That is not hyperbole. The entire office was welcoming and made me feel like I had been a patient there for years and years. Usually you like the doctor but the office staff is "meh". Not here! Everyone was absolutely fantastic. From the person who helped me make my initial appointment, to the person who checked me in, to my hygienist (who I believe said she has been with the practice for 20? years!!!), to Dr. Cyndie herself, to the woman who checked me out. From beginning to end...a completely wonderful, friendly, compassionate experience. My cleaning was top notch. Nowhere along the line did they try and "upsell" me or push expensive treatments or anything on me. I sincerely wish every interaction with providers and professionals was this amazing! Life would be so much better. I honestly can't wait to go back for my next 6-month appointment and I'm telling all my friends and family to switch to Dr. Cyndie Kennedy-Townsend for all their dental needs. You should too!

I've been hesitant…read moresince I love my old one finally I ended up with a toothache the past couple of days and I was a little overdue for a cleaning so nothing like a toothache to motivate finding a dentist quickly. I called yesterday and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Everyone was wonderful, I really enjoyed my time there. The ladies in the front were super friendly. We were cutting up like we'd been long time besties! My hygienist and the dentist were also great! It felt like being at the salon, just for my teeth. And since we couldn't pinpoint where the pain was coming from, as of course it didn't hurt when I woke up this morning even though it had been hurting the past couple of days, he suggested to wait and see if it comes back and if so call them and he can do more direct treatment. I love a conservative approach to dentistry! But my teeth are clean, the office is clean, overall it was such a great experience. Really glad I went here!

The practice has been around for two generations, so yes, the decor is a little dated. But I could not care less. Drs. Marshall and Baxter were delightful. To be honest, it kind of felt like stepping back in time. Everyone was amazing. I got a full dental exam/cleaning, teeth whitening, and a full spa facial all in one morning. I arrived at 8:30 and was taken back within minutes, and I left shortly after noon. Rhonda, the aesthetician on-site, has been working there 20 years and is awesome. She created a whole plan of action for my skin, which I desperately needed. These people get all the stars.

The dentist was shoving the needle in my mouth while I groaned in pain telling me to hush instead of letting me have a moment.
