I was able to browse the store for awhile and would have purchased other electronics as well but wanted the XBOX 360.. The gentleman that sold me the console assured me while it was used, it was tested and works properly. The original labels from Microsoft were split at the markings where the case would separate from the unit, which means the casing at least once was opened. This unit was heavily used my myself and family for several years without ever having any issues along the way I'll have you know it was purely due to overuse that SEVERAL YEARS later after I got my tested unit from Almir Co unfortunately my machine suffered red ring of death? That's just how it is in the gaming community, consoles reach their life expectancies. Those games and controllers work to this day though. It is not Almir's fault the XBOX doesn't work anymore.... I ask you to read this review and ask yourself if you can believe THIS review or believe your own experience

I asked what if it's not the glass. the receptionists said then we will put the old glass back on. (odd) i said what if the phone still does not work? we went round and round. So i left it and came back - the glass was replaced and it still did not work. NOW they checked by calling with their phone and with my phone and low and behold it was blocked. AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW TO UNBLOCK IT! Do I get an apology? no I get defensiveness. "This is not what we do to check if its blocked". (Excuse me - that is what you just did). The professional thing to do was to take the least expensive option first. And by the way $120.00????? I could have gotten the glass replaced for a lot less... NEVER AGAIN!

My most recent encounter was to do a few Amazon returns the day after Christmas, apparently, the same as everybody else in the area. The four people in the store were all over the place but overall, they handled the never-ending rush as well as can be expected. Two of our returns were able to be done via the self-serve kiosk and one (the largest in terms of size) has to go up to the counter. Either way, very fast and everything worked as advertised. This store is not the closest to the home office in terms of distance and the parking in the strip mall lot can at times be diabolical, but I've never had an issue with things not being done and processed here as quick as possible.
