We just bought a new used car and immediately took it in to the closest location. First, the guy who met us with water asked us to pop the hood and somehow broke the emblem off the hood. I'm too tired to care right now but I might later... but not enough to complain. We have been sitting here for a while now. There is disorganized yelling. I told them I have a coupon. No response. Sigh. Nobody has talked to us since waving us in and loudly declaring that there was a bolt or screw missing on the hood emblem. Bad look to CYA when the customer is being chill... Still waiting... no communication... hood up and... Okay! Took longer than ever but ... the service was friendly and thorough. The upselling was relentless and the aforementioned oddness about the emblem... but all around better than okay. Ugh! Showed up without an appointment (I was driving by and pulled in) and Mike was able to squeeze me in within the hour. Fixed the splash shield, which did not need to be replaced. Just five clips to re-attach it. For that, I was only charged twenty bucks! Incredible. Mike greeted and treated other customers coming in with respect. Honest. Friendly. More than fair on price (hourly labor way less than other shops). I'll be taking my car here in the future. Wish I had gone there before! Highly recommended.

Do not trust this shop. They completely misdiagnosed my AC issue and tried to charge me over $860…read morefor a new compressor that I did not need. I told the manager, Luis, that I suspected an electrical issue, but they jumped straight to the most expensive replacement. When I arrived to pick up the car, the AC still did not work, and the mechanic was still scrambling under the hood. They still took my money, only to admit the next day that they couldn't fix it. They left my car running for about 20 minutes with a radiator fan unplugged, telling me if they plugged it back in, the AC might stop working. This is dangerous and could have overheated my engine. I took my car to Cermak Automotive down the street instead. They diagnosed the vehicle for free in under an hour. It was just a faulty AC pressure switch. Luis later admitted his mechanic only checked the sensor with a multimeter, completely failing to test if it was actually reading system pressure. As you can see in my attached photo, the old sensor was heavily and visibly corroded. They completely missed this obvious visual cue and relied on a basic electrical test that didn't prove the part was actually working. I asked them to at least cover the small repair cost from the second shop since they completely misdiagnosed my car, but they refused. They are "parts-changers" who guess with your money rather than doing real diagnostic work. Avoid them at all costs.
