The green enchilada sauce was so fresh that I could taste the tomatillos as if they were plucked right off the vine! The melted cheese had that cheese pull that social media influencers go crazy for, and the corn tortillas tasted soft and comforting. This food rivals that of Sol Agave and Red Iguana. The interior is really cool too. Dimmed lighting, dark brown wooden floors that give it a sophisticated air, ropes and wood crates and a custom-designed counter that definitely takes you oceanside. We were some of the first customers to arrive on a Saturday and our food took a while to make (30-45 minutes). But the flavors, fresh ingredients and happy service that made us feel like family, all made it worth the wait.

Awesome Mexican vibe, nice plates etc. It's a higher end feel. Good place for a date night but still has families in there. Our server was great, other people kept checking with us and they were very nice and pleasant. The manger (owner?) came by and I talked to her for a few minutes and told her how good our food was. She was telling me about how every single thing is made from scratch. It really was good. I was pretty surprised that this place has been just sitting there on Main Street in Payson. We're gonna head back and take our kids and try more stuff.

So you awkwardly wait around until she calls you over with a very polite "hey you". She will then give you your items one by one as they are ready. So while one person finishes their shake, the next one starts on theirs and if you order fries, it's going to take an extra 30 minutes of waiting out in whatever weather. But they do have white sauce, so that is a point in their favor! I was excited to have my guy try this place and he didn't think it was all that great and I had to agree with him. Our food was fine. The experience was the letdown. Oh and the spoon cut up the sides of my mouth!

The only good thing about the order was the Tres leches cake, which was actually made by a bakery, so that made a lot of sense. I'm really unhappy with the order that I placed because I come here often and I really like it here but after the past couple experiences, I won't be returning.

When I asked if she could check, she came back without any additional information and simply asked what I'd like to order. Since I couldn't get more details, I played it safe and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a small order of fries, which are cooked in beef tallow. The burger had a few things going for it. It was on a toasted bun. The bacon was thick and cooked well, there were plenty of fresh onions, two pickle slices, and a tomato. Unfortunately, the beef itself was underseasoned, and the much-advertised "Ashton Secret Sauce" was surprisingly bland. I actually think the burger would have been much better with the fry sauce, which was easily the highlight of the meal. The fries had good flavor and I appreciated that they were fresh-cut, but they arrived lukewarm and limp, as though they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I also didn't receive any napkins with my order. That said, this is a brand-new location, and opening a restaurant is no small feat. I'm hopeful they'll work through the early growing pains because the original Delta location set a high standard. They also have a large menu, and burgers aren't typically my go-to order anyway, so I'll definitely give them another chance and try something different on a future visit.
