone calls. I have been misled in conversations with them as well as during the initial quote for the price. They quote you quarterly services with a discount on the initial service but what it really is a discount on the initial stating and THEN quarterly services each of which you pay a different price for. Big difference between 50 dollars and 3 treatments for 89 vs 50 than 4 treatments of 89 I guess it's my fault for switching from a large company to support local small business. read more
