Tyler and Wesley did an amazing job! They were very nice and professional and as they were cleaning they explained how everything worked and what each product did and how long it would last. the results are incredible also. I had no idea what some of these stains were and they had honestly been there forever. The carpets in this house had never been professionally cleaned and they got all the stains out. Not a fan that they don't take online payments and I didn't need 8 phone calls within 3 minutes for payment when they were done at my tenant's house. Just email the bill, I will pay it. But no, had to take time out of my work day to sit on the phone and be transferred around. Didn't care for the customer service. read more

We had very good luck. Danny and Christy showed up on time (same day service) and were very informative. They took care of our front door, cleaned as we discussed and explained the process. They attempted upsale but without being pushy. We felt very comfortable with them both and felt they did a great job for what we paid. We will definitely use Stanley Steemer again for the rest of our house. read more

We have used Stanley Steemer since the 90's; however, over the past few years, their service technicians have gotten worse. One tech, Larry, didn't understand how booties work, so he stayed outside the entire time. The other technician, Ethan, cleaned in record speed (way too fast). They failed to bring our mat for exchange (as promised), saying they weren't informed of it; however, it had been noted on their work order, and they never pre-treated the one and only spot we pointed to in our living room. I had them come out a couple days ago. When I scheduled I asked if I needed to move furniture they said only small items. I decided to move everything but my bed completely out. When they got there they told my room mate we don't move furniture you will have to move it. So they started and he had to move the bed. When I got home I was told the mat that I bought to. Meet the minimum wasn't left and then I noticed that by the door there is still a spot that they missed and I moved my bed a little and there is a huge spot where it looks like they did not rinse out the soap. And still no mat that they said they would drop off. Not a happy customer! read more

Do NOT use this company. Scheduled online, got quote and nothing was honored. Technicians were scheduled from 9-12, was called at 11:50 to say they were running late but in route. Called again at 12:15 saying they were "on the way". Arrived at 12:45, changed price of quote twice, said he couldn't get the computer to work. My quote was for three rooms, two halls, and deodorizing 189.00 then when the tech saw it was really two rooms and two halls he said he would check the rate, next it was 229.00 when I asked why he re-figured again and then it was 267.00. I heard all about him working until 3:15am then back this morning and how tired he was. I asked them to leave as this was ridiculous. We have used this company before with no problem but will not again. When I called to voice my issues, I was told someone would get back with me by Friday at 5. Nonsense. read more

After Apex Carpet Cleaning stood us up at the last minute on our apartment move-out day, we contacted Stanley Steamer and they came out the same day (for a better price). They gave us a 4-hour window but I called the 800 number and they gave us the precise arrival time. The guys were really nice and the results were great. I highly recommend them! read more

I hired Stanley Steamer to clean our family room carpet and clean and seal the tile on the first floor. They were kind and professional but I think the job was bigger than expected. When they were finished I was not 100% pleased with the tile but told them I would see how it looks in the next couple days and call if I wanted them to come back. I probably would have rated the experience a 3 on satisfaction. Well, I decided to call them back to work on the tile grout. I was able to schedule them for the next day but when they arrived I felt I was met with resentment for calling them back. I was not pleased BUT we both remained polite to one another and we were able to work out our differences- I think he had been having a difficult day already- and they worked until I was satisfied. In the end, he agreed that it looked a lot better and we were both happy. I write all this to say, they won me over. I was pleased with their customer service in the end. Damaged one of my speakers during my carpet cleaning. Their branch manager turned it over to their insurance company. They offered me $100. My speaker is worth 600. They originally offered to reimburse me for the total cost of the carpet cleaning. But now they say they can't do anything because the insurance company took over. A two man team showed up on time, very clean & friendly. They called when they were on their way. This is the 2nd time I've used them in this home. They help move furniture if you need and the carpets smell & look nice after as I have pets. I like the confirmation and reminder emails. I have never been so disappointed in a service in my life. I went online to do a lot of research and find the best for what I needed to have done and to find any sales that would match the criteria I had. Through my searching Stanley Steemer came up and fit my needs. I set the appointment up online and then it dawned on me that I needed to know information about if they move furniture or not and things like that. I looked everywhere on the website and could not find the answer so I called. I spoke to a representative of the company who confirmed that the location I was using does in fact move furniture and explained that there were certain items they would not move. That was not a problem. However, fast forward to the day of service and talk about disappointment. I asked the gentleman about moving the furniture and they said that the recliner and such wouldnt be a problem. Haha. They didnt lift a finger in the way of moving furniture. They cleaned around it. Godforbid I should ever choose to rearrange the layout of my furniture. Lying to a customer about service is not ok. I did not feel comfortable paying as much as I did for the job to not be done in a complete manner. The cleaning did not remove stains that the company website says it can and I still feel like I need to pay more money to have another company come out to clean the floor properly. I wish ZERO STARS was an option! I still have damage caused by their people. First, they let the water stand too long and it damaged the base boards, bathroom vanity, and laundry cabinet. They also failed to get the soap up from the grout so when my tan grout dried it turned white! They had to come back out to re-clean the grout in an attempt to get the dried soap up. I still have numerous areas where the white is still visible. Finally, they allowed the grout cleaning machine to scrape the tile frequently leaving permanent scratches on my tile floor. I later learned this is not supposed to happen. This was the first time I had ever used a grout cleaning service and will never use them again. I was reminded of this bad experience yesterday when they had the nerve to call my home to solicite my business after I had already asked to be removed from their call list. read more

They were quick, too quick. Carpet not even close to clean. Will never use again. They didn't even try, just went over it quickly and were out the door. Sold us additional $50 worth of deodorizer which lasted a few hours, then gone. read more
