i'm not sure why this gas station has gotten such horrible reviews. I did not go inside, so I cannot test to that experience. The gas was fine and the car wash worked which is all I wanted. The car wash is a little different. You have to put your car in neutral and drive into a channel which pulls your car through, as long as you do not hit the brakes. There was an employee there to explain this process and to help you get into the channel. read more

worst car wash in the history of car washes..instead of just allowing us to social distance and stick our debit card or punch in our code and follow the prompts..this meat head sticks his head in the car and takes your code or debit card and asks you what button he should press as you follow the prompts.. then he shuts the car wash off early so it doesn't dry or even fully rinse the vehicle,that way he comes and wipes it down so you can give him a tip..and wind up paying WAY more than the star carwash a block up that is 100% dull service.. Further..the spinning plastic strips they use for brushes scratched the hell out of the mirror on my brand new truck..they didn't give a hoot... the people that work inside are the rudest people ever.. read more

We filled up our gas tank and decided to drive through the express car wash on Saturday afternoon 9/4. We came out with a broken busted up mirror on the driver side. We went inside the store after exiting the car wash but nobody cared to hear our concerns. The guys inside wearing blue shirts were extremely RUDE and inconsiderate. One guy came out to look at the broken mirror and his response was... "not responsible" and walked away as we were still talking. We followed up by asking for the name of the owner and were told he is not available. Again, I asked for the name of the owner. Finally he said owner is Mr Mark and gave me this number: 818-352-4736. When I called the number, someone picked up but wasn't saying anything. It was the number to the gas station and that call obviously was going to lead us nowhere. Here's what happened: The attendant guided us into the entrance by motioning which direction to turn the wheels at the beginning of the car wash tunnel. While we moved through the conveyor, we heard the loud slam of the mirror and it banged backward with force. It was pretty loud. When we flipped the mirror back before pulling away, that's we saw it had been damaged/cracked up. Customers beware!!!! Seeing all the similar reviews makes me wonder if we should all band together and take legal action. Clearly there is something wrong and defective with this car wash. Everyone leaving reviews had their cars damaged too. The owner has an obligation to provide a safe service to paying customers. We have the right to get the car wash we paid for without damage to the car due to the owner's negligence. Edit: I'm entitled to leave an honest review without some fake rebuttal posted by "cupcake" and another fake post by "Sherkat" calling dissatisfied customers idiots. Our mirror was broken at this car wash. We had our dash cam rolling the whole time and there is good footage. Basically, in the pathetic fake rebuttal "Sherkat" is saying if you have less than an $80k car, it's a "POS" crappy car and wasn't cared for by the owner. (People with Hondas love their cars too Sherkat. We want clean cars too. We deserve respect from your business too as I guarantee the majority of your customers drive cars valued at less than $80K.) "Sherkat" your fake review talks about the expensive cars your business washes with no problems. Really, you think it's ethical to give yourself 5 stars AND bash your dissatisfied customers? Scumbag! To clarify, the attendant wearing a red shirt was the only person showing any sort of concern. It's the blue shirts I have an issue with. Limited English has nothing to so with this issue, Sherkat. You can speak little English and still be kind to your customers. Learn up on customer service skills. Please never use the car wash. The car wash there will snap of your wind shield wiper. I thought is was a ver y nice car wash until I saw the rolling drying pad mangle my wipers before my eyes, and you can't do anything except watch because this thing is still spinning on your windshield. My kids were freaking g out. I usually like taking my kids with me to the types of carwashes. Not this one anymore. 1st off your employees should be able to tell me more then the pricing for carwash... you know, like why each one cost more. Not "more money, means better". 2nd the only sign you have for it is on a 6 inch display, that is sitting on the floor in a corner with dust. 3rd can't pay with card at wash (that's ok) but run my card, screen says approved then your employee tells me its declined. You need to get your employees and systems updated. read more

The car wash damaged my vehicle and when I notified the guy running the register, he shrugged his shoulders and said "what do you want"! This station has eight pumps and I haven't had to wait for one. The prices are usually cheaper than other stops on Foothill, so I always fill up here before leaving town on the 210 freeway. It's a bit skeevy at night (expect a homeless person or two asking for a handout) but it's never deterred me from stopping by. read more

Good gas station.... One of the cheapest in this area... The Indian guy inside is nice and friendly... They have TV's on the pumps, since it takes so much time to fill up your tank now might as well watch something while you wait... I came here because driving on the 210 right before you to the 118, if your about to run out of gas there is nothing between Lowel and the Sunland exit, so DONT GET STUCK IN THE MOUNTAINS... No matter what verizon says, you dont have reception there!!! either get gas before or exit on sunland and come to this location! Cash price is 5cents Cheaper! read more

I had a low tire and decided to swing in to use this station's air machine. It had a sign that said out of order. Before I could leave and try elsewhere, a nearby employee came over and said they had turned it off because of low pressure, but that if we don't mind waiting (filling it would take longer) he would get them to turn it on and fill it for me for no cost. I said sure. He started trying to fill my tire and said it wasn't working, that instead of putting air into my tire it was taking it out. Instead of stopping and letting me try to leave and go somewhere else, he instead continued to let air out of my tire until it was completely flat and no longer drivable. As I am now getting frustrated and tell him I now can't drive my car he says "you can drive on that." No, you can't drive on a flat. He goes to get the onsite mechanic, who comes over (not wearing a mask) and just glances at it and says "your tire valve is cracked. It's not our fault that your tire is bad." I start trying to explain that they need to help me fix it since they LET THE AIR OUT OF MY TIRE, and he just interrupts me and says it's no big deal just go over there to a nearby tire shop. The employee says oh yeah they will help you out if you just give them my son's name we are great friends. After arguing repeatedly that they should be helping me fix it I finally head over to the tire shop. Of course they have no idea who he is, but the shop was absolutely wonderful and was able to help me, no thanks to the useless mechanic at Mobil or the employee who let all the air out of my tire. When the shop fixed my tire they told me there was nothing wrong with the valve and that Mobil's machine must be broken. So on top of deflating my tire and being rude, they also lied to me. If you have no other option I guess you could stop for gas here but my recommendation is go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

DO NOT USE THE EXPRESS CAR WASH! Especially if you have an SUV. The rolling dryer mechanism snapped my windshield wiper in half. When I went in to politely complain, the owner just shrugged and said "not responsible for windshield wipers," so he not only didn't pay for the wiper, he didn't even give me a discount or refund for the car wash. I realize you can't be responsible for every little thing, but if you have a machine that doesn't work like it's supposed to and damages people's cars, that's a pretty crappy business. read more

Be warned!!! Do NOT Go to the MOBIL gas station in Sunland on foothill next to KFC. The manager Jimal (I think that's how you spell it) tried giving the the credit price when I paid cash. Kept saying I have to push the button before it will change. Trying to trick me into agreeing to price! Wouldn't giver the correct price and then when I ask for my ten dollars back he attempted to steal it by saying I pumped $14 dollars of gas. After arguing for ten minutes finally gave me my money. ALWAYS check price before pumping your gas. But the station will try to cheat you out of money beware! read more

i stop at the station on 5 /27/ 2018 at 15.20 p.m. to buy gas. all pumps did show previous sale amount ... so i was not able to buy gas. i went to the office and ask worker to clear up the pump . All pumps did show previous sale. Worker refuse to clear pumps ... he want me to pay inside . i told him: i want to pay for gas at the pump. i am disable person have problem walking. i went twice to the office and ask worker to clear pumps. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. The prices may be good, but if you need anything from the workers, forget it! My boyfriend and I were on our way back to Long Beach, and I needed to add air to my tire. Usually I would pump gas then request free air, but since my tank was already full, I decided to be honest and pay for the air. However, the pump wasn't working, but we didn't find this out until after we started to add air to my tire. There was no sign indicating there was a problem with the air pump, so we went inside to alert the man working and asked for our dollar back. He refused--all while he was chatting on the phone the whole time-- saying we should have come in first to ask if it was broken. What?! Naturally, it isn't the fact that I lost a dollar that got us angry. It's the principle...since it was the facility's responsibility to inform us about it, we should get a refund. He was extremely rude and kept blaming us for it, saying it wasn't his fault that we put money into the machine despite the fact that there was no sign. He finally said, "Fine, we'll put out a sign," but still wouldn't refund us. So rude. read more

One of the cheaper gas stations in the area. Prices comparable to the other 2 gas stations within 2 blocks, so no need to really manuever/u-turn etc. to get to any particular one. The lot is a bit small, and in the mornings expect to have to wait for another car or two to finish pumping gas before you can take your turn. read more
