    First of all, love that the interior of this store is really big compared to other stores I went to, but then again, I love "Staples" in general, I just love the whole vibe in it, anyways everything is super clean, plenty of space to go around, and glad that this one has music on the radio's overhead, that's a plus right there, nothing is out of place and everything is where it should be, I also like how cute the crayon aisle is, above all, I definitely recommend this location...

    I have a business mailbox here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I use them for printing and shipping. Good prices and deals when you use coupons, sign up for their free membership.

The gentleman at the counter gave me a price quote and assured me it would only take about an hour, so I told him I'd be back the next day. ​I returned as planned and handed the phone over. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a screen issue after all! The repair itself was done incredibly quickly and efficiently. He even let me know to come back if I ran into any issues with his work, but everything has been perfect so far and I highly doubt I'll have any problems. ​The quality of work and the speed make it worth it, but the prices were definitely a bit higher than I initially expected. I ultimately decided on 4 stars because they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card, on top of the regular tax. Depending on what you're getting fixed, that credit card fee plus tax can easily add an extra $20+ onto your quoted price. I know a lot of restaurants are starting to do this nowadays, but I wasn't expecting it at a repair shop and wish I had known in advance so I could decide if I wanted to use a different payment method to avoid the surcharge. Fortunately I was able to do so. ​Overall, they do fantastic, fast work, and the customer service is great! Just be sure to bring cash or an alternative payment method if you want to save a few bucks on the fees!

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.
