Awful! Awful! Awful! They tried to deliver when we were away from home. Personal signature required (who knew?) Tried all three methods to contact them, per the delivery slip left by the driver. Not one option would go through/be accepted. Refused input of our apartment address... after numerous tries... because our APARTMENT address was listed as a "commercial"address... which was not eligible/acceptable for what I needed to get done. Kept telling me to enter a residential address. This IS our residential address. Even tried leaving off our apartment number. Still "registered as a "commercial address... NOT eligible for online service without a commercial account????? Online wouldn't accept our address as valid. Text message method rejected, too. Tried to call. Got automated "help" assistant who was trapped in a cycle of repeating the same thing... repeatedly. After about 75 minutes of playing with their screwed up, ineffective "communication" system... I gave up. I don't care, at this point, if I EVER receive my shipped medications. In the future, I will NOT do business with ANYONE who sets FedEx as the only means of shipment. I will not, in ANY way do business with FedEx... period. I'm SO angry, and frustrated, at this point... I'm about to burst a vein. Their system is COMPLETELY USELESS... and they REFUSE to connect you to a living person. Put me down as being irrevocably DONE with FedEx. Shoddy service leaves you high and dry. read more

FEDEX LOST MY LAPTOP WITH MY PASSWORD INSIDE AND REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR OVER A MONTH I have spent over a month trying to resolve a missing package with FedEx, and the experience has been beyond unacceptable. My shipment -- a MacBook Pro being sent for repair -- never left the local facility. I have called repeatedly, every few days, and each time I am transferred, misdirected, or forced to restart the entire process. I've been sent to the wrong departments, told conflicting information, and even informed that previous claims and documentation I submitted were never received. At one point, I was told the investigation was closed due to the package being "lost," yet no resolution or accountability followed. I was then asked to restart the claim process entirely. What makes this situation extremely concerning is that I was required to include my device password inside the package for repair. This means my lost shipment is not just a missing item -- it is a serious security and privacy risk involving sensitive personal data. FedEx has failed to provide consistent communication, proper escalation, or any meaningful resolution. Being offered only a shipping refund for a lost personal device is unacceptable. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I would strongly caution others when trusting FedEx with high-value or sensitive items. read more

Came in shortly before closing. I had to print some docs and initiate a fax. Doc printing was cheap, faxes not so much (but FR who requires faxes anymore?!?!). And this fax was big, and faxes are slow. I was not rushed by the employees closing up shop. One of them was my own personal holiday music DJ w the rotation they had playing. Staff was helpful, machines were convenient and it's a great area to get many errands done at once. read more

Brought in a box that was damaged during delivery from FedEx, brought it back with a shipping label and the refused to ship it back, saying that it was damaged due to the seller not that it was damaged during transit. The front male customer service rep wouldn't even acknowledge that it could have been damaged due to their handlers. The manager came over and again refused to take Any fault in the damage and refused to ship the box back. I mentioned to the staff that this was damaged in transit and the delivery specialist who delivered it conveniently did not take pictures of any of the damage they denied that as well, so please see additional pictures of damage of the actual box and then the picture that they took for the delivery Picture. We came in a half an hour before closing with two large packages of a deceased relative's belongings we had to ship tonight. AJ & Spencer were unbelievably kind, compassionate and efficient, they explained everything so thoroughly, including pricing, tracking, and estimated delivery. It was honestly incredible customer service considering we both were struggling emotionally due to the circumstances. My mom accidentally pressed submit and my mom said the worker put the address wrong even though my mom verbally spelled the address to her. Went here on two separate occasions to ship packages out. Employees seemed bothered to have to stop and assist us as they had been socializing amongst themselves. They also insisted they had to open my carefully packed and sealed box to verify the contents which seemed extremely odd. We thought the first bad experience was possibly a fluke so we tried one more time, but nope, different employees but even ruder than the first! Who the heck manages this place?!! I have been coming to this Fed Ex store sporadically since we lived in Surprise. The store is always clean and customer service here has always been great. I would not recommend this place at all. If the make a copy it's 2.90 for 1 copy. They are charging you a surcharge of $2.50 per transaction under 50.00. This is ridiculous.. this is away to lose customer. I will not be coming back to this location at all. read more

I think I've been to FedEx at least seven times in the last few weeks. They have been my GO-TO for printing documents, shipping Christmas gifts, sending returns back, and shopping for office supplies there in the store. They are all super friendly in this location. I normally email them whatever items I need printed and then go pick them up without a wait. Also, all of my packages that I've been sending out are arriving earlier than expected which is a bonus. Amazingly poor customer service...plus .... will not speak to you unless you have a mask on...even though the CDC does not recommend or require them. The young man at the counter asked me why I had no mask, and a snotty female middle-aged employee seemed ready to argue with anything I said. I left and went to the Surprise Post Office; they were warm and welcoming. Recommend shutting this store down if the employees and management don't want to provide a service. read more

Awful customer service they open your package and then when they don't like there's a fact, even though it's filled and it's packaged properly, they won't want you to wrap. Every single individual item is in the package and they will not accept the package until it " properly" packaged. They want you to spend money and buy stuff that you don't need to buy just so you can send a package. would highly recommend anyone everyone else to not go to this Fax location other locations are much better and they have nicer people. Another bad experience at this location. I tried to drop off a package that already had a tracking number. All that was missing was the printed shipping label. I had received calls by FedEx yesterday and before that confirming that the store could print out the label based on all the information available. That did not happen because some secret triple digit code was missing. The rep couldn't explain what this code was or how to get it. She did not make any serious attempt to help. I ended up having to take the package back. I wasted my time today, drove 35 miles and now there will be even more days wasted before the package can finally be shipped, if ever. This is the third time I have tried and failed sending a package internationally. It is my understanding that FedEx's business is shipping packages. What I do not understand is why they pay people to prevent customers from shipping packages. read more

I didn't even know this place was here, wife had to tell me about it. Had to ship out a pre-labeled package. When I walked in, there were about three people in front of me. Within 5 minutes there were four people in back of me. I could tell the lady working there was getting frustrated. She was the only one there? Everyone was patient and knew she was under pressure. But management really needs to add more workers. She really did her best, My experience wasn't that bad, and would use again. read more

I stopped by to get a 2x2 print out of a picture and once I heard it was going to be 7+ dollars to print and re size they gave me options other then telling me that was all they could do. At the UPS store all you have to do is walk in with your package and the label and say "I'd like to drop this package off please." At this store things are completely different, you're about to get ripped off. The guy at the counter asked me what was in the box (is this even legal??), I told him it was just a laptop and charger that I'm returning to my old job. Then he asks if he can open the box (why????), after which he told me that it's "definitely not packaged right" even though the box had a ton of bubble wrap inside it. Then he tells me that he's going to have to charge me $23.99 so that they can "package it correctly". Mind you, all he's going to do is package it exactly the same way that I had it packaged in the first place, just in a FedEx box. I guess times are tough even for a multi-billion dollar company like FedEx, they gotta find a way to make money somehow. Also, I noticed that when I walked into the store I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. But I noticed that when someone else walked into the store, they were given a warm welcome and told that they would be helped right away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!! read more

In and out in 5 mins. Greeted immediately when I walked in the store. Shipped a package and was on my way out when their book rack caught my eye. Found a great book to read. Yay! I will definitely come back again. They do copies and printing too. Even have cards on a rack just in case you need to send a birthday card to someone. read more

He did not even put on a scale yet nor did I sign any papers at this moment. He broke a Federal Law! I called cooperate and they are trying to say he didn't do anything wrong. Excuse me???
