Great job evaluating a used car for purchase. Very quick response. Saved me from making an expensive mistake.

They performed the work they were asked to do quickly and it was a great value. I will certainly do business with them again.

The moment my 98 528i BMW came off of warranty, Bill was my guy. He was recommended by a trusted…read morefriend who's had many relationships with auto repair shops throughout the city. For almost 16 YEARS they have taken care of my auto repair needs. Everything from oil changes to repairing my clutch. Always honest and priced appropriately, Bill and the men at Brighton have gone above my expectations in how they've treated me and my family (they also serve as my Mother's mechanic). I without hesitation, HIGHLY recommend Bill and the guys @ Brighton!

Let me start by saying if you see the bad reviews they're all over a year old. About 6-8 months…read moreago, this place has new ownership and management. I discovered it because I've been following FordBossMe on YouTube for a couple of years. The channel was, and is, hosted by a man named Rich. It originated at a Ford dealership where he was a Master Technician. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and CARED about the work he performed on customer's vehicles. Since I started watching the channel he got an opportunity to partner up with the new owner of this place. The Ford dealership he worked at was too far for me. Brighton is much closer so I gave it a try for some maintenance I needed. I cannot say enough about the experience!! Rich and his team did a great job. He knew I was waiting so he expedited my request. Already long story-short. The price was fair and the work was perfect. A++++ Thank you Rich and Brighton

I had been going here for years. Last night (April 2026) while watching my truck via GPS, I saw…read morethey were driving my truck after hours (10-11pm CST) for their personal use at 32nd & Halsted. When confronted with screenshots, Wayne stated multiple times that it was not him [personally] and he did not care. Never getting my funds or service again. Trash. I encourage you all to use an AirTag or other tracking device to see for yourselves. Be best.

I hate to leave such a poor review because I really like Wayne. I have been a customer 10+ years…read morebut I'll never go back. Last time I got my brake pads replaced. After Driving off my dash lights up like a christmas tree. Check Abs, check brakes, power steering, plus a few others. All these lights came on at the same time. This had NEVER happened before and just so happened to start RIGHT after they did the work. I brought it back immediately. Wayne's guy in the garage proceeds to gaslight me and say these lights have NOTHING to do with the work that they did and that it was a computer issue. Lies. These lights have lit up my dash for months. They come and go. Another mechanic verified that this was the result of poor work when changing my brakes and now it is really expensive to fix. And now that the sensor for my abs is messed up, getting other work done on my car triggers more related sensors. Now tmps is going nuts as well. My car had ZERO computer issues and ZERO abs issues before theh did my brakes this last time. They should be responsible for these repairs! But they proved to be dishonest! If you make a mistake, OWN UP TO IT! I can respect that and have been loyal for years. Wayne is great but the guys in the garage really screwed me this time and tried to make it seem like they didn't. For this I will NEVER patronize them again and don't recommend that anyone else do.
