Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. I will be taking necessary actions.

I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX so I have spent hundreds over the years to maintain my vehicle. Before I had my car towed I called the dealer and they were going to charge me almost $200 just to look at the car. I had the car towed to my house till I could decide what to do. The tow truck driver recommended Mullen Auto which is about 1/4 mile from my house. I checked their reviews and called them immediately. They could not look at my car for two weeks but I was willing to wait. I had my car towed to Mikes garage and they even looked at it a little sooner than planned. It was a starter motor! Since the check engine light was involved I thought for sure it was the transmission. I have been in Pembroke for over 40 years and have never brought my vehicles to Mikes garage. He now has a new lifetime customer!!! Incredible service, reasonable prices, great organized and clean operation. Mike is a great example of how a business should be run! I think that Andy's tow truck driver was sent my way for a reason.

Looking at the other reviews, they tend to make claims of oil leaks with other people as well. Luckily, I took their estimate straight to Porsche and Porsche assessed my vehicle. It needed two new tires, not four.. Despite them pulling up a Carfax for my vehicle they failed to recommend one service that was due and recommended several other services that had just been done in the last year and were not due. Do they not think that people will seek out a second opinion? I guess they assumed I would just trust them and give them $6000.00. I recommend anyone who goes here. Also get a second opinion from someone else before proceeding with any work.
