I'm not one to complain normally, but today is going to be the exception to the rule. I'll simply state the facts that I have documented from my Ring doorbell and camera time stamps, and you too can come to your own conclusions. The technician arrived at 12:13 and rang my bell, was at my house a little over 10 minutes, then placed the door hanger telling me my home had been serviced. Ironically it also says to submit a Yelp review for 15% off my next service. I also can tell from the video that nothing was done with the weep holes on the porch as indicated, so it honestly leaves me to wonder to what extent my exterior was treated. He did do something because there are large piles of granules in my driveway...not along my drive, all over my driveway. Now I get to clean that up so my pets don't get into it. I'm giving 3 stars only because it was the technician that did an awesome job during my initial treatment, and customer service replied to my email by 9:30am this morning and I'm getting a retreat today. The initial visit was top notch, and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but when you don't complete your job, that's a different story. When you set a standard, customers will hold you to that standard. Job completion should be the bare minimum. read more

Pest control is never fun because it means you are dirty and have a dirty house! Kidding of course, but when we started to get little jerk ants in our house, we needed to call someone and apparently the Ghostbusters don't handle this sort of thing. That said, the next best solution was Stampede Pest Control. Their customer service was A++ and they are very knowledgeable and tactical. I worked with Randy and Tanner and can't say enough good things about both. I really liked the fact that they use a more holistic solution as opposed to your run of the mill poison. I believe their sprays are plant based which is nice, and they said they are safe for pets and children. Depending on the day, my kids can be either or. Since we live in Texas, mosquitos are par for the course, and it was cool to hear that they offer a service where they can set up an automated spray system in the backyard where you can walk around in summer wear all year and not get bit...by skeeters anyway. I found Stampede on Home Advisor. They were one of the top three rated pest control companies, and had great reviews. I received a call from Chad within minutes of submitting the service request On Friday just before 5pm. He was very friendly, professional, answered my questions, thoroughly explained their service, and put my mind at ease about the wasp issue we were having. I decided to go with their quarterly interior/exterior service because it was a really great rate and I liked that they guarantee their work. Means pest control is one less thing I have to worry about. He was able to fit me in the next day, which was Saturday. Cody came out to do our initial service. It was clear that he had read my service report so I didn't have to re-explain anything. Loved that! He was professional and friendly during the initial walk through, answering all my questions, etc. The service was great, he was respectful of my home, and friendly to my kids. Gunner was awesome. He was interactive and answered all of my questions and what my treatment plan will consistent of. We walked around the house so that Gunner could see were problems are. Gunner was very friendly and Gunner seemed to enjoy his job. He is a people person and I like that. This allows a better business relationship. He came inside to have me sign some paper. He even took his shoes off. I find that to be a good quality and most of the time you have to ask. He stated to me if first spray did not work to call Stampede and they would come back out. Some thing else he sprayed my gated in turf area for my dog. No one was ever done this. As you can tell Gunner was excellent. I hope I can get him again as a technician. I recommend Stampede to any one is looking for good pest control and technicians who really care about what they are doing. It was a pleasure meeting Gunner. Bradley wore a mask. He is the first tech since this outbreak to do so without me asking. Thank you! He was also extremely thorough. He treated the outside with at least 3 methods (spray, granular, and what looked like a duster?). I have only seen the other technicians I have had treat with spray only. That does not mean prior techs did not treat another way, but we have a lot of windows around out home and it is an open floor plan so I can see 50% of the house from one set of windows and 25% from one other set and I saw Bradley from each of those windows doing all 3 types of treatments. He also explained to me about the 2 roaches I was concerned about and how he was going to treat for each. The indoor, he sprayed very little because he could treat so well outside. And the indoor that he did treat was very targeted (thank you for not exposing me to chemicals needlessly) to the areas I saw the the critters. read more

I'm writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from your company. On August 5, I had a conversation with Rachel, your manager, who assured me that the termite bait stations and traps at my father's home would be replaced. Sadly, this promise has not been fulfilled. Despite my numerous attempts to reach Rachel and leaving several messages, I have not received any response. I have also tried to contact Kent, the owner, but he too has not responded to my messages. This lack of communication and action is incredibly disheartening. As a paying customer, I trusted your company to provide quality service and peace of mind, especially for my 101-year-old father's home. Instead, I feel neglected and misled. Relocated to the north Texas area and am renting a house. Have a few wasps nests and some earwigs that was supposed to be taken care but wasn't. Took matters into my own hands and started researching pests control and found Stampede. Talked with the owner at length about what I saw and my concerns about my two dogs in the back yard with wasps flying everywhere. He sent someone over yesterday afternoon who was VERY thorough, meticulous and took his time to do the job right. The guy who showed up, did so on time and was a great representative of Stampede. When I called, I really didn't know what type of service I was going to sign up for. Bailey Allen was the Customer Service Rep that I spoke with. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was also able to give me additional information when I requested even after I scheduled my first service. The technician who came to complete my first service was Caleb Jones. Caleb gave me an appointment confirmation text to let me know that he was on his way to my property to complete the service. When the service was complete he then sent me a completed confirmation text message as well. Both gentleman that I dealt with delivered exceptional customer service. The owner responded to several emails literally minutes after being sent. He answered several questions immediately. I received all the answers I needed & a printed copy of the agreement. All in an amazingly short amount of time. I scheduled a service call & that was that. Other than handling responses from a few other companies. I sent the first email on a Sunday, expecting to get a response on Monday. I was so impressed with the owner responding on Sunday, I even apologized. Tech came out & his conduct, professional appearance & attitude was icing on the cake. He does a follow up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to insure all is ok. possibly most important to me is that he is my exterminator guy. From the beggining when I spoke with Chad , he was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the process. Chad did not rush me to sign the contract, and scheduled for appointment at the earliest as our painters were stuck because of swarm of bees coming behind the hardy plank. Jason came the next day though behind schdule but he assured he will come and take care of the problem. Jason was pleasant and handled the work nicely and explained about the different types of bees. They did one application which has a 30 day warranty, and are following after a week to see if bee issue has been resolved and then they will caulk with silicone so no future issues. Stephen arrived at our residence at the time that was scheduled. We spoke briefly about the ant and wasp issues we were seeing around the outside of the house. Stephen was very knowledgeable about all types of pests. We have a problem with wasps that continuously build nests in the entryway. He cleaned up the nests and thoroughly treated the area. Overall we're very happy with the care and overall thoroughness that Stephen took while servicing the property today - especially in this scorching heat! After going through yelp and google reviews, and sending messages to multiple businesses, I've finally found the best pest control in my area (Richmond)! Terminix was scheduled to come to my house, but I found their customer service lacking. They had poor reviews and it took me hours to get into contact with them. I have used a couple of pest control companies in Houston and I've been with Stampede the longest. They have competitive prices and knowledgeable technicians. They've even come out for follow up treatments in between scheduled treatments for no extra cost if I am seeing issues pop up (This happened one time when I first signed up with them - Hasn't happened again for a while, so I guess the treatments are working :) I haven't had any issues inside or out for a long while. We have been with Stampede for well over 5 years now and couldn't be more pleased with the level or service and professionalism. Last summer we had a HUGE incident with bees in our backyard. I love Stampede. We have been using them for several months and they are wonderful. Jessica always calls me before visits and works around my schedule with ease. Brad was our technician today. He was very friendly and prompt. He did a thorough job outside and inside. Moments before he arrived, our dog drowned in our swimming pool. I was devastated and a mess. He patiently allowed me to gather myself and offered to pick up my sweet dog and move him from the front yard. I don't know that I would have been able to do that myself.
