Continued to fail emissions test and other than being told to put more miles on to complete a drive cycle and out $ 575.00 nothing else in spite of their 100% pass guarantee. I took it to Factory Muffler on Central Park in Skokie. They got it to pass and don't charge you if they don't. They asked what work had been done I showed them the receipt with only a charge for labor. They said I'd been taken for a ride, not literally. $300.00 later and they took it thru the testing process for me and presented me with the pass certification.

Actually, it does start, and then dies in about 2 seconds. Cannot drive it to Deece -- I called them and ask if they know of a good towing company. They, themselves (Deece) will come to my driveway and tow it to the shop (about 2 miles) for $75 flat. Cannot beat that. Tow truck driver gets there. Tries to start the car. Realizes that there is no problem with the car - the key has gone bad. Asks if there is another set (we have 2 more sets). Both of them start the car up, no problem. They charged us -- get this -- $40. Most places would have just towed the car, without trying to start it up and see if the problem was smaller than what was thought. Most places would have run up the bill. Not Deece. I don't go anywhere else.
