I had been searching high and low for a car for my son . I drove pass the dealership and saw a vehicle I liked. I test drove it and I went home. All these dealerships are saying they can't work any deals because of Covid. Which is a lie we have always known that when paying cash anything can be worked out anyways a single parent and a budget to work with. I wanted to get my son a car for graduation. When I tell you Jesus made that all possible. When I went back praying they still had the car because I was to busy working and the weekend had come. That Monday I went back and it was there. JESUS IS A CON ARTIST AND THIS BUSINESS PROVIDES FRAUDULENT AND FALSE DOCUMENTATION FOR THEIR VEHICLES . THEY GET CARS FROM AUCTION AND FLIP THEM FASER THAN YOU CAN SPELL IT. No checks no inspections ! I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/18 A 2011 Toyota Camry . I have had to spend money on an attorney and this has turned into a huge mess ! YOU CAN NOT CALL YOUR SELF A QUALITY CAR FINDER IF YOU ALLOW PEOPLE TO LEAVE YOUR LOT IN THIS CONDITION . I potentially risked my health breathing in toxic moldy air from the trunk of a vehicle that's was allegedly safe to drive and had been detailed. If they were quality car finders they would have found in their inspection that the cars draw is compromised and this allows for water to rest in the trunk. Far cry from the clean title no accident 2 owner vehicle they sold me . LEARN FROM ME DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CONS ! 1/18 I realize car has odd smell after interior scent wears off 1/19 car smell gets worse in sun 1/21 no visors in window trunk lever doesn't work 1/25 I have a blow out. Find moldy dirty water in trunk enough water to submerge spare tire and jack 1/25 call dealer try tell me to bring car back to SWAP ! 1/25 start a claim with finance company to make sure documents weren't falsified. Upon further visual inspection I found a ton more water damage . Which wasn't originally visible because they gave the illusion the seats were damp because they were just detailed when I first got the car . The care was missing sun visors and the trunk lever didn't function . Probably because it was submerged in water . Jesus told me that the down payment would be going towards the loan . Upon reviving loan documents in the mail there is no indication that any down payment was applied. The finance company also clearly stated that down payment doesn't go to them it stays with he dealer . Don't waste your time These guys will ruin your car buying experience ! read more

I reached out to Mr. Garcia through their advertisements in the newspaper. That was 6 days ago, he called me immediately after I made my initial contact and since then has not been in touch at all. I called daily and have yet to hear from him or anybody else. I will take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend doing business with them at least not online. I've only had my vehicle for 2 months and the check engine and oil leaking within the 2nd week. Took it to there mechanic and said it mass air flow sensor. They didn't replace they just cleaned but they replaced the gasket. The mechanic said it will still leak oil after replacing the gasket "red flag". 3 weeks later engine light came back on. Since it was only a 30 day warranty they will not fix the issue even thought they did not fix it the first time. So I'm having to replace alternator, battery and mass air flow sensor which totals out to be $700+ out of my pocket. I will say Jesus was very nice throughout the process of purchasing the car but I truly don't believe they check there cars for issue before selling them. So if you do purchase from them take it to a mechanic to check everything out and then have there mechanic fix everything. That where I was at fault not doing it before the 30 days. read more

BUYER be WARE do not buy from this dealership here I am months now dealing with a car they say that they grantee all there cars I think NOT!!! first Jessie the owner was soo unprofessional when dealing with him, I have had to put more money into this car then expected first it was my torric converter, then My transmission which I had to replace 6months later which I was indirectly blamed for causing my transmission to go out, this SUV has cause us so much headaches and missing of work there was no compensation given other then referral to his mechanic that turned out better then I thought. Needed a car urgently last year when my old car packed up and Star Auto group came correct. They had just moved to this new location. Duane immediately told me to come over and began the paperwork. Jonathan and Jesus(the store owner) were very friendly at all times. It felt like I was just chilling with friends while doing business. Needless to say it was such a great experience I ended up bringing another client to purchase a similar vehicle. These guys open Sundays and are determined to succeed in a location where business is very competitive. They have a smaller inventory compared to other competitors around them but their customer service is unmatched. Their inventory go out pretty fast and you'd always see a fresh batch cars on the lot every week which is testament to how great business is there. Unfortunately I totaled my car within a month of purchase which was no fault of theirs. They were still willing to help me get back on the road but I decided to go with another dealership.
