FedExpress Office Printing & Shipping Service Center is located at 1735 East Colorado Boulevard Pasadena, California 91106. It is very close to Pasadena City College and very convenient for me. It's a lot cheaper than my purchasing all the equipment and putting it in a small room. I needed to make some copies and fax some important papers. I entered the store and was greeted by a smile and a hello from the staff. I had some questions concerning the multi-purpose self-service machine. I needed to insert my credit card and adjust some settings. My papers were quickly processed. I am very impressed with the training program that FedEx must have in place. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the store. There is also off street parking on the side streets perpendicular to Colorado Boulevard. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. read more

They lost my package. This should sum up my review. I checked in my package on 7/29 6:33pm was told it won't go out till the next day. So I said okay cool! Not a problem. Next I know I'm getting a message from my buyer why they haven't received their order. I called fedexs 3rd world customer service they are paying to save money and even those incompetent individuals had no idea what was going on. The store itself says "we don't have your package" uhhh yeah you do. Check your cameras, here's my carbon footprint what more do you need? The box was almost 2 feet long what does that even mean???? The box was HUGE, how do you LOSE THAT. The system clearly shows it is in their possession, I have my receipt. Earth to fucking FEDEX. Moral of the story don't ship with this location or FEDEX IN GENERAL. USPS is the way to go, shipped numerous packages with them not once have I had this type of service problem. This place is great, mainly because of one employee there. I don't do much printing, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Destiny was incredibly helpful. I had a large order of color copies, including one that was a bit tricky, and she went out of her way to help troubleshoot a sizing issue I was having. Her willingness to take the time and be thorough made a real difference. Too often, experiences like this can feel rushed or impersonal, so it was refreshing to work with someone who clearly cares about doing the job well and pays attention to details. Can't believe I'm writing a review for a FedEx Kinko's but here ya go. I came in to print a document on the self serve machines. Have done it plenty of times at another location but I happened to be in the area. Needed help getting my print job done and asked for help. First employee acted annoyed and inconvenienced the whole time, begrudgingly tried to "help" the whole time. Goes into the back at one point and comes out saying "Oh." like she forgot she was supposed to help me. 2nd employee was a great help in the end, stepping in after seeing that I was still having issues--speaking to me in a way that was professional, helpful, and conveyed that my business was important, as small of a print job as it was. Thanks, Sara, for a providing a positive and helpful customer service experience. Your colleague, Tay, needs more work on providing good customer assistance, regardless of what the job is and especially when a customer seems frustrated with using machines. You may be annoyed with us, maybe you're tired, bad day, whatever. You can't wear that on your sleeve. It's bad customer service. Period. On November 2nd, 2024 - For my grandfather's funeral, I needed to print a letter size card stock folded program. Went in spoke to the manager and got immediate service and care. They even printed a sample of my pdf on card stock to make sure I was happy with the results. The manager suggested two types of paper and that was tremendously helpful. When I came back, they were still working on folding the programs but they were busy. One of the employees spotted that I was waiting for the folding to complete, she went and folded the rest herself. I really appreciate that greatly because she made me feel my project was important. I felt what I got, and in the speed I got and the best quality for the money, it was a great value. I would recommend this store and great job at taking great care of their customers. read more

The person who is running this location as well as everyone who is responsible for each location in Pasadena is completely incapable of doing their job and never puts customers first, let alone considers them at all. FedEx has zero standards, high prices, and will up-charge you at ridiculous proportions for every minor additional service you may need. Avoid them at all cost. This is a review of FEDEX's delivery service when I purchase something online and FEDEX is the courier. After a year, I'm finally tired of your BS. (Bad Service) 1. They are consistent. They will leave my package outside on the busy sidewalk for anyone to take because they "don't use phones or texting to deliver". Our building doesn't have an access code system but every other delivery service from See's candy to Amazon seems to have no problem delivering my packages. They text or call and within 60 seconds, the door is open. 2. They will try to deliver once and then they return the package to the sender without me even knowing they tried to deliver because, well, they don't use phones or texting and tracking the package isn't detailed enough like say, Amazon, where you get notices that your package is just 9 stops away. I do my best to find out which courier will be delivering my online purchases before I place my orders. It's an inconvenient step to take but at least if I know FedEx is not involved, I will have a much higher chance at receiving it. Granted, the UPS driver on my route is extremely rude and sits sometimes for over an hour outside chatting on the phone before delivering my packages, but he does deliver them. read more

Have been here a couple times to drop off some boxes to be delivered. Never had an issue. This time I went and the worker tells me they can't ship the boxes as is and they need to be in another box. So my options are to pay for them to box them for me or to box them myself and come back. I decided to go with a third option of going to a different FedEx and dropping them off with no issues. On the way to the other FedEx location I called the company I was shipping to because it was their branding on the box that the guy told me why couldn't be delivered, the company told me the boxes are completely compliant with FedEx. Yusuf, Yossef, or Youssef was just plain RUDE! If my shipment was not mailed through FedEx I would NEVER use FedEx. Here is what happened: it was an expressed shipment from my employer. My building has package concierge (this is covid) however my package needs a signature so I thought by re-routing it to the local location "1735" it would make all our lives easier. Little did I know, my package is now missing in action. The customer rep guaranteed it will be there by 6pm on 12/18. Came there, nope! The guy at the store said come back tomorrow at 12pm, guaranteed it'll be here. Came back on 12/19, nope not there. Met Youssef who had an attitude and didn't want to work kept saying "it's Christmas" and once again didn't want to work, didn't answer my questions and said "she's annoying" to his manager Bill. Bill heard him say I'm annoying for asking "when will my package be here" and did nothing. Bill explained my options and here they are: 1) sit there and talk to customer service for 2 hours 2) come back Monday and "MAYBE" it'll be here Well thanks guys! Just stopped by to use their printing services so I can't speak to the shipping services or employee interaction. Located at the corner of PCC so there is street parking off the side roads. First off, there is a single socially distanced line which means people are lined up out of the store and onto the sidewalk. While there was no one using the printer at all, this meant I still had to wait a good 10 minutes. Once inside, I was able to use the printer as usual. There is a piece of plastic covering the touch pad but that's about it. Had to use my own hand sanitizer as apparently none is provided on for a frequently touched area. Otherwise works as expected. Can't say if they cleaned it after I left, but I hope so! read more

Terrible Customer Service. My boss asked me to go to Kinko's to get some business card stickers made. I walked in and stood by the counter and waited since there was another customer talking to the staff. When he finished, he asked me what I was looking for and I told him what I wanted. He said that it should be in their wheelhouse but would need to get a custom quote. He said that he would talk to another staff member and they will help me. After he walked away, he started to talk to the customer that he was originally talking to, I guess he wasn't finished with them. So I'm standing there waiting and waiting and waiting. Just sent 8 large boxes with all my belongings from CA to Texas. They check my packing and rearranged it so my fragile items weren't in a position to break. Wrapped and filled the box (costs of $4) to ensure safety. I have more peace of mind now then when I was packing it myself. If you declare items they check so in the future I would probably not seal my boxes before hand. Great service and I would come back if I wasn't moving states haha. read more

First time stepping foot into a FedEx store to mail a package! My prior experiences with FedEx were of receiving packages (yay online shopping!). With all the reviews and stories of hit and miss experiences from people shipping packages in general, I had no expectations coming into this location. My end game was just making sure my package got sent properly at a reasonable estimated delivery time. Super appreciative of George, the employee working the 6 pm shift, who was patient in navigating me through my options with FedEx shipping and patient in answering my many questions (what's declared value? is there a tracking number? what's the difference between express and bring-your-own-package? what's the most economically quickest shipping option? among other questions). This spot is sort of out of the way for me, as I planned my stop here because I was heading to Paseo Colorado right afterwards. However, given the spaciousness of the store and the helpfulness of George, I don't mind heading here if I need to use FedEx again to mail something out. I lucked out with open street parking spots right in front of the store (not metered). Otherwise, I head there are some spots in the back. read more

I'm amazed to see 1- and 2-star reviews for this FedEx Office. I had an exceptional experience. Come hither, children, and I will tell you the tale. Last week I was doing a big project for my boyfriend's birthday, putting together a fat juicy album of emails, pictures, and memories from 80 of his family and friends. The project was prodigious, meaning: it took me much longer than I expected. I had to sneak out of the house for hours on end to pull it altogether, and where did I go? FedEx Office, of course. As a writer, I live much of my life by the following mantra: "PAPER PAPER PAPER PAPER." I mean, not to brag, but I'm practically a FedEx Office junkie. I've gotten my copy-print-fax fix at dozens of locations, including the one on Colorado on the other side of Lake (no. just...don't). This East Pasadena location puts all the rest to shame. I literally logged 12+ hours at this place over a two-day period. Julio was working both shifts, and the guy was absolutely fantastic. He was personable, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Hell--the man even fixed my double-sided tape dispenser when it broke. Now that's service. Both days I was there, I was never pressured into buying anything. And that's saying something, considering I monopolized the industrial paper slicer (super cathartic!) for like 7 hours. I also used up a whole glue stick. (I'm telling you, people: I'm an addict.) I did end up buying a few small things--a handful of copies, more double-sided tape--but I'm pretty sure the staff wouldn't have harassed me into being a paying customer even if I HAD spent 12+ hours using their slicing/cutting/pasting supplies. The atmosphere is super chill: I watched Julio chat with many customers, many of whom were clearly regulars. That guy knows his stuff. I have nothing but good things to say about this FedEx Office. Now, the $46 parking ticket I received from the maniacal meter man after parking on a side street for five hours? I've got some not-so-good things to say about that. Moral of the story? Julio rocks. Use this FedEx Office. But if you need to park for more than 2 hours, fold your car into a tiny little napkin, find the meter man, and stick it where the sun don't shine...using double-sided tape. read more

I sent the job (multiple reports) to this branch at 1735 East Colorado Blvd (just east of PCC) and couldn't be happier. Small store, calm environment, with one worker who was polite, pleasant, and professional. The project was perfect. At 9 a.m. on a weekday, I parked right in front and walked straight in - no line. They earned my business and I'll be back. Only 4 stars, because no one called me to indicate the job was ready (this never happened at the other branch either). FedEx Customer Service can't help; they advised me to email the store. which I did and followed up with a call. Art said he would call me back after his 10am appts. 11:30 - still no call.
