Went back at 4 to pick up my car and they just started on it. Rude but whatever. Then on my way home, my ground effect and something underneath my car flew off on the highway. They did not screw something back properly. Went back in the morning, and the manager Dave told me I hit something on the highway. I DID NOT. After going back and forth with no and him saying it's not their fault. I left, with my damaged car. Call the district manager, left a message and guess what... no call back. I feel if I were a man, I would have atleast received an apology. Instead, I was told I hit something on the highway... Horrible customer service and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never go there if they value their car.

I was relieved to find out my warranty had expired as I was having issues at the dealer where I bought the car. I got to go back to SSA today and after 5 years Wayne still recognized me and Justin had gone over my list with me and to please call at certain dollar points, which he agreed to with zero issues. I'm over the moon happy to be back at SSA with owners and mechanics that care about the customer and the car equally. I'm looking forward to getting back my mini clubman with everything I asked for done without the hassle of a dealership and up selling, I trust these guys way more than the dealership and I've explained why.
