Today I went to Staples with my brother to use the printer and 1 out of 2 computers were down and the computer that worked was being used by another customer so Cristian who is a very nice employee there offered to help us print out or stuff and he made it so quick & smooth. My brother had a small Amazon package that had to be sent out so Cristian mentioned that he can take care of that as well so he taped the label that we printed and he sent it out, which was so helpful and he saved us a trip!!! Not all my experiences in this Staples location have been pleasant here but he surely made us want to continue coming back because of his amazing service! read more

If it were not for Jensen I would have given one star, No copy cards which only left the choice to use my debit card to insert into the machine. Because I did not feel comfortable using my debit card I asked the young lady(at the copy center) was their any other option. She replied "No". Really pleasant lady, but not helpful. Went in for supplies and it couldn't have gone any smoother without the help of an associate that maintains the shelves. Don't recall his name but was a tall curly hair gentleman that actually took the time to check the back for some supplies I really needed that sold out in the front shelves. Saved me alot of time. Went to staples with my gf to get a flash drive and head phones, as soon as we entered we where greeted by the security guard with a smile. Looked for flash drives as soon as I made eye contact with an employee we were immediately helped. The employee was a young lady with red hair very helpful and even lead us to the sales for flashdrives. The cashier who was I think manager Latino with tattoos was very friendly and had a good vibe. I'm extremely upset from this place and their employees! I came 20 minutes before they close and the 2 employees from the printing area weren't helpful at all! I needed to print out my homework from school, and now I'm somewhere else where their service is better. Shame on that guy who was getting his damn attitude at the printing section, acting like he knows the printing machines, I go there often and I know my images weren't going to come out great and still was charge a fee for printing something I didn't like! I used the FedEx computer to print my images last time and it cane out great, but this is the last time I'm coming here! I've been to this store several times and every time I leave I say I'll NEVER go back. It's the closest office supply store to work so I'm out of luck. Service is usually below average and there is always long lines. Store is usually clean though. Checkers aren't very friendly. read more

I rarely have a good experience at Staples Inglewood. Monday, Feb 3, 2020 was an exception. Tang (in the printing department) patiently helped me correct some custom stamps at no charge. I have not experienced customer service like that in a long time. She deserves 5 stars. read more

This store's "EasyTech" is unethical. Staples has a stock locator that may indicate this store has a certain item in stock. However, the "EasyTech" people will use it to lure people to the store by not allowing any stock holds, and without regard to if the item is actually, physically in stock. They then continue doing this to drive foot-traffic to the store while customers make wasted trips. So watch out and go somewhere else. read more

This staples is never crowded (only the copy center is crowded lol). Plus, they always have what I need in stock. My PC came from here. My wireless router came from here. All of my ink carts for my printer come from here (when they are onsale lol). Speaking of printer...I think I got it from here lol. Ok, maybe not the printer. But most of my stationary products and gizmoes come from this Staples location, especially when it's on sale :). Parking is ample. Store is clean. Employees are friendly. What more can you ask for? 4 stars due to the overcrowded copy center :(. read more

I asked the checkout person if they had a restroom, she said "it's in the back." After I walked all the way from the front of the store to the back, I discovered a code was needed to open the door. I had to walk back to the front again and asked for the code, another worker said she'd open it for me. Both toilets were nasty. There was toilet paper strewn all over the seats and the floor, as well as the seat covers box, it was disgusting. On top of all that, there were no paper towels to dry my hands. A sign displayed read: "We take pride in our restrooms..." Really? I asked for the store manager and told him all about it, he apologized and said he'd take care of it. Ridiculous. CJ not only talked back to his customers but proceeded to loudly state his annoyance with "impatient" customers to surrounding guests. I needed a printer last minute and looked on their website to find one with good reviews at a decent price. I saw a printer I liked, an Epson X410 that was on sale for $69.99 down from $99.99. The website however didn't specify whether the price was online only or also available in store. I decided to call the store to make sure it was in stock and to make sure the price was still $69.99. I didn't get the guys name but I spoke to a tech who's customer service is worth mentioning. He was helpful and polite. He assured me there were 4 in stock and that the price was $69.99 in store like I had hoped. When I got to the store and found the printer there were no boxes available below the display one. Another store associate, I think she might've been a manager because she was wearing a different shirt than the other associates, came over and quickly scanned it and confirmed they had 4 in the back. She then told me she would grab it and have it ready for me at the register. First impressions last. The customer service here is great, everyone was so helpful and friendly! read more

I try to be very understanding since I too work with customers. I was having trouble uploading Engineering Print forms online and called the printing department, I called at 2pm and my called was not picked up until after 4pm. I spoke to Victor and told him the difficulty I was having and asked if I could submit the file via email and pay over the phone, he stated it was not possible, the only way to submit an order was online. I asked if the print was not fully uploaded if they would reprint at no charge. He told me to go to the store and submit my request. He then proceeded to tell me they would not print the document until tomorrow since they had a lot of orders pending. The engineer prints were for work and we needed them for a project for the following day. He didn't want to help me and said their cut off time was at 4pm. I told him that I understood but I had been on the line since 2 pm. Then very rude he said they were busy and couldn't pick up the phone. When I asked him to speak to his supervisor he said he was the supervisor. I print large amount of prints (sometimes up to 40 prints) due to our business and this is the first time I have a bad experience. It's unfortunate that I will no longer be using them for my printing needs. read more

I been in Staples on Century in Inglewood CA for 45 minutes looking for a fan for my laptop. Was sent to the wrong aisle, walked back up front and the same guy went to get the fan from another aisle. I grabbed a chair from the furniture section of staples, sat and called the store, waited 15 minutes for a store rep who never came to the phone, I finally hung up. Sorry customer service, don't recommend this store to anyone, including the elderly. Only 7 people on the floor and I am totally ignored. Never will I enter this galaxy again. Why are they in business? Under the disability act I will be suing them. I am a disability senior citizen and I am still sitting in a chair going on one hr now. The worst service. I have a 400 page document that I needed scanned onto a thumb drive. I walked to the service center and was told that it would be .50 per page, and that I should go pick up a 32 gig thumb drive, but that I should stop by the specialist desk on the way to ask if a 32 gig would be enough. FOUR people passed me by while I was waiting at the specialist desk. Not one of them acknowledged my existence. There was never an "I'll be right with you." Nothing like that. Finally after the 5th person passed me by, I stopped her and asked if I could speak with a manager. She called him over, and when he arrived, he was one of the people who had passed right by me without acknowledging me. I told him what had happened, and that he was one of the people who passed me by. I told him about my document, and that he was losing an easy $200 + dollars, and that I'd be going anywhere but there. This transpired at about 1:30 on 3/21/16. The store was not that busy. I still need my documents transferred to a thumb drive, but I will have it done any place else but here. read more
