I asked do they do crappy work if I just get a basic wash, and he repeated, "You get good wash if package." I decided to give them another chance today. Again with the upsale. Paid $40 for a hand wash -- still came out dirty There are leaves stuck under the windshield wipers, which shows the basics weren't even checked. The wheels weren't properly cleaned either, dust and grime were still caked on. Overall there was noticeable residue, dust, and dirt left across the car despite paying for the premium service. There's a good sized inside waiting room that has pay massage chairs and there's a large shaded out door sitting area. They had a promotion of $17.99 for a car wash. The indoor waiting area is clean and has two couches where you can sit. They also have massage chairs and clean bathrooms for you to use while you wait. I paid $125 for a wash and wax thinking I'd be getting my car back amazing. Not so much. The quality of wash and wash could be improved. The vacuuming was done poorly in the trunk and the armorall on the interior that was "free" was not free of a dirty mess on the middle console and dash. I won't be returning. What a disappointment. This business has shown repeated false advertising and a lack of integrity. My first visit was last year for an oil change and car wash. A large sign outside clearly advertised an oil change for $34.99, but as soon as I inquired, the price immediately jumped to $64.99. I felt brushed off, but I went ahead and purchased the service. During the oil change, I decided to check the type of oil being used, only to find a young employee using three different foreign brands of oil with labels I couldn't read. Although I was disappointed, I decided to let it go, thinking I was still getting a decent deal. A year later, I noticed the promotional price had been raised to $64.99 on the sign outside. I stopped by again to purchase the package, only to be told the price had now increased to $80. I chose to drive away. While I understand how marketing strategies may attract customers, I cannot support a business that operates unethically. I will not be returning. read more

The amount I paid for a "full service" detailing for the inside and outside of my car is astronomical for it to look the way it did after they were done. $350 down the drain because the manger/owner advised his people could make my car look brand new. Dog hair was still left in my car seats and floors, wax build up sitting & scratch marks left. They attempted to clean the windows but you can see it wasnt. The owner/manager advised me "well we couldn't get all the dog hair out because she's short hair". If I paid $350 I should have no dog hair in my car, no wax build up and no scratch marks with clean windows. I went back the next day with my fiancé and they said they would re due my car for free. I decided I don't trust them with my car after how they gave it back to me and took it as a loss on my end for trusting them. I highly DONT recommend them. I would take your business somewhere else. My grandma use to come here for years (10+ years ago) with her expensive cars and I thought I'd give them a shot. But I'm assuming now new owners/managers and employees. I would give the employees in the office a 5 star because they were kind and sweet. O would do a 0 star for car wash/detailing if I could but the lowest I can do is a 1 star. Where to begin I have been coming here for so many years with so many vehicles that I've purchased or lease and every time I was satisfied for $22 you cannot beat that. Sadly, to say all it took was one major screw up on their end. For this review to happen and for me to completely stop going. For starters when I drove up and explained to the individual that I just wanted the wash and vacuum, nothing special he wrote up the ticket when I entered to pay the lady that was working the register was completely caught her own little world complaining about her son or someone to another lady on the phone. She confused my ticket with someone else's and tired to charge me double when I explained to her that wasn't my ticket. I just got the simple washer and vacuum package nothing special she seem as though she was upset, thinking that I was trying to scam her. Her head was not in the game. Honestly, leave your home problems at home. Focus on your work don't bring your home issues to your work. When my car was going through the tunnel getting washed somehow somebody cut the power or that's what it seemed to me. My car just got stopped right where all the water was splashing on it and washing off the soap the first half of the car had all the soap washed off the back end was still covered with soap, and it was drying too. I was extremely pissed off and spoke to the owner and expressed my concerns. Sadly it seemed as though he didn't give a shit about it and kept saying don't worry it's working it's washed. Don't worry he also said you want me to wash it again. It's not that I want you to wash it again. you should know better then to turn off the power when there's a car stuck in the wash bay with soap on it and it's drying. Next thing you know, I see him driving off in his Dodge charger with that sinister look on his face with a cigarette in his mouth. Last few times my car came out with bug stikes, and bird droppings still on the car. I talked to the. attendant and he told me that was normal and if I wanted it perfectly clean I would have to pay for a hand polish. Turns out they stopped doing the first hand soap down and only run your car through the brushes. Not and Hand Wash anymore. Their quality of work has gone down and their price has gone up. My problem with Car Washes is that I never know if its a good job till the next day. So I have a couple different methods to ensure my happiness. #1. Rearview mirror. Should be free of any smudges or prints #2. Cup Holders. Should be free of crumbs or and stains #3. Top of Windows must be cleaned and not hidden by being rolled up. I literally gave them one more chance.They do a terrible job.I told them what was trash and literally put it in a bag for them and told them about a coffee cup that is trash.I get back into my car and trash is piled on top of my passenger seat. The coffee cup that was trash was still there. There was still dirt and smudges all over my buttons that are the basics of wiping down a car. Went to the dealer for them to find Engine cover was loose and missing bolts! I even asked them to clean my windows extra clean, that I'd pay extra, they charged 10$ more just for my windows to look like it got wiped with a dirty rag. They separated the teslas from the regular car washing area and fully washing tesla and even special care. This place makes up prices as they go. All the prices are listed and when you question them they say those prices are wrong. Last time a checked SB 478 was in place to prevent this. Also the quality of work done here has gone down drastically. They use to take pride in detailing the vehicles, but now it seems like they want to get cars out no matter how they look. The customer service here sucks and they lie. I had my car cleaned inside and out had just bought food asked the guy in charge if I should take it out. He said it should be okay and he would make sure it wasn't thrown away. He requested and told the dude who vacuumed my car out not to throw it away. The idiot did not listen and threw the food that I had just paid for and tossed it in the trash. The wash and vacuum they did sucks my car still has bug guts, dirt, and streaks on my windows plus still some bug guts. They didn't wash the top of my SUV because it still has bird shit on it. There is still dirt on my floors it was a 1/2 fast shitty job. I went and told the young man in the store what happened and all he could do was say sorry. He didn't offer to pay me back for my food or refund my money for at least the crappy car wash I got. We paid for the top tier wash but left with a dirty windshield and white smears all over the driver's door. Unfortunately we didnt notice the door smears until exiting the vehicle after driving back home. There were crumbs on the passenger seat. No air freshener. They are the only place in town that has and cleans with a lift. He said it would take about an hour, and it took almost 2. And then, when the gentleman signaled for me that it was done, I can already see that I was going to be disappointed, but had to leave to pick up my son from school and no time to waste arguing about the poor job. When I came home, I found that they had armor old, my whole dash and a horrible "leather conditioning" smear job. I still found donut sprinkles and fingerprints on my glove box And no air freshener. And then I had to come home and spend 40 minutes walking around wiping off all of the leftover wax. read more

Have been here many times since my last review. Last visit was today. I always return here for a full service wash. Easy to locate, staff is courteous and attentive and prices are reasonable. The wash is fine and the windshield is always sparkling (a pet peeve of mine). Occasionally get Armorall inside and out and that job has always been fine. I come by for their Tuesday/Wednesday special which is $10.99 for regular cars - wash & wax - and $2.00 extra for trucks/SUVs. They are polite and efficient. I've browsed the other reviews, but at least in my experience, I've never had bad service and they haven't broken anything of mine! Quick in n' out service, which is great when you're in a Yelping hurry! Small shop with candy, greeting cards, air freshener & car accessories. SHAME ON YOU! Where to begin?!?! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS! Me and my husband live in Granada Hills, however we own a local business and wanted to give our neighbors business. HUGE MISTAKE! I'm Armenian, and hate to say that the guy who came up to my car was Armenian too, and is the biggest jerk! Our work car hasn't been washed for at least 3 months due to Covid-19, and looked dusty AT MOST, so I asked what packages they have and that I want the best one. They were busy, I knew I'd have to wait. I asked for 5 cash back so I can tip the guy, they charge for cash back. Bummer, other car washes don't - strike 1. I decided to walk to go get cash (at BofA) for the week and get the cash for the tip. I took about :45 min. I'm a slow walker, I stopped at 7-11, then Starbucks. Came back and my car was still the the tunnel getting washed! WTH? Strike 2. The guy drying my car, that was mostly dried due to the sun. Did a somewhat decent job, until I noticed the water spots on the mirrors, the lowest part of the car still had splash signs from driving in the rain. Strike 3, I won't return again. Went in to get my car washed and my front right fender got caved in because of how they tried to open my passenger side door. Called to let them know so nobody else's car could be damaged like mine was and I was asked if I could "hear myself talk". Car came out moderately clean and a little bit of new damage.
