Food was sub-par, all processed nothing fresh. Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had.

This Korean-owned small deli is located on the first floor of the 11720 building - it seems as if the loyal customer base includes the employees of the building as well as those who live in the area. Unfortunately, Korean dishes are no longer on the menu, but you can call ahead and make a reservation for a pickup for a special request, such as bibimbop, bulgogi, fried rice, etc. I think it's incredibly generous and thoughtful that the owner would take the time to customize and make special Korean dishes for her customers! The menu offers cold and hot sandwiches, as well as breakfast options. Since we had already eaten lunch earlier, we tried their Steak & Cheese - this was lovingly prepared, filled generously with steak, fried onions, mayo, and provolone cheese - simple, delicious, and tasty! I'd love to try the rest of their hot and cold sandwich menu and hope to be able to try some of the Korean dishes as well on the next visit. The owner is sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and so humble. There are plenty of seats to dine-in, and there were a few patrons who had their orders to go. Restrooms have their own unique code that is required to gain access. Check this place out - they're only opened during the week. You won't regret it! I can't wait to go back! +delicious sammies! +friendly service! +plenty of parking +located on the 1st floor, to your right

They have daily specials so make sure to ask what the special is for the day. Today's (Monday) special is Bulgogi over white rice with glass noodles and kimchi. The bulgogi had great flavor - tasted and smelled amazing. The glass noodles were perfectly seasoned. The kimchi was on the spicy side but not too spicy - I almost asked for more. I definitely will be back to try other specials.

Should I be here? Did I interrupt something?…read more The overall experience, though, felt a little awkward. It seemed like I may have walked in while they were breaking their fast for Eid, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was intruding on a private or family moment. The setting added to that feeling. The location is small and tucked behind a school, almost hidden in a cut of what feels like an abandoned building that's connected to a very old gym. I saw students in uniforms, so the school appears to still be active, and there were boys playing basketball in the gym, which made the whole experience feel even more unexpected. Inside, the decor gives unorganized carryout diner. I stopped in for lunch and ordered burgers and fries. The food itself was good, not AMAZING, but decent. The cashier, cook, the one lady (who wore many hats) running the whole place was very nice and quick with my order. That said, the food they were serving for their Eid meal looked and smelled amazing. It honestly made me want to ask for a to-go-container for that.

They have a sign so you really can't miss it. So if you don't see the sign you didn't drive back far enough. I'm not sure if it's a one man show, but he did that!!! Your food is cook to order and it was not too busy luckily because I had an appointment to head to. It's a small spot, seems attached to a school. Nothing fancy at all definitely give a "hole in the wall" spot, but you know what they say about those spots! Food is good!!! Television was on while you wait and you could sit down if you desire to. I would go back to try something else. I saw the chicken and tenders, and chicken tenders with fries. It looked good I'll say that. Prices are decent too. Quick good lunch and I grabbed 2 cookies. I didn't get a picture but they were chocolate chip and BOMB!!! Freshly baked that's why I got them.

The breakfast and brunch options here have consistently been high quality. The menu feels fresh, creative, and thoughtfully put together, with options like avocado toast, quinoa bowls, fresh juices, and seasonal specials. The lemon blueberry cornbread was delicious, and the restaurant itself is in a nice location, well kept, bright, and pleasant to visit. During one recent visit, there was an unusual service issue at the front. Genevieve stepped in with exactly the kind of professionalism, warmth, and accountability that makes a real difference. She listened carefully, did not minimize the concern, took responsibility on behalf of the restaurant, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. What impressed me most was not just that she addressed the issue, but how elegantly she handled it. Genevieve was calm, gracious, sincere, and clearly committed to making things right. Her response reflected genuine leadership and real care for the customer experience. Mistakes can happen anywhere. Genevieve's response is the reason I left still feeling good about this location, and she deserves real credit.

Blueberry cornbread: really good! Not very sweet so I could have eaten the whole thing. Tomato soup: I'm not a huge fan of tomato soup but it's the only soup on the menu so I decided to try it. It was really fresh with basil in it and not too acidic. I would get it again.
